This came as a surprise to me because, during my previous visit, Cash App had been accepted without any issue. At no point prior to my appointment was I notified that there had been any changes to the shop's payment policy. I completely understand that businesses may update their policies at any time; however, it is essential that such changes are communicated clearly and in advance. Proper communication ensures that clients can come prepared and helps avoid unnecessary misunderstandings or inconvenience. Had I been informed ahead of time, I would have made sure to bring an alternative form of payment and the situation could have been avoided entirely. Unfortunately, what could have been a simple misunderstanding escalated unnecessarily due to the manner in which it was handled. They finish my hair pretty quickly and give me the mirror. It looked terrible! I tried to get the hairdresser to fix it but she kept saying it was MY FAULT that my hair was too thin and yelling at me to pay up because she had things to do. After I told her repeatedly that I wouldn't pay she agreed to try to create a closure but it only made things worse. Then she told me she'd redo my hair. She took everything out and unbraided the cornrows underneath. Next thing I know she's telling me to leave because she and the other hairdressers do not feel comfortable redoing my hair. Mind you I was pretty upset and in tears but left and went to the salon next door. I will not be going back there, and I really hope that business shuts down.
