Jody Waugh was the person that help us pick out the right blinds for our new home. She spent the time needed to insure that we would be happy with the 14 different blinds that we needed including one that she had never thought of before (a vertical bind in a loft opening with a straight down mount). The colors that she suggested worked perfectly with our wall colors. All and all this was a very satisfying experience. Also Dave the installer was very knowledgeable of how to do the bay window and complete the idea that we had for the loft (he had never done one like this before.) A great job well done all around. Do NOT order from 3 day blinds. Go literally any where else. As a company they are NO GOOD lots and lots of bad reviews I wish I looked up reviews before ordering blinds from them. Started off good, after the installation three blinds did not work day of installation, yet the installer sent the paper work in stating everything was good .. then was told I can not get a refund for the blinds that don't work !! I tried calling them and now I'm on hold typing this as I wait on hold for over 20 minutes. read more

the person that came out to measure and help me pick out blinds was wonderful. Try to setup installation is impossible. Installer does not answer phone I reached out by text so I am wondering if I am dealing with a virtual assistant. The shades/blinds are expensive and customer service is horrible. read more

Had scheduled consultation for various blinds. Received email confirmation on time of arrival the day before. Dude never arrived for consultation. No phone call, no text, no nothing. Guess the expectation was that we would just wait all morning and accept late. Um, no. Called the 800 number to cancel appt. Waste of a morning. read more

Still trying to get my money back from 3 day Blinds. Spoke with a manager last week And he promised to help. I ordered 4 blinds 2 were perfect. The other two they messed up on measurements. Another 2 weeks went by. Cancel after cancel from the installer. Finally came and they ordered the wrong color blinds. This has been going on since September 11, 2021! I told them I wanted by money back and to come get the two blinds they put up. Manager promised. Have heard nothing. So disappointed! read more

May be ok if no issues arise. However, customer service is unresponsive. A direct call is met by "unusual high volume of calls" regardless of time you call. State you will not lose your place in life be, but call back is always greater than 60 minutes later. My issue is still unresolved and no call back has occurred. read more

She went above and beyond with getting me exactly what I envisioned...From the design of the blinds to the economic pricing of the whole project. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough with her service....The only thing I regret is not doing this sooner. read more

Set up to get measured. Blinds came and they don't work with the window. There is an issue and now I can not get it resolved. I have a case # but now no one will communicate with me! Almost $500.00. They are horrible! read more

Jody Waugh was super helpful. I put up a second set of blinds after getting the window updated and I had to get a very wide shade to fit my windows. Jody guided me through the shades that would work and I chose from the ones that she recommended. She didn't have to come out because I live a bit farther and she didn't have to measure the dimensions. But she still made her way out so that she can show me in person what would look good in the room. I was so touched by that. Both my husband and I are so happy with our shades! read more

It took me over a year and a half to finally order draperies and shades for my dining room, living room, and family room. I have such a difficult time matching colors and patterns. I contacted 3 day blinds and my design consultant, Jody Waugh, was very helpful. Jody's knowledge and expertise guided me to pick the most beautiful options for our rooms. It was very difficult to decide in what to order, but I am so happy with the results. From the design to installation, I had a great experience. The Design Consultant came to my home on Friday, May 25th. We picked out vertical blinds and a valance. I explained I was having out of town guests and I needed the blinds installed as soon as possible. The consultant input the order into her tablet, had me sign my name and asked my for a check for the full amount of the order, which I gave to her. She then made a phone call and scheduled the installation for the following Friday and gave me a copy of the warrantee information. The following week, I received a call from the installation company saying that they wouldn't receive the blinds until Friday, so they couldn't install until Monday between 8 and noon. I agreed to this since my guests were not coming until the following Monday. On that Monday, I received an email saying they would be at my house that day between 10:00 and noon. The email also stated that I had to have the old blinds removed and disposed of, which the consultant told me the installation company would do for me and also that I needed to have a 3 foot pathway for the installation company to walk on. There are queen size beds under both windows which I am physically unable to move. The need to move my furniture was never mention to me prior to this. By 1:00 p.m. no one had shown up, so I called the installation company. I was routed to voice mail, left a message asking for status, but never received a call back. I later call your customer service number and spoke to a representative. She put me on hold to check on the order and when she came back she said the blinds arrived damage. I explained there were two sets of blinds and why couldn't they install one of them. She put me on hold again and came back and said both sets of blinds were damaged. I asked her what could be done now. She put me on hold again to ask her supervisor and when she came back she said her supervisor told her to open a case and someone would get back to me in 48 hours. I told her 48 hours was unacceptable and I needed someone to call me back as soon as possible. She advised she understand and would make that clear when is opened the case. Of all the people I talked to through this whole fiasco, she was the only one who seemed concerned and tried to help. I then sent a message to the Design Consultant who called me back and said she was one her way home and she would check on the situation and call me back. She never did. Later that day a case manager called me and said he would investigate and get back to me in 48 hours. Again, I had to explain that 48 hours was unacceptable and if the blinds were not installed by that Friday, I want to cancel the order. The case manager told me that, per my invoice, the order had to be cancelled in 3 days. I explained I had never received an invoice and didn't know that. Regardless, I hadn't change my mind, 3 Day Blinds failed to install, as promised. The case manager advised he would e-mail me a copy of the invoice. I was shocked when I read it and it did say I had to cancel in 3 days and the installation date was not guarantee. No wonder I was never given a copy. The case manager called me back on Wednesday and advised he had spoken to the installation company and even if they requested replacement blinds and put a rush on it, they would not receive the blinds until Friday. I was shocked, at say the least, that they had not requested the replacement blinds on Monday, when they discovered the blinds they were received were damaged. I received no response. He did offer me a 30% discount on my order, but that didn't help me get the blinds by when I needed them. I told the case manager to cancel the blinds and refund my money, which he agreed to do. I then called the Design Consultant and she said she would make some phone calls and she promised me my blinds would be installed by Friday. Again, she said she'd call me back and never did. I called the case manager again and went to voice mail. I told him I would not cancel the order if I could be guaranteed that the blinds would be installed first thing Monday morning, as my guests were arriving at noon. I didn't receive a call back that day, and on Wednesday I received a voice mail message from the case manager saying he had processed my refund. My guests have come and gone and I have since contacted another blind company. I have to wait about 4 weeks to get the blinds, but a chose a slightly upgraded blinds that what I order from 3 Day Blinds, they will remove and dispose of my old blinds and move the furniture. All of this for about 30% less than what you were charging me. I was also given an itemized invoice and discovered the measurements taken by your design consultant were incorrect. Now I find out the Design Consultant wrote down an incorrect routing number from my check, so it could never be redeemed. How many screw ups can one company make and stay in business??? read more
