I came in today as a walk in for my pedicure, they took me in right away. My nail tech was Hellen and her service was amazing! I felt so relaxed the whole time and she was very gentle and friendly. Amazing service from beginning to end! I stopped going to my last location because they would only do gel x and it was not working out for me. I found Ritz and had a wonderful first experience. Rachel did my nails and was so kind and pleasant. She was patient and sweet. I showed a photo of the style and she shaped the nails to how I asked. I requested a full set and they look the best that I've had in a long time! Nini did my pedicure and it was also great! Sometimes there's some anxiety because you're not sure if it will be harsh or hurt, but I practically could have fallen asleep. She took plenty of care in her work and was careful and gentle. Check in was easy. All of the staff were very welcoming. The spa is beautiful and clean inside as well. Prices are average-I felt what I paid was well worth it. This place used to be one of our favorites, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately it really seems like the quality has gone My own service wasn't great either. My nails were handled pretty rough and my toenails were cut way too short, which left them sore and uncomfortable. We used to enjoy coming here, but after this experience it just doesn't feel like the same place anymore. read more

It was a bad experience. I stayed there yesterday about 2 hours for gel fingers and toes. The lady spent about 1.5hours keep polishing and drilling on the nails back and forth for 3rounds I stopped her for the maybe last drilling and at least three fingers were hurt. Two of them has blood. Really can't understand why they polish so hard even though your natural nail is round and she tried to make it square round no matter how much meat gonna be polished away and how risky it will be. Today the finger still hurt when press.Terrible experience ever! read more

I've been coming here for about 2 years now because my boyfriend's mom used to come here. The reason why my rating is so low is because the owner. She is such a fake person. I've had to put up with her because I genuinely like Hannah who is an employee there (she's so sweet and does a very good job) But the owner is so money hungry. I have caught her a couple times adding 5-10$ to my total for stuff I didn't get. And the girls and her are never on the same page. Sometimes the girls there will give me a price and then she gives me a higher one and says that because she's the owner she's right but that she will allow it as a one time thing. Like get ur team on the same page. Also don't even bother making appointments because they still take 20+ minutes to seat you. Frustrating. Walked out today because she said the wait time would be 15 after I made an appointment. I looked at my girls and they had just started. No way it's 15 minutes wait. More like 20-30. There was a walk in and they told her 20 mins. Might as well walk in at that point. Walked out after that. I'm spending 130+ and you are obviously overbooked but so money hungry. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Not worth it. They pick and choose who they're nice to. Vibe is horrible at times because I CAN TELL THEY'RE TALKING ABOUT ME. Prices are too outrageous for them to be acting this way. High prices should equal better service. read more
