Long-standing Chinese restaurant located in a shopping plaza. It is a convenient location and bring in a shopping plaza, parking is not an issue. Craving Chinese we stopped here. We waited awhile to be seated at the empty place at 3PM. Then we were seated at a table by a woman obviously in a bad mood who just threw our menus on the table and then we just saw her back as she walked away. HMMMM We waited 10 minutes for someone to come and take our order and we finally had to call back to the woman who was at the back cash register to please come and take our order.( a different more pleasant woman) The Food was great. We had Ginger Pork and Chicken LoMein and a soup for 2. What made the meal go south was we asked for some napkins, more than the two that we originally had because the soup bowl was sweating on the table and it got wet. We waited about 10 minutes for two extra napkins to be delivered. Having used all 4 napkins we needed more. We asked for a few more and she told us she would get them but 15 minutes later we still didn't have them so we figured they're not going to give us any more napkins. As we continued eating our lovely meal, we asked for refills on our sodas and they took 15 minutes in an empty restaurant. Service really SU/,$ed. We won't be back. This is the place my high school sweetheart took me on our first date over 25 years ago...that's how long it's been around! It has been a while since I'd eaten here but I'm glad to have come back! Very friendly service and one of the best egg drop soups I've ever had, very flavorful! I ordered the Mongolian beef lunch special that came with the soup. It was a healthy portion and reasonably priced. I also had hot tea. I wasn't sure what kind of hot tea it was but I think it was jasmine. It was enough for two people to have some. The restaurant is located in a strip mall so there is a parking lot with plenty of parking available - at least for lunch! That shopping center has changed a lot over the 20+ years and it is nice to know that this place stood the test of time with good food and service. It's so close to where I work so I hope to include it into my lunch places rotation. read more

We went out looking for a dinner spot on New Year Day 2025, without any idea of what would be open, and were happy to see 369 was open for business. My wife opted for the Bourbon Chicken with white rice and steamed broccoli. I'm not usually a fan of bourbon chicken - it's often excessively sweet - but 369's version is different than your typical "mall chicken." The sauce is flavorful without being overly sugary, more savory than sweet, and the portion was huge, easily enough for us to share family-style. My son, being a kid, just wanted a side of plain Lo Mein; even the side portion was enormous, easily entree-sized. I took a bite of the Lo mein and it had the "wok hay" smokiness that I love about a good authentic Chinese restaurant. I ordered the Seafood Soup for Two for my entree because I wanted something less starchy. At $14, it's an incredible value. It could easily feed 3-4 people. It was packed with shrimp, scallops, and even a half lobster tail! My wife had a bowl as an appetizer, and I still had three full servings for my own entree. Is this a Chinese or Thai restaurant? I get lots of Thai flavors in the food. I ordered a Szechuan chicken, it was basically strip chicken and shredded carrots in a somewhat sweet sour sauce. Where is the green onions, peppercorn, bell peppers, chilli? and the carrot needs to be sliced not shredded. The fried check with juicy but very bland same with the fried rice it's lacks a lot of flavor. The lomein was the best thing I ordered. My daughter and I tried this place as it was recommended by locals on the Oviedo FB page. Well it did not disappoint. The service was good. My daughter ordered the pork dumplings (steamed), and I ordered the edamame as appetizer. I ordered shrimp fried rice and an order of the shrimp with broccoli. OMG! What can we say about 3-6-9!?! It is by dear one of our favorite restaurants and certainly our favorite Chinese food restaurant. We have gone here quite often through the years (and usually with a sizable group). Our favorite server (not sure we've ever had another) greeted us once again like family and gave us all hugs and is such a joy! This was worth the visit one. I stuck with my usual General Tso and it simply doesn't disappoint! The right amount of heat with a flavorful sauce. Love it. We always love coming here! Tonight was our daughter's birthday and our server came out to deliver an ice cream treat and sang happy birthday. Just wonderful. Of course, fortune cookies for all and another hug for the road. Their food is reflective of that warmth! We've gone just for their Mapo Tofu. It's incredibly delicious, with the right amount of spice and chili oil. The silky tofu melts in your mouth and you can't help but go in for another bite. This is the best Mapo tofu in Orlando!! The prices were not cheap at dinner but nowadays nothing is. My husband had a cup of the hot and sour soup which was good and very different than what we are accustomed to. I had a cup of Wonton. Average but would try the Wonton with veggies. This was broth good but nothing but 2 wontons. Loved the crispy noodles. We ordered Ginger Beef with Broccoli and Chicken and Eggplant in Garlic sauce. Both were dropping in sauce and some may like that and both were extremely salty. The eggplant was a bit mushy. We expected it to be garlicky but not so. We did tell her about our meal and she was so nice and told us the next time to let them know to make the sauce much lighter. They also give you like one scoop of rice with each of the dishes so it's not like the style where you get a big platter and you order the rice with it maybe if we had more rice too to soak up some of the sauce it might've been better but she was very accommodating for the next time that we come. We like that the parking lot it's in a strip mall so easy to find parking service was quick not rushed but quick and there were other dishes that we think will try the next time and we will go back for another try. read more

I have come here to 369 my whole life. Such welcoming people and such a nice environment! The staff are super sweet and really attentive. I have known them all very well. I will say I haven't ordered everything off the menu, but I'm basically there. Everything from their lobster and scallops to their chicken chop sui is spectacular. Wonderfully seasoned and cooked. Their food is consistently delicious (I stick with the General Tso's, no mushroom, mild to medium heat with fried rice) and the service is second to none! We absolutely love the friendly woman server who is always SUPER excited to see us! We have yet to catch her name but if you don't smile when you see or talk to her, there's something wrong with you! Haha! They start your meal with complimentary crunchy noodles that are tasty and bottomless! Their take out game is strong and thank goodness because it allowed them to keep afloat during the pandemic! So glad we get to dine in again, as the decor is very classic and inviting. They have booths and different sized tables, and easily accommodate our usually large groups of up to 12 people with ease! We've even dined in on Christmas Day and it felt like home! Went for lunch with companion who had General Tso Chicken which was good, no complaint except the fried rice was luke warm. My plate was shredded Chicken with eggplant. The meal had two temperatures luke warm and hot. The shredded Chicken was luke warm and seemed older and colder than the eggplant which was freshly cooked and hot. The chicken was not cooked with the meal appeared to be precooked and not cooked fresh with my meal. The taste was bland and unappealing. I'm glad to know that the dining room is open once again! This isn't a New York style Chinese restaurant. 3-6-9 prepares their food in a traditional manner that has quality taste. I've had many of their dishes, but I often have chicken with peanuts (variation of kung pow), chicken with brown sauce, or any of the 5 flavored dishes. The menu is vast and full of variety. The food always comes out quickly (when eating in house which is temporarily closed) or done quickly when ordering to-go. We don't always stick to the same dishes; Mushu Pork, Sweet & Sour chicken, Orange Chicken, Beef and Broccoli-- you name it, we've had it. And all of it is delicious. This place knowingly overcharges customers! I have ordered Rice Noodles for pickup over the phone. Their website said the cost was $11. When I came to pick it up, the lady at the cash register wanted $12 plus tax. I told her that their website said $11 and she actually pulled up the website and saw for herself that it was $11, but refused to sell it to me for that price, saying that the menu says $12. Disappointed after years of going here. The pandemic/inflation seems to have caused cut corners and diminishing quality of food. I would prefer to pay up for higher quality food which this restaurant previously provided. Prices appear to have stayed even, possibly lower than the past 12 months the food quality lowered more. The sit down restaurant has yet to open since Covid and now the entire restaurant may as well be one of the pictures of the menu behind the counter places. Honey chicken was grainy sauce, no more garlic in the sauce or any sign of vegetable. Appears to be an instant packet to mix the new sauce. Not good. House lo mein lacked any vegetables, 4 shrimps, a few micro pieces of chicken and none of the pork/beef advertised. The noodles where also cha ged for the worse. Not good. Fired rice had all sign of vegetables removed. Egg drop soup has ok. read more
