When the estimate was sent over, I found the prices to be very reasonable, and lower than other shops I have used in Vegas. The work was done in far less time than I expected and so far seems solid. I initially found this service when my vehicle needs a new alternator. I was impressed with the service then, so i decided to use their services for an oil change today. I made an appointment using their online scheduling at their website. I then verified the appointment by calling a couple of days prior and it was in the system. I arrived several minutes prior to my appointment. Customer service was great. Everything explained. They offer a "17 Point" inspection service with an oil change. They noticed a headlight bulb needed to be replaced. I'm glad they noticed it! The bulb replacement service was reasonably priced IMO, so I authorized the work. The bulb was replaced at that time of service. There is a reward points app available. They send out emails and/or print receipts at request. I'm very pleased with the service here. Visited my usual business for an oil change...Valvoline! Ms Tina (manager) and her crew took great care of my old truck which I appreciated. I chose to top off some levels and they informed me of an issue I apparently had with my oil filter (also appreciated) as well as a couple non working bulbs. They were also very good with my large dog! Love getting my oil changed here as I never feel pressure to get the added services they offer. Made an appointment for an oil change. I was greeted by Carol, who was very friendly and welcoming. I waited for the car and they were able to shuffle things around and got me into the bay minutes after I checked in at the front desk. They inspected the car and also made a couple of suggestions which I needed to get done any way, so I authorized the work. Everything was done in an hour and I was checked out, paid for the work and off I go. They were professional and I feel like they did a good job on my car. Pls note that there is a 3% transaction fees if you use your debit/credit card. This is normal, I think, cuz I also saw another shop posting the same thing at a diff time/date. Close by are a couple of eateries, so you can wait there if you don't want to wait at the shop. Overall, it was a good experience read more

Money grubbing company that looks to maximize price gouging, charging $40 for labor that couldn't have taken more than 5 minutes of time to perform...$80 for a cabin filter replacement is outrageous. This company always charges extra for credit card payments, and it gets tedious hearing from them about the surcharge. I think I have finally convinced my wife to take her Lexus to Asian Imports for service rather than to Lexus. Her car would not start on Thursday and as I had major surgery a week ago I was physically limited in what I could do to help. I tried starting her. car with a portable starter that I have which has always worked when my car had a battery problem. It did not start her car. We do have AAA so I called them to make an appointment for them to pick up her car at our home and tow it on a flatbed truck to Asian Imports. I had first called Jim to make an appointment to have the car towed to him. He told me he didn't need me to come with the car which was great and would keep me updated on the service. I learned AAA does not make appointments, you just call them when you need service. We've been members over 15 years and have never needed to call so this was new. Erwin of 1 Touch Towing was excellent. In fact my entire experience with AAA was excellent. The car was taken to Asian Imports and after a thorough check of all electrical systems Asian Imports determined she had a bad battery. This was a battery she had bought and had installed at Lexus of Las Vegas in December 2024. It was a one year old battery! I hope my wife goes to Lexus this week and tries to get at least a partial refund of what she paid for this battery that died in a year. I took my 2011 Mazda3 to a transmission specialist after it repeatedly went into limp mode. He couldn't find a problem with my car, but on the way home it fell into limp mode again. Took it to Asian Imports in Summerlin for the first time and the whole process was quick and easy. They not only correctly diagnosed the problem and the other issues with the car were reported with pictures. They repaired the transmission, replaced an engine mount, replaced my serpentine belt AND gave me an oil change. They have an easy app that lets you approve or decline services. I had to have some work done on my vehicle over the summer and I did not want to take it to the dealer for fear of being over charged. I looked on Yelp and based on the reviews decided to give this business a try. I made an appointment with Kathy to bring my vehicle in. She was so kind, helpful and genuinely interested in my vehicle's needs. When I arrived, my car was promptly taken back and an assessment took place to find out what the issue was with my truck. There is no pressure, just pure honestly about your vehicles condition. Prices are fair and they do their best to keep the costs down. Kathy and I became fast friends and she was just as helpful in person as she was on the phone. I was extremely pleased with the service and came back again for an oil change a couple of weeks ago. They have a reward program you can join that rewards you each time you visit. You earn loyalty certificates and I received one for $75 shortly after I had my first service. What was nice was that this certificate paid for my oil change and new wiper blades so I was pretty happy. I have to give this place five stars for the amazing service and quality work they perform. He kindly told me that although they were busy on Monday to go ahead and drop the truck off and they would take a look at it. I sighed a great sigh of relief as when I lived in Las Vegas, they serviced my vehicles and I always received excellent service. Jim and his crew are still amazing. They found several issues that needed immediate attention, let me know soon enough to approve the repairs and have me back in my truck the next day. What a blessing! As part of a general service a steering rack was replaced on my 2002 Forester that I bought brand new in 2001. 6 months later I had moved to Colorado and before long my car was smelling like oil was burning when I parked and it needed power steering fluid. I took the car to Thompson Automotive in Littleton Colorado. Apparently, the steering rack failed. I contacted Asian Imports to see about a warranty. They were helpful and understanding on that call. The next day I got a text stating it would be 100% covered as an out-of-state warranty. Thompson Automotive coordinated with Asian Imports and it was taken care of in a couple of days. Wow! Shady practices. Untrustworthy. Took my sons subaru to this shop for a diagnostic. Initially they said it would be $140 to diagnose then they called and said it would be $400+ more to diagnose it. They originally said it was his lifters but my sons subaru year does not have lifters. They then said they only took off the vavle cover to find out it had a bad valve spring and in order to get morr of a diagnostic they will need more money. Thhey would of had to take off the cam shafts and shams to get to the valve springs but told me they had only took off the valve covers and won't fo further without more money. They told me they pushed on one of the vavle springs and could tell it was bad. We told them to stop with the diagnose since it felt too wishy washy and a money grab. We brought it home pulled out the engine and have 4 badly stripped cam cap bolts which have to come off first to get out the cam shafts and shams to even get to the springs. They must of just thrown it back together with no care once we said to stop at the $140. They had it taken apart already but instead of finishing the diagnostic they tried to strong arm us for more money before they would ascertain the diagnosis. After they tried to get more money for the diagnostic they also said it would be at least $1,500 + to fix the problem if it is a valve spring and much more if its something else. They had a plan on how to get more and more money from us with no sure answers on what the aim was. The cam cap bolts were put back in so over torqued they became stripped trying to get them back out. We had to pay someone to take them out. On top of this they broke the timing cover. The car ran worse and was smoking when we got it back. Turns out the valve springs are all in working order after all. I have talked to other people who have taken their vehicle here and they had the same shady experience. read more

Do not take your car anywhere else! I've taken my Subaru to them several times now and they provide quick, quality service, at a far better cost than other places. Case in point. I had to have a headlight replaced and took it to a major chain because it had to be done over the weekend - they didn't know what they were doing and took 2+ hours. A $23 headlight bulb cost nearly $230 to replace!! When the other bulb of course went out a few weeks later I took it to Asian Imports and it was $130. I won't ever take our cars to anywhere other than Asian Imports on Charleston. read more

I brought in a 740i BMW with air conditioning failed. They charged me $500 to put freon in it it's lasted 2 weeks. I brought it back there which they made me wait three days to get it back in I had no air conditioning and 120° weather and then they kept it for 2 days and then they told me they can't fix it they don't have the right computer it's in the dash they don't know what's going on all that should have been told me a month ago when I could have gotten this done properly and they charged me over $500 when they were doing that they supposedly uncovered something else that they charged me $2,500 on mostly labor and I'm not sure if the same things are going to have to be taken apart to fix this air conditioning to whatever they did should have been done when the air conditioning's done because it's going to be all apart it was a total far $3,000 and I got a broken car and it's cost me over a month of dealing with them total joke read more

Over the last couple days, I experienced the type of 5 Star service you get maybe from a Ritz Carlton or a 4 Seasons Hotel at Asian Auto! Kathy and Jim provided such unbelievable service to me that can be appreciated and described through how they helped me when I was most vulnerable. I just moved to Las Vegas with my classic 1992 Lexus SC300 and I was driving down a very busy highway near their shop when my car just died in the middle of the road. I could not understand how this could happen as I just spent a small fortune having my car serviced in Marina del Rey a few days earlier. The highway I broke down was so busy (during rush hour) that I literally feared for my life that someone was going to hit me. I got out of the car to the side of the road, called AAA and was waiting over 45 minutes for them to arrive fearing someone was going to run into the back of my car. I then I saw a sign for Asian Auto nearby. I called and Kathy (front office manager) proceeded to get her lead Auto Mechanic, Jim, on the phone. Within minutes Jim and one of his associates walked over to push me about 200 yards into their shop putting their own lives in danger. When i got into their shop, I explained what happened and they were gracious to be very supportive and helpful. Jim even drove me home! (He certainly did not have to provide this level support as they already were over the top!) Fearing I was going to incur a monster cost to repair my older vehicle, Jim realized the ignition coil wire had fallen off. The next morning they called and told me the great news that it was nothing serious. Furthermore, they did not want to charge me! As Jim came back out to my home to pick me up ( Yes, they even picked me back up at my home), I was very thankful. I don't know about you, but I've not seen this level auto support from just about anywhere. Well, as I was going to need a new auto mechanic in Las Vegas, I found one for life. I'll give them four stars because the work seems to have been done well, facility clean, organized and the ladies were super nice. They made a ton of money off me with no discount for bringing my own parts. I do not like paying the computer rate when I bring in a ton of work. I brought my parts and it was still $125 for the brakes that take 20 min for my old mechanic to do. I miss him more now, he would just pull our cars in and charge me time when I brought a ton of parts. $625 for motor and transmission mount labor only. $25 to change oil and filter labor only. $25 to change air filter labor only. $125 to install rear anti-swaybar labor only. $125 swap pads and rotors labor only. Original quote over 700, final bill 925, seems a bit strong to charge that much when the parts were supplied and I have other cars to bring in. read more
