I purchased Karastan carpeting from Harms last year. The carpeting was losing an unusual amount of…read morethreads. I called Harms and they sent several men out to investigate. After several months it was decided that they would replace it. The stipulations were that I replace the carpeting with Karastan carpeting and that the new carpeting was more money and I needed to pay an additional $1000.00. The new carpeting has the same issue with losing threads. Also, the pattern did not match in a few places when installing. There is an area running down the middle of the room. Woody came to the my house to repair it, but the line is still visible and he said it is the best he could do and would have one of he owners to contact me. They told us a price for both, which mom didn't think was bad. Had to send him photos of the window & measurements. I called next day to pay half & no one has called me back, that was over a week ago. Guess they don't need to sell blinds that badly. Pretty crappy when your judged if you can afford their blinds. Which my mother can afford. Needless to say, we are shopping somewhere else.
