Our well services three home and one morning our neighbor texted us that that water was spewing out of a pipe by the storage tank. It was early in the morning but we tried calling the company we usually dealt with. No answer so we left a message. I'd received a flyer in the mail from American so we called them. Also no answer and we left a message. Rich from American called us about five minutes later and said he'd be there by 10 AM. Rich showed up and was working on the problem before the other company even bothered to call us back. He quickly found the problem and had another tech show up with the part. We also had them replace a defective storage tank (better quality at a lower price than the other company) and redo the wiring from the control panel to the breaker box. Their work was impeccable and unlike the other company their workers were fully engaged in what they were doing and communicated with us throughout the repair process. I can't overemphasize how pleased we were with American. If you live in New River and are unsatisfied with that other local well company give American a call. I'm confident you'll be glad you did.

We called Water Express and talked to Danny (we later discovered he's the owner) and he couldn't have been more helpful. He said he would take care of us and within a short amount of time and delivered 4000 gallons for HALF THE PRICE and NO surcharge for it being a weekend. Obviously, they realize the aquifer knows no day. As a result, we will no longer be calling anyone but Water Express in the future. Customer Service is always KING.

I spent 2 weeks researching misting companies online and youtube trying not to make a bad decision…read moreon buying the wrong system. Literally 20+ hours of time, numerous phone calls and a lot of frustration. I searched for local businesses first and one tried to sell me a 1000 psi system that could take 50 misters and sounded like a jackhammer. It didnt sound like this guy had my best interest in mind. His price tag was also 5k. All I needed was around 8 to 10 misters above my enclosed patio to keep us cool when temps went above 95. Aero Mist has a lot of kits you can purchase right off the site but I needed reassurance that the pump would be quiet enough to have inside the patio without driving us nuts. I spoke to Scott and he customized my order which was very similar to one of their kits. I installed everything myself in about 3 hours. It should have taken longer but Im the type of guy that will measure 10 times and cut once instead of measuring once and cutting 10 times. The motor is encased and has a fan on it to keep it cool. It is really quiet and I made it even quieter by sticking it behind our outdoor couches. I would recommend getting the swivel adapters so that you can point the individual mists to where you need them. Also you can get a smaller diameter .008 mist head if you are concerned about water reaching the ground. My system works perfectly using 16ft, 9 misters and a 300 psi pump. The height is 11ft.

No oil with the kit, how greedy do you have to be not to provide a few ounces of oil to get started. They went out three times and couldn't diagnose the problem (turns out they never even called the manufacturer to diagnose this issue). They wanted to charge us $1000 for a new fire rod which seemed very high. I had spoken to Tim from Liberty on day one but didn't choose them because of a $149 weekend fee. That was a big mistake on my part. I reached out to Tim again when the other company hadn't fixed our hot water heater in three attempts and $350 later. Tim had someone out right away who diagnosed the issue with the manufacturer and resolved the problem with a simple settings change. Tim and his team are extremely professional and I would recommend them all day long.
