I ordered about every addition they offered, I ordered the 8 hours or less than turnaround and it cost me less than $100! Not to mention the sweet note I found from one of their employees Ana who informed where she hid the $140 cash she found in my jeans pocket! I came around 8pm and the lint trap was filled and what should've took about 20 minutes to dry took double the amount. As well, the washers had visible hair and dust around the doors so whoever is in charge of cleaning the machines isn't doing a great job. Im not sure if locking the link trays is a tactic for people to spend more but an accumulation of lint is a severe fire hazard.

I have not addressed this issue with the owner, but at this point, I'm not sure there is anything they can or will do. It would have been a different issue if I looked at it and scanned the suit before leaving the dry cleaner.
