This location team has a lack of communication and thinking through of steps. I came in for a routine oil change that I usually trust to get at any jiffy lube location but left underwhelmed and disappointed. They used my entire motor oil I brought on myself and over filled my vehicle and didn't even catch it. The only reason they notice was because I asked for the extra motor oil that I usually have leftover after every oil change. Then they drained the oil that was overfilled, but didn't vacuum it back out so I could keep the excess so they drained it and wasted at least a third of the oil that would've been left over. Not to mention it took them a while to even get to me, even though they only had one car in the shop with at least five people on deck. read more

Jiffy lube incident: I came in to have my AC serviced. I waited 3 hours (I knew the wait time) and was charged close to $900 to fix my ac When I was driving home after picking up my partner from work, 3 dash lights came up and my stereo started beeping I got home, called jiffy lube Decided to go back in for them to look at my car As I'm driving, the brake light comes in Before I can pull into the correct loading bay, my honda starts shaking and dies The team is trying to figure out how to jumpstart my car, I offer my jumper cables That's when the guy who worked on my car realizes that he did not plug something back in correctly. They jumpstart my car, There is still the hazard light on my vehicle He tells me to keep driving my car and that the light will go away On the way home the TCS light comes back on, I call jiffy lube and drive back They tell me that I just need to keep driving my car and that it will go away. In the politest way possible, I'm upset. I paid close to $900 for my ac to be serviced, and left with lights on my dashboard and my stereo not working due to faulty work by the mechanic. And I was told to just keep driving my car. I'm lucky that I broke down in the parking lot of jiffy lube and not on the road or anywhere else. The work that they did,or lack there of put me in danger. I went back in the next day and the Manager was there. Spoke to him, explained the situation and finally got my car fixed. They couldn't get my stereo back working so I had to go to the Honda dealership for that. I understand human error, and try to be patient and understanding with car issues. But this service here cost me my time and a price that I don't believe is fair for the poor work service. read more

Had my car oil changed and engine light came on right after the oil change. They said it wasn't the oil change. Found out they had put the wrong oil filter on. Found out that the rubber gasket under the oil filter had a small piece missing. After four months they said it wasn't there fault. Had other people look at it and tried to fix the issue. Change oil pump at Dodge. Still the same. Had to get rid of the car at a loss. A big loss. read more

Came here for an oil change the other day. Service was friendly and quick, no wait time at all when I showed up they help direct you and you drive right up. Best part is I got to stay in my car, I didn't have to do a thing. I got full synthetic oil for my car maybe the reasoning for such a high price (in my opinion) of $103. But I can't complain my car desperately needed it. They also put air in my tires which was nice. I wish they were able to help turn off the sensor in my car that has the oil change reminder on but they suggested going to auto zone for help to get it off. read more

Earlier today came in with no appointment for an oil change. The manger helped me and was very friendly and got the job done quickly and professionally. He was informative and told me what my car needed and what was available without trying to up-sell any extras. I ended up asking if they had windshield wipers also and he quickly measured and picked out new wipers for me and got them installed. Price was reasonable and found a $15 off coupon. I was happy to find a new place I can trust and get what needs done in a timely manner. Would recommend coming here. Fast, friendly, and didn't try taking advantage.
