Hi All, If you are planning to do something different and fun, rather than having family cook, the 3-3-3 Truck is the way to go! We had a birthday party at our place and decided to go with the 3-3-3 Truck. We had about 75 people at the party and all of them were excited to try something new. Eric and team parked right outside of our house right on time! Once the line formed the staff was ready to go in a matter of minutes. They did a great job on taking orders and minimizing the wait on getting the food out. You would think it would take time for them to get the food out, but after all the excitement and everyone looking at the everyone's order, they kept with the food orders getting out of the truck at a good pace. Everyone loved the food and kept going back for seconds, thirds, and even forths (Depending how hungry you are ;) ). Their staff was awesome on being able to take orders and providing a great service. You can't go wrong with the menu. Korean, Mexican and Indian gives you pretty much everything you need. Everyone loved their menu and All You Can Eat, you can't beat that!. The Short Ribs Burrito was a huge hit! Eric also worked on the pricing with us to make sure we got everything we needed for the pricing. They stayed at the party for 3-4 hours which is more than enough. By the last hour people were struggling to get to line, but people wanted to keep trying the food. At the end of the day, people continued to talk about the good food and service they provided. It made the party that much more fun. That's all that you need for a successful party. I definitely recommend their services. Our work place has a different food truck every friday, and this is my favorite one by far! I had this today and got the freedom 3. I had the short rib, carne asada, and lamb curry with a side of garlic nan. Let me just tell you all the tacos had wonderful flavor, but the lamb curry was my favorite. It had this great sweetness to it that was to tasty, and the nan came with a mint sauce that wasn't over powering at all, and I'm not a mint fan :) SO GOOD!!! I will definatly go back. The only reason that it didn't get five stars is because there was an added cost of $1.25 to do the "mix it up" style instead of ordering one cuisine. But other than that, I would LOVE for them to come back! read more

We used 333 for my mom's 60th birthday party which was at our private home for about 75 people. They arrived, opened up doors and were ready to go. People had a hard time deciding as all the menu items are amazing and the menu in itself ingenious! Definitely do the all you can eat for guests! The mushroom tofu is outstanding. We booked 333 Truck for a workplace lunch event for around 50 people. Working through the booking process with Bonnie was a pleasure, as she was willing to accommodate our needs and come up with a mutually satisfactory plan. The day of the event, the truck and three guys arrived with plenty of time before our time slot so we could park them in the right place and they could prep the service. Menus were clear, food service itself was fairly quick, and the truck guys were generally very friendly. Food: personally, I was a big fan of the chile verde, short rib, lamb curry, and chicken tikka. Party-goers were very excited for the lunch due to the variety of options available and our all-you-can-eat plan choice. The servings are on the smaller side, so it was great that people could go back for seconds and thirds (Note: since this was a company event, everyone's food was paid for. In a typical street food truck setting, some may find themselves wishing that the prices were a little lower or that there was a little more substance per serving). Lots of other people were fans of the short rib and the lamb curry as well. There were several comments about how the added diced vegetables added a nice freshness and crisp texture. Its a really colorful truck and it really caught my attention! not just that it was really diverse compared to the surrounding trucks It was recommended by a friend of mine so I decided to try it I swear it with my own word, that its the most delicious new type of food I consumed The food had a great blend of cultures for an explosive taste that i would be down for any day of the week! the price isn't crazy, you get your money worth for sure! so if you ever need a quick snack with lots of variety this is the place to go! read more

This is a food truck located between the two food plazas in Milpitas, where a chevrolet car dealership used to be. Being from the LA area, food trucks aren't anything unusual, and this truck's food was pretty good. I had the short ribs burrito, and had a free sample of the taco version. The sauce is good, there's enough meat in it, and there's a good balance of ingredients. $8 for the burrito, i think the tacos are $2. Not bad at all. The owners of the truck are these two asian dudes that seemed pretty chill. read more

The frustration of loving a food truck. Awesome when they're in town, but I have to track the food truck mafia schedule then coordinate mine so I can be there. It's worth it though when I get the BEST carne asada. I love their chipotle chicken, paneer masala, spicy pork, and mushroom tofu too. They do all three cuisines great so I placed a catering order with them for my son's birthday party. They delivered to my house and Bonnie helped me set up. I recently ate here with a few friends and we all agreed it was top notch. The workers are attentive and entertaining. Young people at work with passion in what they do. That is something hard to find these days. There is something intrinsic about this food truck that makes you keep coming back. I had the Korean BBQ and loved how the meat was cook just right. This is a food truck where you can come have a good time and enjoy some great food at the same time. Take my advice and give it a try. Had to give 333 another review. Three cuisines: korean, indian and mexican. I tried all of them and they were all good. Some of my friends prefer korean, some prefer mexican, and some prefer indian. My favorite has to be the lamb curry rice bowl. I got the rice bowl and also a free drink for being one of the first 10 people there....dope. The rice bowl is indian rice topped with lamb and some indian spices. And it's all made from scratch! Definitely hit that place up more often in the future. Especially now that they serve all 3 cuisines. Before, they only served one cuisine a week...now they have all 3! Gotta hit up the chicken tikka all day. out of all my food truck experience this must be one of my worst trucks i've tried. solo truck in a empty lot in a highly populated area for lunch in milpitas (mcarthy ranch) menu is diverse burritos or tacos ranging from mexican, korean, and indian. i tried almost all of the flavors they offered in one sitting because the tacos are so small almost bite size. i must say everything was so liquidy that it soaked through the taco. only one i enjoyed was the carne asada the attendatnt was friendly and introduced everything to us but one recommendation to these guys put more substance into yhour ingredients less liquid sauce. read more

After wandering around the Fremont Street Eats food trucks, I had no idea where to go. Everything seemed so tasty and delicious. Fortunately, my buddy Jack gave me a tip that 333 Truck was the place to go. After spending a few minutes in awe at the awesome animal characters that cover the facade of the truck, I took a look at the menu. There are very few times in my life that I have ever been so perplexed at what to order. But alas, after spending some time I came to the realization that I could do no wrong. I decided to order some short rib tacos and a quesadilla.The ribs may have be called "short," but they were long on flavor. The quesadilla was so full of meat that it should have its own genus and species biological classification. It has been a couple weeks since I visited and I still have not recovered from the flavor bomb that went off in my mouth. Great food. We had them over for a birthday party at our house with over 60 guests. They were easy to plan with, and offered good options for our needs. On the party day, they were punctual, ready, and service was good. Out guests loved it. The tacos were all great, fish, shrimp, chipotle chicken, bbq chicken, tofu and paneer and chicken tikka. The paneer and chicken tikka burritos could have had a little less rice and flavor would have been better. Overall a great 'cool' option if you're at a food truck event and even at a personal or work event. read more

Totally awesome!! Had them come to our house for a private "day after wedding party" and it was the very best ever! They parked in our driveway and served over 90 guests! Something for every ones tastes buds! All our guests raved about the food and went back for at least 2nd & 3rd helpings!! Served everyone for at least 3 hours. Highly recommend 333 truck for their outstanding food & excellent service for private parties! So easy to host, Eric, Bonnie, Jeff and yikes I can't remember the name of the 4th guy....(sorry!!) took care of everything! Tonight we tried the 3-3-3 truck at the Serramonte Mall "Off the Grid" event that is held there Tuesday evenings, I ordered three carne asada tacos. The meat was diced and was so overcooked and tough it was difficult to chew and seemed more like meat candy. When I opened the box, which I had not shaken, it looked like someone had thrown up meat candy all over the small tortillas underneath. The presentation was extremely poor. The only good things I can say is that the lady who took my money at the food truck was pleasant and that there was a lot of what can only very loosely be called carne asada. read more

I was never much of a "yelp-er" but this truck inspired me to write my first review! Yay! Wow.. where do I begin? I never thought that you could get this type of food out of a food truck.. they stopped by my work in Mountain View and what first caught my eye was the artwork. Not your traditional white food truck, this truck was decked out in black & yellow with some really cool characters. Talking to the cashier who was really friendly, I found out that each character represents one of their three cuisines. So even before I tried the food I was already really sucked into the concept behind the truck which seems very well thought out. I got their lamb curry burrito and that's what truly inspired me to write this review. The flavors were just... WOW!! I eat a lot of Indian food and to have something I'm so used to presented in such a new way and yet for it to make so much sense.. that's what really got me behind the computer writing this review. They do an interesting play on the traditional Mexican burrito by doing all the same components but with Indian flavors and they replace sour cream with yogurt (raitha) which is really clever. The lamb was really savory and melt-in-your mouth delicious and the cilantro-mint chutney sauce tasted like it came straight out of a nice Indian restaurant. Good job 333! OMG, went to the off the grid Thursday night off of Kern Dr. in Sunnyvale. I ordered the Korean short rib burrito. It was absolutely delicious. The meat was tender, and it came with a spicy sweet sauce on the side, it had rice and diced cucumbers inside as well. The staff was really nice, they have found a new fan. These guys catered my nephew's wedding reception last night and, as my husband said:"I've never seen a food truck at a wedding before.", but it was fabulous! We were given choices between (up to) 4 tacos, a bowl, or a burrito with several filling choices ranging between Mexican, Korean and Indian. There were vegetarian choices, with tofu, that I could see were probably vegan. Most choices were mild enough that kids could eat them. I got 2 carne asada, 1 short rib and 1 chicken tikka tacos. My husband got a chile verde burrito. They were all delicious! Oh, and if you get the chance get their homemade lemonade, it's wonderful. They ran out. read more

This has to be the worst Indian food I have ever tasted. I ordered the vegetarian rice bowl and it came with sour cream on top. What Indian food has sour cream on top ? The rice was obviously store bought and it looked like the tomatoes were from taco bell. If there was a no star button I would have chosen it. read more

The truck came to my apartment complex the other night. I caught them right as they were closing up the truck, but they were nice enough to take my order. I got the steak quesadilla and it was delicious! The ingredients tasted super fresh and they use this special garlic sauce.
