This is my second visit to Victoria Nails. The service was prompt and courteous. I only requested a pedicure and brought my own polish (this is standard for me). The nail tech was very pleasant and did a nice job, although my service started after the lady next to me and finished well before hers and I ordered a premium pedicure. The bowl I was soaking in was not as clean as it could be and I was charged a fee for removing my polish-$5. That was a surprise. Those are the only downsides. I love the hot rocks (and wish they'd use them longer!), neck warmer, and overall demeanor of the staff. I was also offered a bottle of water (which I accepted) and the nail tech was attentive, albeit fast. My pedicure wasn't lacking, though. I will be back and will write another review as there aren't that many posted. read more

Started off good ended bad. I got a mani and pedi by Mi (My) she was extremely nice and professional. While sitting in the area to get my nails dried this short lady pushed me to move so another lady can sit. Mind you I'm 5 months pregnant and no one was sitting in the other seats. This place isn't worth the time or money. Look else where. If you have no option. Please avoid this lady at all cost. read more

Im so sad to have to change my review. I got nails done there and not even a week later 1 of my nails popped off. I went and asked to get it fixed, the owner who I seen do nails refused to fix my nail. I asked if I can get it fixed she replied the woman who did your nails left for the day. I asked if she can fix it that's when she puts nail on it and tells to come back another day. I'm not having good luck with these nail salons in cartersville at all. The nail popped again. I will be going back tomorrow if my nail isn't fixed. I will learning how to do nails myself. Why spend money somewhere and they don't care about the quality of their work. read more

Amazing service! See Kate for manicure and Anna for pedicure. I stopped coming here a year ago and I don't know why. You can not beat the massages and cleanliness. Lately, at other places, it takes a couple of hours for pedicure and gel nails. I was finished with both in an hour and the massage was 30 minutes! They give you a neck pillow and pillow for your hands. Kate compared every finger with the other hand to make sure they were the same length and shape. I felt like a queen for an hour. Love this place and won't go anywhere else again! read more

My mom and I recently visited here for the first time and it was fabulous. Massage was great, very relaxing... we were actually able to relax when usually it's very difficult. Everyone made us feel very comfortable. My mom said it was the best pedicure she's ever had. Most people are too rough on her legs, but Cindy who did her pedicure picked up on her sensitivity and altered her pressure to fit the needs of my Mom. Can't say enough great things! They have a multitude of beautiful colors to choose from and you really get what you pay for here! read more

Did not like this place !!! The chic was on the phone the entire time she did my nails .... didn't speak one word to me !!! Another tech worked on my daughters nails.. they were nothing what she ask for ... and didn't want to fix them when she ask!! Have been coming here for a while, yes they are a little pricier than most in the area, but usually do a really good job. Well today, the lady who did my pedicure was coughing the whole time, would get up to go to the back to cough and hack stuff up( you could hear her), then proceed to come back out with the same gloves on and try and touch me. Umm no thanks! She also scraped the calluses off my feet and proceeded to clean the tool that she used in the water that my feet are soaking in! What?? I was so grossed out the whole time I couldn't even enjoy my $35 pedicure this was the one time I could have some me time and it was awful! Won't be coming back.... not That they need my business it's just a shame they are ok with that kind of service and in my opinion uncleanliness! read more

I've been a Victoria fan for almost 10 years. New salons come and go, but Victoria is always present at the salon. It's clean, very nicely decorated, the employees are very nice, respectful and work hard to make sure you are happy with your service. Her prices are very reasonable. I went in and asked how long for a fill in. I was told 15 minutes. After 45 minutes and 3 girls going that had just walked in with no appointment I asked again how much longer. I was told 5 minutes after the girl working that got done that was supposed to take me next to take yet another girl that had just walked in ..I left..I have never been here before and after an hour of waiting and discrimination I will not be going back. read more

Service was ok. Took forever to finally get in and they overbook appointments. My nails look absolutely terrible. Half the workers don't even do a decent job. They also do not know how to do SNS EVEN THOUGH they have all the products for it. My jails are definitely not how I wanted and I won't go back. read more

this was my first time even getting my nails done here. so far so good, very calming, and welcoming, the nails were spot on with my choice, and pretty cheap $40 just for powder acrylics, although i recommend you set up an appointment first because you might have to wait 10 minutes, but no big deal. Very disappointed with the service and pedicure received today. The technician seemed she would rather be anywhere else and gave that type of service too. The massage chair partially worked so I wasn't even able to enjoy that while I waited for my pedicure. After the water got cold I should've left without getting a pedicure. I went there 8/12/2011 for polish change, take off, and eyebrow wax at 7 pm Sat there til 8:15 decided to get a pedicure because I was waiting so long then during the pedicure I asked when are you all gonna start soaking my nails she says just a minute nothing happened. I sat there 20 minutes passes and the lady Kim that was doing the pedicure said I get no lotion and no massage which is standard with a pedicure because its 9 o clock and she has to go but still charges $25 for the half done job. So after that I asked again when are you all going to start soaking my nails she then said after my pedicure. Finally my half done pedicure was complete I'm then told at 9:15 pm that I have to come back tomorrow for the services I originally came for and by the way you have to sign in and circle and explain what services you want so they were fully aware. My advice to anyone in the area is go if you have time to waste I left extremely as did another customer because she was told to come back for her pedicure and she had been there 30 minutes longer than me she said. read more

Me and my sisters have been coming here since we were kids getting our nails just painted till and promoting to mani & pedi as we got older till were in high school now and can wear fake nails!! I know Yay !!! My parents and us have never had any troubles over here and we love love coming here!!! The service is super, the design is out of this world ( it really unique designs there!), the price great & worth it!! We will keep going there and hopefully one day we will be able to bring our children & grandchildren there as well!! The whole Family!! You just have to come check it out sometime for your self! They are so sweet over there especially Victoria the owner there!! She always gives us little gifts for the holiday just like this years she gave me a box fill with goodies that we can use!!
