What the fuck is even this

I wish I could give 0 stars. I would NEVER EVER come back here! I thought I was in good hands with the Africans. How can you call yourself a braider and can't even tuck hair?! Didn't even blow my hair out or anything. I'm just getting out of the chair and my hair looks a week old. I HATE it. Absolute waste of my money! I wouldn't recommend to ANYONE. They're lucky I paid before they started, which I shouldn't have, because they DEFINITELY wouldn't have gotten $200 for this bullshit. $200 ain't even a lot, it's the fact that my hair looks like BULLSHIT for $200. UPDATE! I just took at closer look at home, I PAID FOR KNOTLESS! THESE BITCHES DIDN'T EVEN DO KNOTLESS.

This is one week of braiding. Horrible

Not very happy for my 1st time. I paid $80 for empress braids which I ended up having less fullness of braids and more my hair. My hair barely lasted a week it was all fuzzy after the braids, no gel down no moss over the braids nothing and my hair was wrapped for bed daily. Very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend anyone to them and I wouldn't be going back. Sorry

I am loving this bob. It's so versatile. The stylist took their time, and the work is neat. It is well worth the price and how long it took!

This salon is conveniently located among Blackstone's main strip. It's a fairly small space, but…read moretheyve decorated it thoughtfully and it's very inviting and laid back. I only needed a haircut, and generally am fairly low-key when it comes to my hair services. This space definitely felt nicer than what I *needed,* but it was a great treat to enjoy this beautiful salon for my hour sans kids. Similar to a few other salon models, their pricing menu varies based on the experience/level of the stylist, so you have a little wiggle room when deciding what your preferred price range is. I'll likely return again in the future!

This place has always…read morebeen close to home and I've walked past it almost daily, and now I'm so glad I'm a client. First off, the place is ADORABLE. So many plants, bright colors, fun signs, etc. You can tell the personality of the place because it comes out in their decor. They also offer a lot of retail options, so you can get quality products as well. I saw Vanessa and she was so great. She gave me exactly what I asked for and made some small suggestions to make it even better. I trusted her to tell me what would look best for me. The chair was comfy, they give you free drink options, and the place has great music playing that was loud enough if you wanted to listen but quiet enough that you could talk over it easily. My favorite part of the service was my time at the sink. Usually somewhat uncomfortable, they made this part of the experience so cozy. There's foot stools so your back isn't arched weirdly, the part of the bowl where you rest your head didn't strain my neck, but my favorite part was a heated mask she put on my eyes as my hair mask set it. So calming. Importantly, to me, you can tell they have great values. From the signs in the window about LGBTQIA+ rights to little things around inside like women's reproductive rights and access, you can tell they don't just have these things because they're trendy. Especially in today's environment, I feel this is notable and so so important. This is a safe space.

I'm 70 years old and I stated that my hair sometimes has a hard time taking up color. Of course the product was described at the end. I did show Samantha that 2 1/2 inches of my hair did not take up the color properly. I even looked at it in the light. My experience was not great for the amount of money I paid. When I walked up to pay the $349 bill, the girl at the front was not very friendly because I couldn't figure out how to put the tip which was a second computerized machine.. Can you imagine $349 plus a tip. My experience was unpleasant. I have to wait at least three weeks to have my color properly redone.
