I have a custom Chenille duvet cover that needed cleaning after being in storage for 1 1/2 years and asked their recommended way to clean it and wasn't looking forward to dry cleaning due to having it close to our faces. We did a test wash on one of the decorative pillow slips and proceeded with the rest. Can out beautifully clean and no dry clean smell. I haven't placed it on the bed yet so I can speak to any shrinkage but nice to speak to a personal owner that shares the same considerations. So grateful. Love Tiffany Cleaners. They are super quick - often clothes are ready the next day with no extra charge. Prices are reasonable and everyone I've sent there loves it. They do alterations every day but those take a little longer. Never had an issue with alterations coming back different than discussed. Love Tiffanys and highly recommend it. read more

This is how it looks after they dry cleaned my Brunello Cucinelli pants. They completely ruined the brand new pants by trying to remove a stain and left untreatable white mark on the $1000 pants. Wow! I can't thank Reza enough for saving the day! My welcome celebration dress needed to be hemmed and unfortunately I went with different shoes last minute so I needed this done ASAP. It was memorial day weekend and I walked into Tiffany Cleaners right when they opened and asked if they could help. Reza understood how important this was to me and had one of his staff members drive to pick up my dress so they could get it hemmed same day since I was leaving for my flight Tuesday morning and they'd be closed for Sunday and Monday due to the holiday. This is my experiences with them. Very bad. Ok, this happened to me last year January. It's been about a year and I am posting here. It just popped up my head at this point. I gave my Moncler Jacket (around $1,300 worth) for dry cleaning and the owner or person who works there said they lost my jacket after 2 weeks. Very unprofessional. They said they will find it soon from other location and if they can't find it they said that there could be reimbursement or compensation on this. (I never heard anything from them ever since) I visited physically 6-7 times, then I was very tired of visiting there and hearing them say they can't do anything from that point. When I went to pick up my order the owner increased the price with no prior notice and with no rate signage posted in the business. When I mentioned how unprofessional and unethical his actions were. They couldn't find my clothes and it took me going back 3 times for them the find it. Whew! This is a long overdue review, but someone asked in a local FB group where to go for dry cleaning. Of course I recommended this cleaners and this is what I wrote: ... Go see Rezza, the owner. The price is reasonable and the service is great. I had a loose button in one of my skirts. Forgot to ask him to tighten it up when I dropped it off and brought it home to find that it was. When I came back to drop off more stuff, I thanked him and asked how much $$ I owe him for the fixed button. He replied, "poor button's hanging on for its dear life, but nah you don't!" Made me a laugh and a customer for life. I should put this as a 5 star review in Yelp. Lol! So, there! Truthfully, even if there's an uncollected fee for rendered service, of course I would've paid for it. But it is the attention to detail and their craft that I find astoundingly refreshing. I want to start by saying that I come to Reza for everything and I trust him with my life okay! But he's really great at bringing your visions to fruition. I ordered a cheap little costume dress for my birthday off of Amazon, it's the iconic dress from 13 going on 30, but I HATED the fit/style of the dress. It was really long, tight around the rib cage area then loose around the legs, and the mid-drift open cut was just not the vibe. So I told him I wanted to remove the top part of the dress from the bottom part, cut the tight rib cage area, then bring the now shorter bottom piece and top piece back back together with the same blue band. He did exactly that! It came out SO CUTE and fit like a glove! I got SO many compliments throughout the night and as I was posting pics on instagram like 12 different girls asked me where my dress was from and I sent them the Amazon link and told them I had my dry cleaner alter the hell out of it. I've just had too many bad experiences outweigh the relatively few error free visits. They are inexpensive but you definitely get what you pay for. I've had a few dresses ruined and the owner told me it was how they came in. I've had several clothes that needed to be cleaned again and the owner always claims that he remembers every spot and nothing worked, but then I go somewhere else and the stains come right out. At this point, it's just more convenient to change cleaners and pay a little more money for better service. read more

Reza, the owner is a great guy and we I have read some of the 1 Star Reviews but I cannot agree with you. Located in the Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach and Redondo Beach area. My dry cleaning was never late and always the next day pick up unless I have a rush and it is ready by 5 pm. He also had preserved my wife's wedding dress and it was very reasonably priced. This use to be my go to spot for all dry-cleaning needs. However, after today I will NEVER be back to this establishment. Aaron is the rudest employee I have ever interacted with. After dropping off a pair of pants that needed cleaning, I ran in a button that needed to be sewn on less than 2 minutes after leaving the pants. Instead of even trying to help me out, he made my girlfriend go behind the counter to search for the pants. I said, "Aaron I have been coming here for years and this is how you are going to treat us?" When I called the owner, Reza Hosseini, he seemed like he could care less. Wow! Definitely avoid this cleaner at all costs. It is only a matter of time before something happens to your clothes and/or you will be subjected to the aggressive, degrading, and incredibly mean temper of the owner. I certainly wish I would have heeded the other 1 star reviews before I decided to bring our clothes here. We have been bringing shirts here with no problems for several months. However, recently 2 shirts became damaged during the laundering process. I didn't notice the damage until I got home and unwrapped them. They were not expensive shirts and I understand that this type of thing may happen occasionally. So, I wasn't even angry or upset when I brought them back a couple of hours later and politely showed him the damage. He started yelling at me and telling me that they were old and that we brought in like that. He kept yelling and told me I could take the shirts and never come back. I just stood there momentarily with my jaw open. I hadn't even been angry or upset with him. I am still incredulous about the interaction. As a normal 9-5 guy, I searched high and low across LA to find a dry cleaner business that I can trust. I tried quite a number of other competitors, but my pants and dress shirts always had issues at other places - questionable stains that weren't there before, my color dress shirts were fading, or incomplete pressing of my dress pants & shirts. At Tiffany Cleaners, I finally found a place that I can trust with my office clothes. My clothes always came back clean, dress pants and shirts were pressed (with no wrinkles!), and their prices were very reasonable compared to their competitors that had shoddy work with higher prices. Also, as someone who came from Washington D.C. and grew up in a military family, I loved the no BS attitude from the owner and his colleagues. This meant that I could trust their work. I never saw their customer service as rude, and they would do everything possible to make sure I was satisfied with their work and service. Although I left LA in August and returned to the East Coast after a job offer, I want to express my personal gratitude and thanks to the Tiffany Cleaners staff for their great work! I always could trust that my suits and office clothes looked great for work and business networking events! Small note: I lived in Mid-City, too. I took a dress in to get it hemmed and spot cleaned. When I went to pick it up it wasn't short enough so he marked it to hem it again. The second time for pickup someone else got it for me and I didn't see the final result until my event. The dress wasn't any shorter, I was stepping on it and it wasn't even all the way around. There were two layers to the dress, the layer underneath was longer than the layer on top. I called to see about a refund, the gentleman got very defensive and was rude, wouldn't let me speak. I wasn't angry, just disappointed and wanted a refund because the services were not done correctly and it cost me $65. Would not recommend this place for its services or customer service. read more
