I placed an order through DoorDash around 10:00 a.m. on July 19th and didn't realize the restaurant was still closed and wouldn't be opening for about another hour. Once I realized that, I left and went to the expo nearby to wait. When I checked my DoorDash order later, it showed as picked up even though I never received it. I called the restaurant and was told to call back another day because a manager wasn't available. Since July 19th, I've called multiple times, but no one has been willing to help. This one was super disappointing. We were all excited to try this place out because it was introduced to us through an employer discount program, so we had a coupon to use. We called on the phone ahead of time and they confirmed we could definitely use our coupon. The member of our group who picked up the food was legally blind but was assured the discount was applied.
