Tim is amazing, he works fast even if many customers continue to pour in. Despite how busy it was, he accommodated our drink to be just jasmine tea and 0% sugar which is not on the menu. Inside, you'll find vibrant vibes and overall appears very welcoming. Highly recommend visiting just from the service alone!

Come here if you can't decide between milk tea and soft serve! Ah, the memories of narrowly escaping TWO escape rooms at the nearby Surefire Locks came rushing towards me when I drove to this place at 8pm on a Saturday night. That being said, it's quite sketchy at night. It's the complete opposite inside, which I can only describe as colorful; the walls are colorful, the pens and cups with Pop Mart figures are colorful, and so is the sign that says, "I licked it so it's mine". It feels like an old-school late-night bar that's oddly more quiet if anything. There is a kiosk you can use to order what you want near the front. Be advised that this place only accepts card, not cash. They serve a ton of stuff here, including milk teas, soft serve and fresh milk. But like I mentioned above, you can get both milk tea and soft serve if you can't decide... that's where their FloaTeas come in, and what they're mostly known for here. I got their ube fresh milk FloaTea with an ube matcha swirled soft serve on top, though I had it with lychee jelly since they were out of tapioca boba for the day. I learned later from a friend that they have a tendency to run out of tapioca boba quickly, which I find odd for a place that serves boba, but that would probably mean their place is really good. And really good this place is! There weren't any lower sweet adjustments I could find for my FloaTea when I inputted my order at the kiosk, but I felt like they were made with that in mind, because I could eat the whole thing without my taste buds being overwhelmed. The ube matcha soft serve has such a smooth consistency that melts easily in your mouth but not when in the cup, the ube fresh milk was actually not overly sweet, and the added matcha Pocky sticks was a nice and aesthetically pleasing addition. Each cup is a little on the expensive end (~$11 after tax) but I think this cup in particular justifies the price. This place will make you go, "I licked my FloaTea, so it's mine". You just gotta have the cup for yourself.

Can't decide if you want ice cream or bubble tea? Come here and get both in one cup! I got the ube matcha swirl with brown sugar boba and black milk tea. So delicious! The soft serve was very good. You could taste the matcha and ube! I will definitely be frequenting this place.

32 below has been on my list to visit for a long time now, since they have a unique soft serve ice cream + milk tea combination dessert drink called the FloaTea. Unfortunately, when I went they ran out of boba for the night and was not restocking, so I chose to skip the floatea and just get soft serve instead. I got the combination seasonal special, which was earl gray and tiramisu. It was an interesting combination but worked surprisingly well together. They were, however, the same exact color, so it was hard to differentiate between the two. We got to choose 3 free toppings, which we chose the ladyfinger cookie, crushed Oreos, and sprinkles. The amount of sprinkles were a bit less than I had hoped, and the soft serve was a bit sweeter than I had hoped. It was difficult to finish the whole dessert even with two people. I'd probably give this place a 3.5, but I rounded up to a 4 because I had a good experience minus the lack of boba. The space is casual and clean and a good place to hang out with friends. There is ample parking and a restroom as well. The staff are kind and will let you sample the soft serve flavors as well.

I stopped in after a team building event nearby. The location seemed a little hidden / out of the way, but the space was clean, warm and welcoming! I ordered a FloaTea for my brother and soft serve for me. Of course I had to take a few sips of my brother's FloaTea before I got it to him (lol) and it was so good! The soft serve was delicious as well! My niece stole my soft serve as soon as I walked in their house. I guess that was karma for dipping into the FloaTea.. Lol My family and I will be visiting 32 Below soon!

Small little spot tucked away in corner. The location is a hit or miss if going there for the first time. I ended up circling the actual location a few times before finding the front entrance/parking of the store. Decided to get the mango jasmine tea soft serve with boba and it was super refreshing to have on a hot day. The soft serve was full of flavor and the boba was prefect - not too chewy but not too soft. Though not sure about the need for adding a graham cracker on the drink - it took away the smoothness of the soft serve creating a grainy texture when eating/drinking it. Service was ok - very minimal interaction with the person behind the counter but was friendly anytime you interacted with them. The self serving kiosk showed a lot of the items to be sold out so options were a bit limited. Would love to come back and try the other drinks and soft served items. Great for grab and go but also good if wanting to hang out there with some friends, they have some games to play.

Happily surprised to have an Asian dessert spot in the Fairwood area! It's quite tucked away past the boarded up bowling alley - just look for the ice cream doll on the corner. Tried the ube matcha soft serve which was perfect on a hot day. Flavors were mellow and not too sweet. I appreciate that it comes with 3 free toppings plus a cone. Came out to around $7 and serving was enough for two people IMO. The idea of the floatea (boba plus ice cream) sounded a little too much to me, so I'll stick to the soft serve.

My family was so excited to hear about 32 below - we've been looking for a new dessert spot and this one is so close to where we live! Though the location is a bit hidden (until you notice the giant 32 below air floatie), I'm hopeful that this small family business will remain open for a long time. Entering the small shop, my family and I were well-greeted. I saw a previous review about poor customer service but I have to disagree - everyone we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and bright even while we used the self-serve order kiosk. My family and I all got different kinds of floaTeas since they had a buy one get one 50% off deal. I got the ube matcha swirl with ube milk tea. I wish we had the option to request toppings for the FloaTea like their soft serve, since I was more interested in other toppings compared to what came with mine. In terms of the treats, I thought they were good! I'd say you actually get a decent amount of food, and my family and I felt pretty full after our treats. Honestly, I preferred the taste of the ice cream, and didn't feel like the tea itself was too flavorful (maybe it was masked by the ice cream), but the idea of a boba and ice cream float is a great concept. I'm honestly surprised more businesses haven't caught on to that. I thought the matcha/ube swirl could've had a bit more flavor to them, but I'd say it was good nonetheless. All in all, I'm excited about this new business, and am hopeful to see them thrive with just a few improvements!

Brought my teens in for a treat in a hot day. We got the float, an ice cream and a boba. They were all delicious. Loved the earl grey soft serve. The inside was cute; they had games available for you to play, and the service was fine. My only complaint was it was $33 for 3 items and the recommended tip when I paid was 15%. I ordered on a tablet so I'm not sure what the tip was for. Overall, I would go again and get a float.

The drink was bad. I got the oreo matcha milk tea (with almond milk substitute) and less ice. It tastes so watered down and the matcha is so overpowering. You can't taste oreo at all, not one bit. There's probably like one single oreo in this whole drink, all they do is line the sides lightly so it's aesthetic on the outside. It's undrinkable. I even tipped on their machines which I regret. I should have just made this myself at home, it would've came out so much better. It's literally just three ingredients and they couldn't make it right Drink was made fast and the place is cute, but that's not what's most important.

Went on a weekday right after they opened so not very busy with quick service. Very aesthetic decorations and they sell cute little trinkets. On the pricier side but it was really good boba!

    Unicorn + Choco

The place has ample parking, is clean and has a pretty cool concept. The bathroom is sus with a back door down a long hall so ‍ proceed how you will. I wouldn't let me kids go to the bathroom themselves IMO. We had the soft serve. My LO and I had the Unicorn + Choco. The Unicorn is supposed to be a fantasy spin on vanilla. I could NOT taste a hint of vanilla. Chocolate was more bitter and less sweet, if you like that approach for chocolate, I don't. My hubby had the tea flavored and LOVED it. The texture of the soft serve is more icy than creamy. Think Chick-fil-A texture vs. creamy like Mcdees. I bought 2 cute pens because I love Novelty pens and actually liked them more than the soft serve. Would I go back? Sadly, nope. It's pretty expensive for the taste and texture.

I was pleasantly surprised (and amused) to find their macarons with custom printing at the "REVIVE I-5" booth at the University Street Fair. I was amused enough to write a separate review for them. The quality of the artwork and print colors are fantastic and vibrant with the rainbow colors. Please see photo. If I was interested in custom macarons, I would most definitely order some from Macadons. The flavor in this case is a simple vanilla, which has its charms, though I typically buy other flavors. The shell doesn't have the characteristic slight crispy, which is understandable since these are not fresh from the store. The inside is a very creamy filling that squished out on the sides as I bite down. Everyone has their own texture preferences. I personally like it less creamy. I normally buy their ice cream macarons, but these are still very good. The individual boxes make them great for small gifts.

I had a friend gathering to go to the same night, and wanted to bring some desserts so this place came to mind. For it being very wet and rainy, this place feels like a nice relief from all that with the bright lighting and the cafe-like feel of the place. There's a grassy wall near the back for photo ops, and there are some tables, window seating and front couch seating. They don't only sell macarons here; there's also coffee, tea, and macaron ice cream sandwiches. I got a baker's dozen, which comes with 12 randomly assorted regular-sized macarons in a small container. This particular one came with three limited flavors: red velvet, cran-orange and a pear-like flavor. They were marked separately on a card provided with the box that shows all their regular offerings of macaron flavors. This came to $36 compared to $40 for the same number of macarons if you wanted to choose specifically which flavors you wanted instead. I also got myself a Thai tea macaron ice cream sandwich; each one is prepackaged and $8. Both people working at the counter were extremely helpful in helping me decide what to get, and explaining the differences between both sets. Flavor wise, I was not disappointed: - My Thai tea macaron ice cream sandwich hit the spot! The macarons did not come apart too easily and I could still maintain the shape of the sandwich throughout. Ice cream consistency is great, and the Thai tea flavor is not too strong. The whole thing is not too sweet by itself either, and this goes for all of their macarons in general. From other visits to their stand during conventions, I recommend their Cap'n Crunch berry, lemon, peach and durian flavors for ice cream sandwiches. - One of my friends and I loved the Vietnamese coffee flavored macaron. Taste is strong like phin-brewed coffee and it didn't have much sweet of a taste, something that would not have done well for this flavor. - The cran-orange and blueberry flavors were our other favorites; both had tastes that reminded me a lot of their respective flavors. - The box also had dark chocolate, vanilla, ube, Thai tea, pistachio and salted caramel flavors. All were decent and tasty. What I like about this place is that the taste for all of their macarons is exactly as advertised and never bogged down by the flavor that macaron shells are usually full of. I can't eat too many of these at once since they can be too sweet over time, so I would save these for a group setting where you can share these. By themselves, they are a great way to get your sweet tooth the love it needs!

Ah, 2021 was such a year when I first went here. Everyone was looking for an excuse to go outside…read morebecause of the quarantines but it was hot and sunny back then, and this place filled up my friends' IG stories back when we wanted to walk around Gene Coulon Park where this place is located not too far from. Parking around the streets touching here and the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington at Seattle's Southport is not advisable since it's very limited. There is a paid parking garage near the Hyatt you can use, or you can use the nearby Coulon Park parking lot and walk over here like I did. There's no seating inside here; instead there's tons of treats, merch, tea bags, gummies and other products on tables and shelves filling up the right-hand side of the interior. There's also a grassy background where you can take photo ops of yourself and/or your drinks. Up at the front counter to the left-hand side of the entrance are two kiosks you can use to punch in the drinks you want. The menu is also up behind the counter as well. For this visit, I got their tiramisu milk tea with boba. The tiramisu foam ayer was large enough that when I stirred the whole drink in, I could taste the tiramisu's slight coffee-like, earthy hints throughout. The milk tea itself is very strong as I could taste the bitter undertones of the tea easily after just one sip. Also love how they put their drinks in a plastic container shaped like a can! As for their boba, I actually don't mind them being much smaller than many other boba places. They're both small and very chewable, and still look very good sinking to the bottom of the drink in case a photo op is needed. Regular size boba would take up too much space inside the can anyway. Overall drink was a tad too sweet though. This is one of the few places that come to mind for me when someone asks me what boba places there are around the Renton area, as I've gotten great drinks here for every visit since 2021. I'd love to come back again and try their other drinks when I'm around the area!
