I know 3 stars doesn't appear to be amazing but the wraps technically CAN be 5 stars but the inconsistency is a major issue for me... I started coming here in early 2025 and that first visit was delicious and absolutely memorable... But if you read my original review of Vinny's Cafe, you'll see the issues I initially had... They bring in huge crowds (long lines; sometimes out the door for a good 50 foot)... and they have a lot of staff making these wraps on the assembly line but the staff are not consistent so don't be surprised if one wrap is wet and another day is dry, or one wrap is tightly rolled and another is falling apart; my biggest gripe is the fatty meat I got once so I just avoid roast beef... With that said, I have continued to come and I have learned to (1) order the wraps you know you like (don't experiment) and (2) try to use the staff you recognize from times your wrap was really good. Since then I have been ordering the same wrap every time (CHICKEN CESAR WRAP as it comes with the addition of sun-dried tomatoes) and it's been better... I always ask for the chicken Caesar wrap with ranch dressing bc I tend to be allergic to something in their Caesar dressing. The woman making my wrap forgot and used Caesar dressing. I quickly pointed it out and she proceeded to try to scrape off the top to get rid of some of the dressing. I told her I couldn't have the Caesar due to allergies so she tried to scrape off more until another employee told her that if it's an allergy she couldn't do that. Okay what are you doing living in Boca if you haven't tried Vinny's Cafe! It is absolutely spectacular!!!! You automatically know this place is amazing because the line is always out the door. When you walk inside, the menu can be a bit overwhelming because there are so many options. The ambiance is a bit loud with the constant chopping sounds. Truly the only negative thing I have to say which isn't even a real negative haha. The first time I came here I ordered the chicken Caesar spinach wrap. I chose to add tomatoes, avocados, and cucumbers. The way that the staff chops up the salad into fine pieces makes them able to fit it into a very large wrap. Let me tell you, the wrap integrity is PERFECT. The wraps do not break and they are the biggest wraps I've ever seen. Whatever they're doing, they've got it down to a science. When I ordered the wrap, I did not mention anything about a combo or a side, but the wrap I guess comes with chips that they throw in there I didn't select any chip type A member of our party sat down to secure a table for us while we finished making the line to order. Well this place is the complete opposite! I put my order in for ASAP pick up around noon, and it estimated that my order would be ready from like 12:30-1pm. I will say the one downside to their ordering online is that they don't like text you when it's ready or give updates on the order. They just say it's confirmed by the restaurant and that's it. With a 30 minute varying pick up window that's definitely something they could improve on. Luckily the food doesn't taste bad if it's been sitting there for a while. Another thing to note is this is a very busy plaza with lots of shops, so finding a parking spot, especially one nearby the cafe, can be difficult. Luckily people are coming and going often due to most people doing pick up orders so you won't have to wait long for a spot. There's ample seating outside with some additional seats inside. I would avoid sitting inside at all costs as the chopping is very loud. I think they have a good and organized system going. They have people on the line making orders while they have someone cashing people out and then a separate area for people doing uber eats pick up/regular pick up orders. It took me literally 2 minutes to pick up my order. Now for the good stuff, the food!! Since it was my first time here I obviously had to try the item they're famous for, the chicken Cesar wrap! I decided to add crunchy noodles to my wrap and it gave it a nice crunch. When I took my first bite my eyes literally bugged out of my head cause it was so good! My husband learned of this popular place and we loved it on our first visit. My hubby got the Chicken Caesar Wrap and I got the Mediterranean Wrap. They put all the ingredients in a big mixing bowl and just chop chop chop chop it all up and then I don't know how they fit all this into these wraps without it falling out and tearing but they do. It was delicious. We've been back a few times to get wraps and most are great but they are VERY BUSY and they have A LOT of different people making wraps at the same time and I think they are not consistent because sometime they are great and sometimes they aren't.
