The service here is always extremely quick. They tell you what they did and/or how long the part will last. They also try to lower the price as much as possible to accommodate. The last time I went with my mom for her car, they told her the exact part they needed to order, how long it would take for it to arrive, and a (good) ballpark range of how much it'll be to fix the issue. I took my 2008 Highlander in for the notorious VVT death ratter which if isn't taken care of it will ultimately implode your engine, Juan said he was going to change them out but asked me since engine was out if I wanted all the other timing components changed with no labor cost because the engine was going to out of vehicle anyway, I was so happy to get my vehicle back but what happens......the noise came back so I went back to see Juan at 360 and he said he didn't intend to change out the VVT components, he said the chain guide was the issue because it was worn down so bad and was making noise, so why did it come back, exact same noise in the same exact area!!! So exactly what parts was he going to change out if I said I didn't want the other timing components changed out besides the VVT's since engine was out...nothing because the VVT's was the issue which is exactly what he informed me before starting the work on my SUV, I'm so disappointed in his discrete which cost me $3400 and still have the same issue BUT he said he now can fix issue for $2000 more because he wants to make it right which is what he should have done the first time by changing what he said he was going to. He made a fool out of me with all the people I was telling about his shop and how trustworthy he is, boy did he fool me, I'm so sorry I ever stepped into his shop. read more

Won is an amazing mechanic and he has saved the day for me two times in 10 years! I first learned about him at an AutoZone when my car broke down while visiting Las Vegas in 2015. He did great work on my car back then when he was only working out of his house. Fast-forward to 2025 and I was in Las Vegas on vacation again, and a different car broke down. Luckily I was able to get in touch with Juan and visit him at his beautiful shop. He did fantastic work and used high-quality parts. The lady in front (omg I can't remember her name!) was so sweet and honest! When my son picked up his car a couple hours later, the mechanic was amazing (this is how I know they are honest and fair) he changed his fuel filter, but did not change the fuel pump until my son drives the car around for a couple of days to see if it's still makes the noise when he starts it. I always say, finding a good mechanic you can trust is like finding a good barber and always difficult. We were recommended 360 Auto Care by one of my wife's co-workers and have to say the 1st impression was a good one. While we waited for our vehicle to be serviced we were in waiting area with another customer. The mechanic Rick came over to her and explained in detail was wrong with the mechanism in her door (which I guess was the reason she came in) but even brought in the door panel to visually show her. After he left she shared with person she called how impressed she was. We brought our car in for an oil change (which btw was super affordable) and to have vehicle looked over. The same mechanic, Rick came over and asked about our concerns and explained what was going on and what could and should be done. He didn't push anything but recommended a few things and provided pricing quotes and left the decision to us. No pressure, informative and friendly yet very knowledgeable. The young lady in the office was friendly and helpful as well. Oh and they have a healthy stock of candy while you wait! This is our new shop for servicing all of our vehicles. read more

My car horn stopped working after visiting a Discount Tire location. They recommended I visit 360 Auto Care to inspect if they had caused the damage, since Discount Tire does not do anything other than tires. Upon entering 360 Auto Care, you have to unfortunately park in the back behind the building because the parking lot is full of many other car shops. There isn't anyone at a desk to greet you when you walk in, which is a little odd, but there's a camera and someone came out to greet me within a minute. I explained my situation and she took my keys and about 30 minutes later they informed me that my car horn had pre-existing damage over time, and I had to get it replaced. They were able to order the part to fix it, and at a reasonable price as well! The part shipped over night, but I came in a few days later for a scheduled appointment. About an hour later my car horn was fixed and worked once again! Thank you 360 Auto Care for your rapid service, I appreciate it! read more

My Jeep needed to have a new 7 blade round connector for my trailer. There was a problem with the wiring as the lights didn't work. This place is a gem. I got ripped of at Midas at N. Durango and Cheyenne. They put in crappy brake pads and my cars squeaking go worse we tried to go back and they told us it was the rotors. They also started off by saying it'll cost $800 then $400 then $180 in which we agreed to and that was for brake fluids and pads. But I didn't know they would sabotage us. So I yelped a high rating mechanic and 360 auto care popped up. Went in for a second opinion and they took my car in only took 2 hours for results. They told me that Midas had put in crappy brake pads I'm assuming so they can get us for the rotors that they claimed was messed up. Anyhow 360 only charged me $100 for new brake pads with labor. Now my car is back into great shape. Will be coming here from now on. Their reviews help, but it was there honesty that helped. Thank you for not ripping me off. read more

Discount Tire recommended this place for a wheel alignment since I just had new shocks/struts put on my 2005 BMW. I also asked them to do an oil change & turn off the maintenance light so I could have it smogged. They offered to do the smog test for me. Upon dropping it off, I told the lady that if there were any questions, there is a folder in the front seat with EVERYTHING that has been done to the car since I bought it (new). She called and said that I needed to speak with a mechanic. He told me he needed to get codes from a gun at $90 per code, there were 5 codes related to my gas tank, it probably would need to be replaced. He then told me that the he could not align the wheels because the control arms were bad and needed to be replaced. Roughly about $3k In repairs. I asked them to change the oil and I would pick it up. I went to auto zone. They will let you run an analysis for free. It was a $40 gas cap that needed to be replaced. Upon review of my records, my control arms had been replaced fairly recently, I had them rechecked. They were fine. This place is a total scam! They are taking advantage of people during this pandemic, especially knowing times are rough for everyone. Fortunately, I'm one of these people that keeps immaculate records on my vehicles & I take excellent care of them. Beware of these scammers!! read more

My new favorite mechanic in Vegas. My heater had stopped working on my Ford Focus. I Called 360 Auto Care after word-of-mouth recommendation. They scheduled me to come in the very next morning. Pulled my car straight into the garage and diagnosed the heater issue as the control valve within 8 minutes. (Didn't charge for diagnosis either like some places probably would have). Gave me an estimate for part and labor extremely reasonable price! Ordered part from ford and fixed the issue the same day. Picked up car before they closed. Throughout the day the customer service was five star. I even received a call giving me an update from them that Ford was running late on delivering the part. Highly recommended mechanic!
