I just used Impact mobile Mechanics on two separate occasions very recently. We all know how hard it is to find a good mechanic that is honest professional, and has a fair pricing. This service is extra special because they'll come straight to where you're at and you don't have to drive to a shop and wait in line with other people. you all know as well as I do ,and I am a mechanic myself building custom Harley's for over 45 years, I don't like working on cars, but I can. and I will tell you the first experience I had with Jay. The owner was fantastic. He was so professional on time and the price was very fair. He knew exactly what he was doing, and he took care of my problem. Second experience was with one of his top men Corey... also on time very professional very knowledgeable. I can't tell you how important it is to be able to have somebody like this in your back pocket. You all know out there that keeping our cars running these days is a very important thing considering the price of a new Vehicle. I had a very disappointing experience with Jay from Impact Mobile Mechanics. My motorcycle wasn't starting, so I hired him to diagnose the issue. He came out on a Thursday and quickly told me it was a bad battery. I immediately bought a new one for $150, but the bike still wouldn't start. He then said it must be the ignition module and advised me to order one for $175. I paid him $300 for the hour visit. Jay was heading out for the weekend and walked me through the installation, saying he'd return on Monday if I had any trouble. I installed the part as best I could, but the bike still wouldn't start. I texted him Sunday night and followed up multiple times the following week (as shown in the attached messages), but he stopped responding completely. It's now been over a week, I'm out $625 total, and my bike still doesn't run. No follow-up, no accountability, and no resolution. This is not how a professional mechanic should operate. I strongly caution others before hiring Impact Mobile Mechanics. If you value communication, reliability, and results--look elsewhere. -- Frank M. read more

Customer service representative was rude and misleading when I originally booked a repair on my trailer. They didn't want to be honest about the price or process, and sounded pretty shady. I eventually booked an appointment as a backup to other estimates but they didn't show up on time. I then called the office and after two tries I finally got an answer from someone who sounded annoyed that I was calling. This technician lied about having the number wrong and that he couldn't get ahold of me so they weren't coming out. I know they had the right number, the original representative who booked the appointment was very clear about verifying my phone number. Eventually the guy hung up on me. read more

I feel like 5 stars isn't even enough for this company. I'm so impressed I'd give 50 if I could. My car was having problems starting so I knew it was about time for a new battery. No problem. I know how batteries work, especially in this town. After work, drove to my (ex) trusty auto parts store and asked for a new battery. First of all, the extended warranty I had purchased on the last one apparently isn't honored anymore, now it's A pro rated system. Ok. I need the battery so it's not my favorite but it'll do. Then the cashier tells me ok so that will be $207. Excuse me? Batteries are around 100-120. He says let's go look at it. I pop the hood and he says I can't change this. You need your terminals entirely replaced. Probably the fuse too. The whole set up. At this point I'm like well this sucks, guess I have to figure this out, thank him, hope my car will start again, and go on my way. I call a few places and find impact who comes out to change my terminals. 30 minutes, to my house. What a time to be alive! Mechanic looks at it and says " you don't need these replaced. There's nothing wrong with them. They just need to be cleaned". Well that's a relief. So he starts removing the terminals and says "this is a problem, this is a bad battery. The post on top is loose and would have eventually caused a lot of problems. That's where the corrosion is coming from." I tell him the story about my experience at the auto parts store and he says "let me call and see". Sure enough he gets one for a hundred bucks. Then he actually goes and gets it for me, replaces the battery, cleans the terminals, and my car is road ready again. Impact took what could have been a frustrating and potentially expensive day and made it a great one with honesty and integrity. This will be the only car mechanic service I'll ever use again, and I'm literally telling everyone I know. Thank you thank you thank you!!!! read more

What a fantastic company! I called during a desperate moment because our RV batteries were not working and the temperature was in the triple digits. "J"the owner answered the phone and said he'd reach out to his technician to see if he could get out to us. I got a callback within 5 minutes sayi the technician would be out in about 3 hours. Lalo arrived even sooner than expected and immediately got to work diagnosing and solving the problem. He was so professional and respectful. He even checked some other things while he was there. I was so impressed with this service that I've already hired them again for another job to install a new inverter. Very reasonable pricing for such great service! Pedro F. On January 23 a mechanic from this company was sent to my home to fix a toyota rav-4 2009 to change one selenoid that he said it was damage. But in doing diagnostic and go and buy the part he took about 4 hours and he didn't fix it because he things was something else. it was late and dark already and he said he well come back the next day, but the labor of that day was $ 650.00 dlls. ($200 dlls. parts and $ 450.00 labor). That surpraised me because I had to paid for a work that had not been done. what was the warranty that the next day he will do it right? Next day I took may vehicle to a mechanic who a friend of mine recomended, he fixed the car in one hour and charged me $ 360.00. I think this company should recognize it's mistakes and should rembursed the money to the damage customers becuase the mechanic didn't his job right. read more
