On top of that, the service is always pretty nice and welcoming. The setup is cool because they have a ton of room to sit and eat, so it feels more like a little outdoor restaurant than just a standard food truck. They also have a small parking lot right behind the truck, which makes parking downtown way less of a headache. Heads up: The only downside is that they close pretty early compared to some of the other downtown food trucks, so just make sure to check the clock before you head over. If I could give this place 10 stars, I wouldn't think twice. This has been our go-to spot ever since we discovered it a few years ago, and we're here at least twice a month sometimes even more. The food menu is easy to order off of. I ordered a birria burrito and wifey ordered a birria quesadilla. My burrito shell was toasted on the outside and the meat temperature was hot, like it just came out of the oven hot. The amount of meat they put in the burrito is honestly astonishing "it was all I could do to finish it" usually most places like to fill the inside of the burrito with rice and beans, not this place!!! Came here yesterday on my birthday to try the birria pizza. The entrance was kind of hard to find. The entrance is facing Santa Clara, where you have to drive past another green food truck, and their food truck is parked far from the street, down a dirt driveway. The pizza is $30, and they only take cash. There was a group of guys who also bought a pizza, and I'm not sure if they were able to pay by QR CODE, which was right by the ordering window. They have a white plastic canopy with several tables to eat at, with a cat walking around. I'm not sure if the cat belonged to them or was just a stray looking for food. They only took about 10 minutes, and it came with 1 container of consomme, which is about a cup to a pint of it tied in a plastic bag with a spoon and a slice of lime. The consommé is really flavorful. The pizza itself is really good with a lot of beef birria and cheese, and they ask if you'd like onion and cilantro in it. The pizza came with radish slices, lime wedges, and large cooked onion "petals" as well as two mini tubs of a spicy, creamy, orange habanero sauce and a flavorful green tomatillo sauce. It's a lot of food, so you can share with others, and I still had leftovers. I still have a lot of consommé, which I'll put on some pork tamales to flavor the masa.
