Very bad experience…read more Movers were 20 minutes late. Then they had no mattress/box spring covers as promised when i got the quote. I had bought some originally when going to move by myself without movers but then wanted to return them since i had to book movers and they were to provide but they didn't have any so had to use my own (extra $20 out or my pocket). I was literally moving just across the street and had only a few things to move --- a bed, 2 bedside tables, dresser, standing desk, 0 boxes bc had moved everything else myself already. Out of those few things they moved- they damaged my wood bedside table (part of a matching set so now can't use both of them) and damaged my bed frame. I have pictures of both the day before with no damage which proves they did the damage to both. Also keep in mind i only used 2 hr of the 4 minimum i had to book with them. So they only had to work half the time and move a few items and still those few items got damaged just from moving them to an apartment building next door. They offered me $60 for the damage, i felt i was owed at least $200 discount but all they would come up to was $100 off. Do NOT recommend. Wish i had just finished my move myself without hiring the movers at all

Moved some things into storage so I could have some free space. They were so nice, worked hard and took care of all of my items, And took the little extra time to make sure everything was secure in their truck. Speaking of their truck - I've never seen a cleaner moving truck and when we were all done after I paid they took the time to organize, fold the moving blankets and remove the tape used on them - it was so organized! Really nice movers that I've already sent to a few friends and will happily use again!

And they took their time standing around and wasting time and my money hourly kept adding up 450 dollars to move basically 2 beds 2 matresss and some minor things here and there . Ate up an additional hour easily from this movement. That's 150 dollars more . They did a good job when it was all finished but if I'm being honest never hire them again ... I'll hire a reputable company that doesn't over work their workers and has a dedicated truck , also they didn't a Wrap the bed or furniture they wrapped the mattress And one tv . Only two movers showed up instead of the three I was promised, and they spent a good part of the move arguing in front of me, trying to blame each other for their mistakes and poor service. They were late on both days, careless with my belongings, and--unbelievably--caught smoking in my building twice, which resulted in a $250 fine that they initially agreed to cover, then backed out two months later, leaving me to deal with it. Getting reimbursed for my broken media console was a nightmare. I had to send endless reminders and was paid back in piecemeal $30 increments over weeks, despite clear proof of damage. I had to fight tooth and nail just to get what I was owed. Absolutely unprofessional, unreliable, and unapologetic. Honestly the experience with them was not good at all. It got to a point that my husband had to start helping them move everything because they were taking forever and a day. They got to our home around 8:45 and ended everything at 3:30 with the help of my husband. He mover in charge said they would be done at 12:45 a 4 hour job and then when 12:45 came he said they were going to take longer. If my husband didn't step in they would have finished at 6 pm.

We were moving out of a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment in FL into a another 2BR 2BA in TX and he routinely followed up with us to make sure everything was on schedule. Quotation process was fair and fast. No issues with the time. He quoted us for 3 hours and it literally was only a 3 hour move. There'a a mandatory truck fee that we had to pay even though we didn't need it, but that's standard for quotes we saw from other movers in the area. As for the moving guys we had, Ken and Marvin, they were great! We moved in the middle of the pandemic and I didn't have to ask them to wear masks. I also wore a mask during the entire day for everyone's safety. No one wants to move with the current pandemic but we made the most of it! They offered to pack boxes for us but we had already packed them. We did need help in deassembling a platform storage bed with hydraulic pumps. We had to get creative to ensure it was properly tied down when loading into the POD container otherwise the hydraulic pumps would spring open. They also offered moving blankets but we had bought our own considering they were going into the POD which would then be transported from West Palm Beach, FL to Houston. Ken is very good organizationally and could have been a master tetris player. He was able to consolidate everything nearly into one POD container so we almost didn't even need additional half sized one we ordered. Ken and Marvin listened to me and obliged my requests to move furniture pieces around inside the POD and were very considerate and understanding of the delicate family antique furniture. I would highly recommend them. They got the job done and did it well!

The movers accepted their tips via CashApp and expressed some gratitude instead of demanding the whole tip on Day 1. The owner closed out the move and asked for feedback. If anyone has any suggestions for someone to assemble my bed and can locate the screws, please send a message.
