I saw sharetea lynnwood posted a post that all gift cards amount need to be used by the end of November 2025. I am remorse to change my opinion of this ShareTea because the location is 10/10, staff are friendly and quick, and parking is plentiful. But I am confused why all their milk tea style drinks (e.g., Okinawa milk tea, taro milk tea, Hokkaido milk tea, etc.) all taste like coconut. Its not necessarily a deal breaker - I can always order other drinks, but shouldn't there be some indication of coconut being a notable ingredient somewhere on the ordering kiosk or physical menu? It was also unclear if boba pearls were included in some drinks, resulting in me accidentally doubling the pearls in my order. Again, not a deal breaker but kind of annoying. As for the ambiance - its a standard takeout style, minimalist boba shop, with the option to order and pay using their 1 ordering kiosk or going up to the counter. I think this is the first place that offered the ice/sweetness customization and I love it. Had fresh taro with no sugar. Came out pretty fast and was refreshing. I can't stand the powdered flavored drinks where you don't know what kind of chemicals they use! Too bad they don't post the ingredients for those conscientious (borderline health fanatic) folks. There is one thing that completes this day- a good bubble waffle! Nothing fancy inside - a few bar stools by the long table. It's designed to be a quick in-and-out place. This location is a bit on the smaller side compared to some other locations, but there are a few seats inside if you wanted to chill for a bit or even sit while waiting for your order. OMG! I just had my son picked some Oolong Milk Tea, it taste like milk and water, it has no tea taste and it's very bland. Also this is an iced drink but only has a couple of ice cubes. I was craving something mildly sweet yet refreshing on a warm sunny day so I wanted some fruit tea. They have a new drink called the Kiwi Fruit tea with Aiyu Jelly so I got that and added crystal boba. OMG! This is now one of my fave drinks! The fruit tea itself is perfect! Not too sweet, not tart. I used to be a regular at this particular location and always ordered the Oolong Tea Creama. This place is located in The Landing, across from the Regal Cinemas and surrounded by multiple restaurants/businesses. There is always a line in the summer and on sunny days. It's a popular hangout place for many people, especially after watching a movie or grabbing dinner. To correctly drink the Oolong Tea Creama, ask the barista to cut two small slits at the top on opposite ends, one slightly longer than the other. (Most of the time, they will just give you a straw instead without cutting the slits). After they cut the slits, you tilt the drink and sip out of the longer slit, so you can have a balance of both the cream on top and the tea at the bottom. They used to give you a small plastic knife to cut the slits, but not anymore to save money. A few years ago, the original owners sold this location to new owners. After this transition, I personally think customer service went down because many of the previous staff left and the quantity/quality of products was also lacking. Obviously, they stopped handing out the small plastic knife for Creama drinks, but the cups they started to use for hot drinks didn't insulate well, nor would lids would fit properly. Before this exchange of ownership, I would have given a 4-star or 5-star review because the drinks and customer service was superb. read more

It's my go to spot for a refreshing drink since I only work across the street for a aviation company. Not only that it's nearby for me but I also get a discount too. This place is addicting. I went with my favorite drink (Mango Green Tea) it's slightly sweet but with the ice, it balanced out very well. The place is pretty small, but the service is fast. I didn't have to wait at all. Hands down favorite Local Boba Tea place! The location in Renton Landing is my favorite, they have yelp check in discount and staff is always friendly. Bobas are perfect constancy, tea favors are yummy and sugar customization is also a plus. My go to drink is Matcha green tea creama with 30% sugar and light ice. My boyfriend's go to drink is the oolong milk tea with 30% sugar + boba! My Dad and Mom like to occasionally like to sip on the "Beauty Almond Drink" with lychee jelly. Its an off menu item. It taste similar to an almond milk tea with almond pieces on the bottom. You can't go wrong here, everything is pretty consistent and yummy. The landing location is usually packed on sunny days especially. There is tons of parking and new stores at the landing. Uvill location is tough on parking, but still good. Both Uvill and Redmond locations DO NOT have yelp check in discount. It's not much, but its awesome that Renton location supports us yelpers :D Sharetea used to be on perka app to collect "stamps" in order to get a free drink, now they have transitioned over to clover... but fear not! Wow! I have been supporting this business for a while, but my experience this evening made me think I need to step back. What happened? This evening I went to buy bubble tea. The guy at the cashier was so impatient. I told him many times that I ordered 4 Hokkaido milk bubble tea, but he only entered one. I saw the screen, and asked him to correct, which he did, but he became very impatient. When he talked to me, he actually pulled down his mask. (So glad that there was a plastic shield between us!) I was trying to use Apple Pay and to get reward points from Clover, but the words were tiny for me as I do have bifocal vision issue. I might be kind of slow, so after I finished my payment, he suddenly moved the payment tablet back to his direction. (Ugh, next customer would need it, so what's the point?) Then I just remembered that last week the Clover system didn't work so the cashier told me to bring back the receipt to add rewards manually. I went back to ask him if he could do that for me since last Friday the system was down. He asked me to check in again. However, since I already checked in for tonight, there was no more option to check in. I told him that I couldn't check in since there's no such an option. He was very impatient and said, "Just check in!" I had to show him my phone, then he just grabbed my phone to try by himself. Later he just entered manually to the system. Then I thanked him and took back my receipt. He asked me to show him the receipt again, which I did, then he said that he already added my rewards so he couldn't give back the receipt. I protested as the receipt was for my credit card record, then he had to return it to me. However, why? He thought that I would use this receipt to get rewards again? He could have marked it on the receipt to say that the rewards has been added. His attitude was horrible, and throughout the entire interaction, his mask was under his chin. (What's the point to wear a mask???) I have figured out that their bubble tea tastes best with 80% sweetness, and have been supporting this business during this COVID-19 pandemic.
