(They also had the most amazing Oreo cheesecake I've ever seen in the display case!) Anyway, the bingsoo was amazing! The texture was similar to ice cream and the flavors were amazing. I also got mini mochi with mine and they were so good! However, just one mini bingsoo was around $12... The service: It did take roughly 15ish minutes to receive my food. They also forgot the mini mochi, but gave it to me when I asked and even gave me an extra little container of it! Which was super sweet of them. The environment: This is possibly the cutest building I've been in in a long time. The decor, the layout... all of it is fire. I love the plants they have at the tables and around the building!! The menu was also incredibly easy to read and understand. There are kiosks to order at and they have photos of each menu item (which was great because I originally wasn't sure what bingsoo was). There are plenty of tables, chairs, and room. There's only one single stall bathroom, however. Final thoughts: I really loved the bingsoo, it was delicious. I would love to come back for that cheesecake I saw in the display case... However, it is spendy so if I do indulge myself, it will definitely have to be only a rare treat. Also, the waiting time for my food was a little bit disappointing.

The lot is small and shares space with other businesses so parking can get kind of terrible when the lot is busy. I have had the best luck when its early in the day or later at night as this place stays open pretty late. Some of my favorites have been the milkshakes, paletas, and mangonadas. If you want something for the gram, get the piña loca. It's a carved out whole pineapple stuffed with a fruit and vegetable salad (jicama, cucumber, mango, pineapple), crunchy bar nuts, and Mexican candies and sauces. So fun and so yummy!

The mango peach one is good too. You can either mix each ones or select the swirl to have a combination of both yogurt, so that was pretty cool. The shell doesn't have the characteristic slight crispy, which is understandable since these are not fresh from the store. The inside is a very creamy filling that squished out on the sides as I bite down. Everyone has their own texture preferences. I personally like it less creamy. I normally buy their ice cream macarons, but these are still very good. The individual boxes make them great for small gifts.
