You hand me an Aquafina, Dasani, Arrowhead, glass of tap...I will literally chose dehydration. For close to 17 years I was a Sparkletts customer and it was the only water I would drink. Recently they were bought out by Primo and I could tell immediately. I tried to power through thinking it was just in my head. Hoping they just changed the bottles. Nope. I was the water. Horrible. I can't even describe it? Metallic toxic waste? Bitter chemical fish? Bring on the dehydration. I spoke with our delivery guy on our last service day and he told me the water was the same. Yeah, no. I told him it absolutely was not. He then told me what I was tasting was the BPA from the bottles. WHAT THE ACTUAL FRICK. I immediately went inside and started researching other companies. It was time to break up with Sparkletts. I came across Same Day Water and read through all the reviews. I could tell who the fellow water snobs were and I liked what I saw. I visited the website and gathered more information before calling to inquire about switching services. I spoke with Michael and he was very knowledgeable about his company and his product. He patiently answered all my neurotic questions about BPA's (their bottles and equipment don't contain them), they don't add any weird tasting minerals to their water, no delivery fees, purified reverse osmosis. Everything I was looking for. We chatted about how to proceed and I hung up with him and called Sparkletts to close my account. Setting up an account with Same Day Water was incredibly easy, and a couple days later I had a new water cooler and the most fantastic water I've had here in Arizona. The delivery guy was super nice and VERY considerate. I say this because we have grass in our front yard and he walked all the way around to my driveway to avoid walking in the grass. Let me tell you, the Sparkletts guy wheeled his water dolly across my lawn later that day. Same Day Delivery guy even set up my new, out of box water cooler for us. If you've made it this far I know you're serious about your water! You won't regret switching. The price is extremely reasonable( $8.50 per bottle compared to Sparkletts at $13.00 something per bottle), the customer service is fantastic, and the water...the water is QUALITY. ZERO taste. Zero smell. Crystal cooool.

The water tastes so good and after reading what is in the Casa Grande swamp water I had to do something.My only regret is that I did not order this decades ago....I am over the moon with my new water service. The customer service is remarkable and extremely friendly...the opposite of Arizona water who continually deny what is in my water and why it tastes so awful. When I did a zip code check of what IS in my local water I stayed up all night terrified of what I was drinking and did hours of research. I can now sleep at night knowing that what I am drinking wont kill me. There is no downside from my choice of using Rainbow Water & Ice. I get it delivered to my door and those five gallon jugs are HEAVY!!! The containers are cleaned thoughly, you pay no more than the water you would buy in the store, you dont have to recyclable or even use those terrible bottles but you can refill them with this great tasting water. I did all the research. Yes you may save a dollar at walmart but toting 200 lbs of water home is not fun. And when was the last time you got anything high quality at Walmart?

This is a small family owned water delivery. In my case I ran out of water early because I didn't know how much to order the first time. I asked if I could get an extra delivery and had upped my order to 3 bottles instead of two. I was told I would have to have all 3 empty bottles out in order to get 3 filled waters. That means all bottles would be empty on delivery day. Which means you are out completely out of water at that point. I don't see how this would work for anyone. Seemingly you might be out of water for as long as two weeks and if you are not there to put it out, it could be a month. I decided this wasn' t going to work for me, for this was my vacation home and I'm not there full time. I had to take my empty bottles and fill them myself. So on delivery day, I wasn't there and both bottles had been filled by me and they were inside my house. So no delivery at all. The whole reason I did this was so I would not have to lift heavy bottles at my age. My only option was to cancel my account. So I asked if they could just charge me a reasonable price for the empty bottles. There answer was 20.00 dollars a bottle. Which is a ridiculous price as I can buy them at Walmart for 13.00. They weren't willing to work with me at all. Why should you have to get to completely empty before you can get the same amount delivered. I used to have Sparklets, they were very accommodating to your needs but I was told they don't deliver to my address in Earp Ca. I'm 72. The whole reason I did this was lifting heavy water bottles was very difficult. On my first order I asked several times to deliver to my back porch, so I wouldn't have to lift the heavy bottles from the front porch to the back porch. They totally messed up the delivery and put everything on the front porch. 2 heavy 5 gallon jugs and 2, 24 case waters. I had to get a dolly to move everything from front to back. Up and down stairs. They would not come back and move them. In short really bad customer service and the girl on the phone could care less about helping with any of this, and seemed a bit annoyed that I was even asking . So much for family owned. I don't usually review on Yelp but maybe they will improve their customer service for others in the future. YOU CANT WAIT TILL YOU HAVE COMPLETELY EMPTY BEFORE YOU GET NEW, HELLO. I moved on with life and potentially even called it a misunderstanding on my part. Never even complained about it. I took two months to get a plumber out there to help me hook everything up using ladders and tow straps to enter and exit the tank through an 18 inch hole. Same day he realized we were missing the 10 foot tubing used for the water outlet. The tube that was provided was for the float filter so that may have created some confusion. After calling and trying to convince Liana that the part was not there after she argued with me for 5 minutes about it, I gave my plumber the phone so that he could convince her that we have eyes and need two sets of tubing...after a lot of arguing and waiting and calling us back an hour later, we settled another purchase by me of the tubing at cost $40. 100 vs 40 at cost. And btw I was willing to pay the full 100 as it's not a lot of money in terms of what I spent with them, but it was my plumber on the phone arguing for me...and she was actually arguing back! - over 100 bucks! Any math gurus out there want to solve for 100 sell point and a 40 dollar cost point for this 10 feet of tubing at 10 per ft? That's 150% mark up and they could potentially have this on all their items. I spent 5600 dollars with this company OTD, and they argued with me and poisoned a business relationship over 100 bucks (2% of the total purchase price) and ended up making me rebuy it at cost when it was never delivered in the first place. And poisoned it over not assembling my tank. This broad said she called and spoke with her team who delivered and they remembered delivering tubing to me. Over 100 bucks, and spent like an hour on this arguing with us and calling around to find some resolution. Yea your workers remember exactly all the parts they did or did not hand over to me two months ago...Right. You've been warned everyone. - Reply to the business owner: Interesting because I just called your business for a water delivery and asked about tanks as well, and got a direct referral to Southwest Water Tanks. Also, just got a direct quote from the horse's mouth (the person I was on the phone with) who said you were a "sister" company.
