ShareTea at The Landing never misses! I stopped in for a quick treat and ended up walking out with a new obsession. The Tiger Boba is rich, creamy, and just the right amount of sweet -- perfect for any milk tea lover. But the real surprise was the Strawberry Bliss -- fruity, refreshing, and just the right balance of sweetness and creaminess, like sipping summer in a cup. Service was quick and friendly, and the drinks were made with care. Bonus points for all the toppings and customization options. If you're in the area and craving boba, this is your spot!

Excellent service. Super polite and efficient servers The staff definitely work hard. It's a pretty chill place and drinks are delicious with lots of options. Would come back. Conveniently located in a place with lots of food and parking

This is our go-to for buble tea. We got the family hooked on these drinks. Every time we are at landing, the kiddos beg for it. Perfect location and plenty of parking. I'm so glad this is at the landing in Renton. We're also satisfied with beverages here, especially on a hot day.

This is what happens when you know what's just around the corner! You come in and get drinks! Haven't been here in months and decided to splurge myself and my gals. I think this is the first place that offered the ice/sweetness customization and I love it. Had fresh taro with no sugar. Came out pretty fast and was refreshing. I can't stand the powdered flavored drinks where you don't know what kind of chemicals they use! Too bad they don't post the ingredients for those conscientious (borderline health fanatic) folks. There is one thing that completes this day- a good bubble waffle! Nothing fancy inside - a few bar stools by the long table. It's designed to be a quick in-and-out place. Probably took about 5 minutes to make. This and happy lemon are my 2 fav places for bubble tea.

No food offer here at the moment, but the Boba Milk Tea, Smoothie and Fruit Tea are really good. The service was awesome. A Boba Milk Tea atmosphere.

New menu

So far, I'm not used to the new menu. But they still can make Matcha creama even if it's not on menu.

Strawberry Tea with Lychee Jelly

Sharetea never disappoints! I'm not a huge fan of tapioca pearls, so I always opt for a simply fruit tea with lychee jelly. We had a big order, and the staff were happy to help - not to mention quick! This specific location has a really cool "photo opportunity", with a plant wall.

Brisk, efficient service to satisfy your milk tea/fruit infused/boba beverage needs. My basic iced milk tea hit the spot as I waited outdoors for a meetup at The Landing back on 8/7/21.

Milk tea boba!

Consistently well made drinks, has been my go to place for my boba fix! They have a ton of options, I always go with the classic milk tea. From what I've seen, they've been following social distancing precautions, allowing 1 customer in at a time. Once the order is ready, they have a runner deliver the drinks outside while you wait.

Is this really a matcha green tea creama that I paid for? The only location that made the wrong drink. I don't remember having my matcha green tea creama this watery. And the worst thing about it is that the cups. Ridiculous cups that doesn't show what's inside the drink. Tried calling the store but the number listed is inactive. Need a refund ASAP!!!

Oolong Tea Creama

I used to be a regular at this particular location and always ordered the Oolong Tea Creama. This place is located in The Landing, across from the Regal Cinemas and surrounded by multiple restaurants/businesses. There is always a line in the summer and on sunny days. It's a popular hangout place for many people, especially after watching a movie or grabbing dinner. To correctly drink the Oolong Tea Creama, ask the barista to cut two small slits at the top on opposite ends, one slightly longer than the other. (Most of the time, they will just give you a straw instead without cutting the slits). After they cut the slits, you tilt the drink and sip out of the longer slit, so you can have a balance of both the cream on top and the tea at the bottom. They used to give you a small plastic knife to cut the slits, but not anymore to save money. A few years ago, the original owners sold this location to new owners. After this transition, I personally think customer service went down because many of the previous staff left and the quantity/quality of products was also lacking. Obviously, they stopped handing out the small plastic knife for Creama drinks, but the cups they started to use for hot drinks didn't insulate well, nor would lids would fit properly. Before this exchange of ownership, I would have given a 4-star or 5-star review because the drinks and customer service was superb.

Ah, 2021 was such a year when I first went here. Everyone was looking for an excuse to go outside…read morebecause of the quarantines but it was hot and sunny back then, and this place filled up my friends' IG stories back when we wanted to walk around Gene Coulon Park where this place is located not too far from. Parking around the streets touching here and the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington at Seattle's Southport is not advisable since it's very limited. There is a paid parking garage near the Hyatt you can use, or you can use the nearby Coulon Park parking lot and walk over here like I did. There's no seating inside here; instead there's tons of treats, merch, tea bags, gummies and other products on tables and shelves filling up the right-hand side of the interior. There's also a grassy background where you can take photo ops of yourself and/or your drinks. Up at the front counter to the left-hand side of the entrance are two kiosks you can use to punch in the drinks you want. The menu is also up behind the counter as well. For this visit, I got their tiramisu milk tea with boba. The tiramisu foam ayer was large enough that when I stirred the whole drink in, I could taste the tiramisu's slight coffee-like, earthy hints throughout. The milk tea itself is very strong as I could taste the bitter undertones of the tea easily after just one sip. Also love how they put their drinks in a plastic container shaped like a can! As for their boba, I actually don't mind them being much smaller than many other boba places. They're both small and very chewable, and still look very good sinking to the bottom of the drink in case a photo op is needed. Regular size boba would take up too much space inside the can anyway. Overall drink was a tad too sweet though. This is one of the few places that come to mind for me when someone asks me what boba places there are around the Renton area, as I've gotten great drinks here for every visit since 2021. I'd love to come back again and try their other drinks when I'm around the area!

My favorite drinks are from their taro series, especially because you can order a drink with either taro balls or taro paste. The shop itself is very clean and aesthetically pleasing, with plenty of seating. I've even come here to work on school assignments since they have Wi-Fi available. The boba was perfectly cooked soft, chewy, and fresh and the drinks themselves were super smooth and flavorful. Everything tastes really intentional, not overly sweet, and you can tell they use high-quality ingredients. There can be a bit of a wait, but it's honestly worth it every time. The inside is minimalistic and so cute. Definitely a go-to spot when I'm craving good boba. I'll for sure be back!

The staff was fast paced but still friendly, handling orders smoothly even near closing time. The place itself is very clean, bright, and has a modern feel. Drinks were solid. I like that you can customize sweetness and ice levels to your preference. We tried the Treasure Taro Milk Tea and Pearl Milk Tea both were good, with a nice balance of flavor and texture. TP TEA @ SOUTHCENTER…read more Parking is available, but there honestly aren't that many spots probably around 5-6 dedicated spaces. The rest are shared with nearby businesses like AT&T, and it was surprisingly packed for a Thursday afternoon. Luckily, we found one spot all the way in the back under AT&T, but I do wish there was more parking available or a larger lot. Getting there from the freeway is pretty easy though, you basically just make a quick right turn straight into TP Tea, but it can be easy to miss if you're not paying attention. I've been to this boba shop before in San Diego, so when I saw a location in Washington, I knew I had to bring my dad. I ordered the lychee fruit tea, and he got the mango tea with light ice and added boba. One downside is that this location doesn't allow substitutions like the San Diego one does, I usually swap lychee jelly for boba at no extra cost, but here they charge extra. The service wasn't the best. When we walked in, the staff didn't seem very welcoming and mostly just looked at us. There was only one self-order kiosk, and a couple was taking a while on it (which is totally fine), but the employees didn't step in to help take orders either. It felt a bit inconvenient since we were just waiting to see if anyone would help us, but eventually they did take our order. The drinks themselves were pretty good. My dad's mango tea ended up being more icy than expected even though we asked for light ice, I think it's because it's a blended drink, so the consistency was thinner rather than thicker. My lychee tea was really good though, I'd definitely recommend it. Even at 50% sweetness, it leaned on the sweeter side, but still very enjoyable. The ambiance is nice, the space is big with plenty of seating, and there's a steady flow of people coming in and out. Overall, it's still a solid spot to check out. Just be prepared for limited parking and slightly inconsistent service.

I figured since LA Fitness is a membership gym they would want to verify if someone has membership when entering but no one was there. Behind the circular desk there were a few other workstations. There was a gentleman at one of these computers who just silently stared at me as I wandered to find Emerald City Smoothie. He didn't move, smile, nothing. His eyes just followed me. Kinda feeling odd by this point I saw the Emerald City Smoothie to the left tucked in. You can't see it when stepping into the space and the one sign is on one wall eye level. She spoke little and moved fast. There were a few people in front of me and each was served quickly with no commentary. Made me wonder if they should just install a kiosk where customers could put in their orders and she could just make them with no interaction.
