Okay what are you doing living in Boca if you haven't tried Vinny's Cafe! It is absolutely spectacular!!!! You automatically know this place is amazing because the line is always out the door. When you walk inside, the menu can be a bit overwhelming because there are so many options. The ambiance is a bit loud with the constant chopping sounds. Truly the only negative thing I have to say which isn't even a real negative haha. The first time I came here I ordered the chicken Caesar spinach wrap. I chose to add tomatoes, avocados, and cucumbers. The way that the staff chops up the salad into fine pieces makes them able to fit it into a very large wrap. Let me tell you, the wrap integrity is PERFECT. The wraps do not break and they are the biggest wraps I've ever seen. Whatever they're doing, they've got it down to a science. Okay, here's my honest review. I hate giving under 4 stars but the overall consensus was: not impressed! Their social media viral chicken caesar wrap was very overrated. It's heavily coated in dressing so if you're not a heavy dressing person, I recommend asking for less when ordering. Also, you can absolutely split this with someone. The portion is massive! It is very loud inside with all the pizza rollers chopping the fresh ingredients in large metal bowls. It amazed me still that they get so much food in one round burrito tortilla. Microwaving it for a few seconds really helps it stretch without tearing. As for the flavors, I ordered the Greek Chicken Wrap on a Tomato Wrap. The portion was huge but it seems like when all the ingredients were all chopped, it lost some of the flavors and they forgot to put the olives in it. They have a lot of salad options and you can eat it as a wrap or a salad and it's the same amount of filling for either. Finally got to try the "famous" Vinny's Cafe and I was blown away. You know how sometimes people make stuff go viral and then it ends up sucking and disappointing you? Well this place is the complete opposite! I put my order in for ASAP pick up around noon, and it estimated that my order would be ready from like 12:30-1pm. I will say the one downside to their ordering online is that they don't like text you when it's ready or give updates on the order. They just say it's confirmed by the restaurant and that's it. With a 30 minute varying pick up window that's definitely something they could improve on. Luckily the food doesn't taste bad if it's been sitting there for a while. Another thing to note is this is a very busy plaza with lots of shops, so finding a parking spot, especially one nearby the cafe, can be difficult. Luckily people are coming and going often due to most people doing pick up orders so you won't have to wait long for a spot. There's ample seating outside with some additional seats inside. I would avoid sitting inside at all costs as the chopping is very loud. I think they have a good and organized system going. They have people on the line making orders while they have someone cashing people out and then a separate area for people doing uber eats pick up/regular pick up orders. It took me literally 2 minutes to pick up my order. Now for the good stuff, the food!! Since it was my first time here I obviously had to try the item they're famous for, the chicken Cesar wrap! I decided to add crunchy noodles to my wrap and it gave it a nice crunch. When I took my first bite my eyes literally bugged out of my head cause it was so good! I've had chicken Cesar wraps before but never anything like this! It must be the chopping or the ratios they use, I have no idea but it tastes like heaven. I want to eat this every single day! You wind up standing in a long line till it's your turn to order. When you do, that person assembles what you want. As you wait, you can take it all in... They take all the ingredients for your order, throw them all in a bowl in copious amounts, and then begin to chop it up really good. Then somehow they can roll it into a wrap. Really fascinating to see. How was it? I enjoyed the show better than the wrap. It was ok, and I can see how people love these things, but it's not for me. I find chopping everything into a fine state blends everything together so much that you lose the taste of each ingredient... it becomes too one-dimensional.
