He was a genuinely nice guy, and went out of his way to find models that I was looking for. Never rushed me, and was always respectful - no games --Unlike many other dealers I have been to. We found something that met my needs, and he offered to let me drive it. Drove it, and loved it. Just gotta work on numbers and get the wife's OK about it. This update is how she ghosted me after I referred my parents and I followed up on my referral fee! After purchasing my car, she informed me of a referral program where I would receive $150 if someone I referred purchased a car. I would have referred her even if I didn't receive $150 but since she mentioned the program, I believe they should keep their word. After a couple weeks, I asked Amber for an update and she said she would follow up. She suggested that I personally pick up the check so it wouldn't get lost in the mail. Another week goes by and I was in the area and I went in and she had me sign a W9 form. I followed up again and she said she was on vacation. I followed up again and she just didn't reply. I waited a couple more weeks and I called the dealership and was led to leave voice messages with NO REPLY! I sent an inquiry online and was told to call the dealership which I've already done with NO REPLY. I drove over there 3 weeks ago and spoke to someone in person and they had me complete ANOTHER W9 and told me they logged a message for Amber's manager to contact me and it's been 3 weeks and I still haven't heard from them! Seriously, don't make promises you can't keep! My referral purchased a car in March and we're now going into July! I have been more than patient!

First, I called the number provided and nobody answered. No biggie, I left a message on the obvious Google Voice system, it's been 48 hours and I'm still waiting for that call to be answered so I'm guessing nobody monitors that number. After I called, I took the time to fill out a detailed "request a quote" form and provided exceptional information to the respondant to save them time and effort if possible. I did receive follow up message where I described my issue in depth, I provided my availability and my general location and was told that I would be notified of appointment availability. Long story short, 18 hours of silence from the company led me to take my vehicle to a local shop and get my vehicle serviced. Almost 48 hours after requesting a quote I STILL haven't been offered an appointment. I guess it's probably a good thing that I'm not stranded beside the road waiting, I'd probably be carjacked by now. Not saying the dude doesn't do good work, but you must need to be special to get respect of an appointment or at least enough courtesy to decline the work because you don't have time.

I use Amsoil because I do drive so many miles and when I picked up my oil at the distribution hub not too far away these guys came up as one of the closest shops that handled Amsoil. They seemed happy to use the oil and filters I bought and damn if they weren't done exactly to the minute off when they said they'd be, which was very important as I had a deadline I was trying to meet with an auction house pickup. Great service at a great price, done on time, zero issues or complaints, makes this shop an easy recommendation.
