I came in today to find a suit for my wedding this November. I already had about four other places in mind. This was my first stop and I decided to look because it had such good reviews. I decided to stay because to the service and the variety in my selection. Im always changing my mind and needing to see things in person. I don't like looking at pictures and visualizing what something could possibly look like. I need to see it in person. Jose took the time to change the jackets and ties on the mannequins so I could get the full picture. After all this was for my wedding. I've been quoted above $1000 to buy a suit or to have one tailor made by other shops. It was less than half of that here and with a much better selection. I decided to go with a tailor made suit and I couldn't be happier with the price. They have great payment options and their customer service was top tier. Thank you guys for all your help. read more

Brought a formal maxi dress that I needed altered for a friend's wedding in September and had a great experience! Elizabeth was very helpful in taking measurements and marking the hem of my dress and also giving me advice on how short I should hem the dress. It took about 2 weeks to turn around and when I returned, the dress was altered to my satisfaction! I did request for the v-neck to be altered but when it came out, I didn't quite like the way it sat so Elizabeth was get it altered the same day to my liking. Now, my dress is ready to go! This place is great. I needed a nice, modern, mens suit for my son's wedding. Wanting to support local I gave this place a chance. Jose was amazing. I walked in, explained the situation and in less than 15 minutes he had me measured and set with a nice blue suit, shoes and accessories. It seemed effortless. I was a bit skeptical to be honest. Three days before the event I get a call from a very pleasant lady informing me that my suit was ready. I came in the next day and once again, friendly, courteous Jose hooked me up. Everything fit perfectly. He packaged it up for me and I was on my way in about 20 minutes. At the wedding I was a smash! I never got tired of thanking people for telling me how nice I looked. I don't want to bash on a family-owned business but I was pretty disappointed with my suit. I ended up having high-water pants that were not corrected since the original pants that I tried on had a loose buckle and they didn't measure the new pants accurately since they were given to me on the fly. I felt self-conscious at the wedding where I was a groomsman and I even had to sag ny pants a bit. The personnel were very friendly and patient which is why I hate to write this review but this was a major error. When I mentioned it upon return of my suit, there was no apology and they pivoted away from the topic as they returned my deposit which was kind of disappointing instead of owning up to the mistake. We came weeks in advance and my friend was also told they would have a suit that would fit him well (since he was plus size) but the day he picked his up, they were scrambling to find a suit. I understand it was a busy Memorial Day weekend, but I expected better service, especially since we came with ample time. read more

I came here last week to buy a last minute suit for a wedding. Came in on a Wednesday and the wedding was on that same Friday. They had it ready by Thursday, it was fast and that's amazing. Didn't need too many alterations though, so that helped. Liz was incredibly friendly, helpful and patient, and answered all my questions. They have all kinds of suits, in various colors. I came in for a specific color so I didn't get to check out the other styles and colors but it looks like they've got a good selection. Exceptional service, I'd highly recommend this place. Unfortunately, that Thursday is also the day the whole quarantine thing started and the wedding was postponed until after this whole thing is over lol. But now I'm ready with my suit. Quality Service! My expectations were surpassed by a huge margin. I came to visit this fine establishment last week and was able to get a same day suit rental with minor temporary alterations. I was so surprised they had my size (I'm a bigger guy) and were able to get what I needed when I needed it most. I give this place 5 stars for fast and easy service. So I found this company on yelp... and I was SO impressed with their options on a variety of tuxedo rentals. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Elizabeth with her infectious smile. Her knowledge and willingness to help my son find "his style" was excellent customer service. They make you feel comfortable and are super reasonable with their rental options (quince/prom packages). I can't even begin to say how professional and and amazing this location is. We came here to rent the suits for a wedding, this included the groom's tuxedo. Don't let the size of the shop fool you, they have an amazing selection of suit styles and colors to choose from. My friend wanted something a bit more unique, we're talking tux with tails. We tried 3 other locations and they all required a deposit and had to order the tux to try on. This was a problem because at this point, he wasn't 100% sold on the tails. When we finally got to A&J Elizabeth was quick to the task, she had the suit in the size we needed in stock!! After hearing this, we were able to get all the guy's their suits and the tux at an amazing price! They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and set it up for a quick and easy pick up for all the guy's traveling in for the wedding. Taking both visits into consideration, their service, care, and hospitality have been 100/10 both times. The first time I came was for my sisters wedding and I rented a tux for the occasion. They are very knowledgeable about modern fashion trends, fashion pertaining to specific events, and also fashion personally tailored to compliment you as an individual. I'm not one to casually dress up but the way they make the suits and tuxes fit you is hard to not appreciate how you look. Lastly, I had a very last minute important interview. This review has been past over due but i owe it to them for giving me one of the best services i have ever gotten from a Menswear shop. Approximately Summer 2019, i had to attend a wedding but also decided to go shopping for an interview suit as well. I was recommended to come to this shop after going to various shops around the region. This place gave me the better service and knowledge on what goes best for any specific occasion. Not to mention that after using my suit, my pants were a little tight, they gladly took my pants in and fixed them up and tailored them to exactly how i wanted them. I had my brother-in-law's wedding this past weekend and was in a last minute bind to find a peach bow tie and suspenders so my 2 year old could match his older brother who was in the wedding. I looked all over the mall and various department stores and came up with nothing. I called different children stores in the area, and again came up with nothing. I found out about this place the day before we had to leave out of town for the wedding, and they went out of their way to order the items I needed and had them for me by the end of the day.
