I have never been more offended in my life by such rude customer service by a woman who seemed very hostile and just seemed like she was trying to get us out the door and actually we both felt profiled as a gay interacial couple . Me and my partner went in here as my daughter is getting married and I have to find all the groomsmen suits/ tux . This was about 1:30 pm on July 7th 2022. There were two older looking women there the younger looking of the two who had zero facial expressions and did not introduce herself came up to us and just started speed talking this information that I could not follow she was just so rude I even tried to talk to her and made a small joke to get her to relax and break the ice she ignored what I said asked me zero questions suggested I come back another month for some reason even though I was clear I needed to purchase by Sunday. Dang, this place was so great to us! I needed suits for groomsmen and myself - 5 groomsmen (one already had his), myself, plus my Dad who also bought his suit here, 7 total suits - and they truly delivered great service. Hugo was great in getting us the color we wanted, and made us look AMAZING. I suggest you spend a bit extra to get your suit taper fitted if necessary; you will look good! Make sure you give them enough time to tailor the suit; if you have people who are coming from out of state (I had 4), have each of them call in their measurements and plan on arriving at least a couple of days before your event to try on the suit and make necessary adjustments. They get an A+ for service, and another A+ for the value! I got a 100% wool suit for $199 and my groomsmen got theirs at a group rate of $90 each! Waste of time. dont let their store name trick you. They dont have anything good at 3 for $129. Their 3 for 129 " deals " are crap. They are worse than salvation army stuff. And for their other suits that are not part of the 129. They are decent stuff. But the feeling i get is they try to sell their Cheap suits at brand price. They want to charge 200+ bux for their no brand suit. Honestly with that type of money, I can get brand suits. Don't go here. My fiancé went with a suit in mind. We showed Josh a photo. He helped us out by taking his measurements and finding a suit that looked very similar. He gave us options and really listened to what we were looking for, which was really great. He made the process very smooth and fast by also helping us choose the tie and color shoes. I went in open minded knowing that I get what I pay for and I'm happy that the price did not stop me. I'm MORE than satisfied with their service provided. You can't get it better then this when it comes to the price. Just know it will cost a bit to hem/modify the legs per suit that you buy which does add to the overall price but that's what happens when you want them a certain way. The place isn't bad. They have a large variety. The tailor they had when I went the first time sucked. He/she did t know how to do the jacket sleeves correctly. They just folded the sleeves in and sewed the buttons on and called it a day. That's not how you do suit jacket sleeves!!!! I had to ask for a refund and I ended up having to buy a suit elsewhere. I walked in to 3 men suit and was shopping for a couple of suits for my new job. As I walked in I was greeted by a Hispanic guy assuming his name was Hugo based on everyone's comments. The guy that "helped" me seemed disengaged and barely helped me out with my sizing. Expecting that a suit store would measure you and get your appropriate size he just grabbed 4-5 jackets that he assumed fit me. As he was going over the sizes for my suit jacket, he seemed to become annoyed that my sizing was difficult. I also noticed he became even more disengaged when he noticed I didn't speak Spanish. Anyways, he grabbed approximately 4-5 sizes for me to try and when I finally found the size that fit, he walked away from me and started helping another customer that spoke Spanish. His attitude drastically changed with the other Spanish speaking customers supposed to me. I understand that language barriers can be very difficult especially in a business, but at least attempt to make an effort. There was another lady working as well that spoke perfect English. Unfortunately she was busy at the time but the guy could of at least waited for her to be finished and handed me off to her. Needless to say I left with no suit. Not only was their products cheaply made and clearly not worth the price, but this place clearly discriminates non Spanish speaking customers. read more

First thing through the door, the man will greet you with the warmest smile and handshake. Always making sure your needs are top priority and doesn't hard sell like most suit shops. Instantly knows your approximate size just by looking at you but definitely will measure to be sure. First time I came here as a freshman in college, I picked up a suit. Second time I picked up 2. This most recent visit I left with 3 suits, 3 shirts, and 3 ties. Definitely a wide selection of colors and styles as well as qualities. Alterations can be done in store for a fair price and they work quickly. I needed my suit by the next day and my suits were done by 5pm. I came in at 3pm that day just to give you a time frame as to promptness. Like I said, I have been coming to see this man for years and he remembers every customer he services; from their past conversations, to what size they bought their suits last. You know, by now after reading several of these reviews, you are probably thinking, "huh who is this Hugo guy?" If you aren't, first of all, you're not reading the review well. And second of all, just ask for Hugo when you come here. Even better, I'll tell you when Hugo works. He works everyday except Tuesday. The best thing about Hugo is that he knows exactly what color looks good on you. If at all you have any doubts, take his advice. Hugo has unprecedented knowledge on brand vs size differences. He really knows which brands you would be a 42 or a 40. Great guy! I bought a couple of suits here for my dad since he has been telling me that he hasn't had a real suit in forever. When driving back from Corona last week, I saw the Corona branch of this store. And I though "hmm, 3 suits for $129. Seems sketchy as hell." But really it's totally legit. The 3 suits for $129 are yellow tagged and will go fast. They get a new shipment every 2 weeks. If you are a size 34-40S, these sizes go fast. So beware. Also, when you buy a suit, if you want it to be fashionable, get the S since the sleeves and length of the suit tends to be shorter. This gives you a young look and allows you to pull your shirt cuff out in front of the suit sleeve. One of the best things about this place is that the way things are priced. Each suit has a price that you can buy it for, if you are looking for just a single suit. Also, there are several packages that each of these suits fit in such as 3 for $129, 3 for $270, 3 for $329 and so on. Now, to buy a single suit from the 3 for $129 package would cost you $69, from the 3 for $270 package would cost $129, and the 3 for $329 package would cost $149. So clearly, it makes a lot of sense to buy them in packages. And the great thing is that you can mix and match these packages with little damage to the wallet. So, if you are looking for multiple suits, that's where you start reaping real discounts. To start of with, you don't have to buy these shits in groups of 3. If you bought 5 suits, you'd get the same discount as 4 or 5 or 20. That's really cool that they don't force you to buy more than you need. So let's walk through a pricing scenario. Let's say you bought one suit from the 3 for $129, 2 from 3 for $270, and one from 3 for $329. It actually ends up looking like this. You get the best prices!!! I'll explain: the first suit costs you $43 because $129 divided by 3. The next two suits cost you $90 each because $270 divided by 3. The last suit would cost you $109 because $329 divided by 3. So in this scenario, you'd walk out with 4 suits for a grand total of $332 ($43 + $180 + $109) plus the obvious government tax. Seriously, where would you get not one, but FOUR quality Italian and French tailors suits in this "made in China" mass production era for under $90 a suit on average?! No where. Go buy some freaking suits. Lastly, all the suit pants are not cut to length, so that will cost you an extra $10 a suit with the in store tailor. Also, most suits tend to be tapered, but if they are not, the in store tailor will taper and length your entire suit for $35. The tailor is not available on Sundays, so plan accordingly. read more

I came in here expecting exceptional service as stated by previous reviews. I entered the store with my grandfather, father and sister. I spoke to the female employee named Iris. She wasn't as approachable nor professional. Her behavior was more as if she was tired and did not want to work that day. As she was servicing us, providing us different selections, we decided to put on a jacket for my grandfather. Another custom walks in and she decides to abandon us, WITHOUT saying she will be right back. Interesting enough, there was another female worker at the register doing nothing. I would glare at Iris, trying to get her attention, and she would see me and turn away. This is very unprofessional. After the customer had decided to get two suits, securing her sale, she come back and FINALLY saying, "sorry about that." At this point, we did not want to continue doing business. This place has a variety of suits and can easily facilitate many people. Just to be clear, IRIS, The employee, is the reason for not doing business. Iris, you're a rude and an unprofessional employee. I would suggest in the future, that you maintain communication and common sense. Imagine if you, Iris, were at a store with your grandmother and mother, looking for dresses and the employee decides to abandon you without explanation. How would you feel, Iris? I'm sure you would be offended, Iris. I mean, it isn't your intent to go to a store looking for clothing just to be brushed off. Iris, again, learn to be professional. We had a special event coming up and needed new suits for the boys and hubby. They are right off the 10 freeway, and you can read their sign a mile away "3 Men's Suits $129". So you buy 3 suits, and pay only $129, how is this possible, they must be cheaply made. What the heck, it wont hurt to look, right? wow, what a huge selection. A gentleman by the name of Arturo approached us, he was very honest, and helpful. He showed us which suits were that price range "with the yellow tag". If you didn't like the way they look, they had other name brands, huge selection, slightly different price, but still very affordable suits. The selection was big, and the convenience about their alteration was great. The man took the measurements right there, and within a few our suits were ready. We didn't have to take it to another location. In addition, they had all the accessories there to make your suit complete. Shirts, Ties, belts, cuffs, hankies, shoes! We bought suits for my husband and boys, all three look incredibly handsome! Thanks to Arturo's taste in dressing them, his help, patience, and humor! Not knowing much about suits, I have always seen this place driving down the I-10 so I decided, heck why not stop by and check it out. We were greeted by Jennifer and i explained to her vaguely what I wanted. She ran through about 3 suits with me, all of which were perfect for what I was going for. She then brought me a shirt to try on with everything and I was stunned at how great everything looked and fit together. Hugo greeted us at the door, we told him what we wanted, he told us the specials, and he got us into suits. No bs. He cared more about getting us a new suit rather than making a sale. I've passed by this place for a few years now, and always made a mental note to stop by as my work requires a full suit. What ended up bringing me by here was my wedding. My wife had mentioned that a coworkers highly recommended this place for the groom and groomsmen's suits. She was right. The day I went to check it out, I ended up picking 3 suits (from different price ranges) and it came out to less than $300. The suits look good, and their on-site tailoring is awesome. Every suit fit perfectly. Their suits range in price, with the higher quality ones being a bit more pricey. You can mix and match in that all the suits you get don't have to be the same price. I took a chance after reading the reviews here and walked into " 3 Men's Suits ". Upon entering the store I was greeted by "Hugo" who assisted me. I was shown 3 different levels of suites. The pricing goes up as the quality of the suite goes up. I only needed one suite so I decided to purchase the highest quality suite for 150 dollars. It seems all suites will need alterations so be prepared to have the jacket sleeves" 18 dollars ", pant waist and length adjusted 10 dollars each to a total of 38 dollars. I paid 203 dollars for a 3 piece suite. I returned a few days later and everything was tailored and ready for me to try on. I left feeling satisfied with my purchase thank you 3 men's suites .. I would like to thank Hugo for making the experience of purchasing my first suite painless and a joyful experience I will return again to purchase more suites in the future. read more

I told him I was looking for a nice suit for my dad for my wedding and he immediately pulled a few samples for me to look at. He wasn't pushy and was very knowledgable of all the products, materials and the pricing was a steal! (I live in NYC now and this store has amazing pricing.) I immediately bought the suit for my dad, it was perfect. It comes with a jacket, vest and pants all for $139. Alterations are separate but at this price- I can't refuse.
