I was sure it was my sprinkler valve, but had an issue changing the valve: The pipes were too tight! I texted Don and got my hacksaw, but luckily he texted right back. He was able to squeeze in a quick visit before the weekend, and found that the water regulator for the entire house was making the pipes shake. My sprinkler valve was just fine. That regulator had given out after 30 years. With that replaced, all problems were solved. He even arranged for a quick stop in on SUNDAY MORNING to make sure we were set. I've happily referred a couple of my neighbors to Don. He's a true master of plumbing, and I wouldn't call anyone else.

Then he started to install our humidifier. He started not showing up to appointments and giving many excuses to push appointments. He finally did the install and the humidifier wasn't working. So he came to take it back to the warehouse on warranty and pick up another. Didn't show back up. It's now November. He set up another appointment to install recently and again didn't show up and now isn't responding to any messages despite us needing this for our babies eczema. We asked for our money back and he isn't responding. I highly do not recommend going with this person and especially do not submit payment until the job is done!
