Alison is a GEM! I've come back to this spa multiple times because she truly gives the best massage in town.

Alison was exceptional massage - so so so relaxing environment and easy parking! Highly suggest Swedish massage.

Came here as a VIP guest and had a customized schedule based on a questionnaire that I had filled out prior to my appointment. Andy and I were super excited to be pampered for the day. My schedule was as follows: -Acupuncture: My first treatment with Dr. Dwayne. He was very knowledgeable and understanding to my needs. I indicated that I was beginning to have knee pains and he immediately knew that I was a runner. It was interesting, to say the least. Following my treatment, I continued to have knee pain, and if fact, I want to say my knees have gotten worse. Not sure if this is a result of the treatment??? -Life Coach: With all do respect, I don't think I needed this session. I've been thru various workshops, courses and seminars regarding life coaching and I feel that I know how to manage my personal and professional lives all the while keeping and maintaining balance. -Massage: OMG, MY FAVE OF THE DAY!!! Toni was AMAZING!!!!!! Can't say enough!!! AWESOME deep tissue massage!!! -Snacks and Beverages: I indulged in some pomegranate mimosa, fruit, berries, scones/muffins, and cheese and crackers. DELISH!!! Would def recommend coming here for a destination spa. This place may be a bit difficult to find; however, it's located in a medical building so keep your eyes peeled and look for parking up in the residential streets. read more

This is only feedback on the Chiropractic services with Dr. Lisa Ortiz. She didn't let me know until I was there but she doesn't do traditional methods (fine should have been made aware prior) but what she uses is a little gun that hits and has caused me pain for the last three days. Not only did I pay her for a high end Del Mar experience but received felt like fraud. Make sure you know what your getting prior ... read more

Place 360 is a fantastic spa! The atmosphere is so warm, cozy, and relaxing. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Tracy, and she was so kind and welcoming. I had a wonderful massage by Samantha and left feeling completely rejuvenated. I am 2 months postpartum and she made sure I was comfortable and customized the massage to focus on my achy back. I wish I would have thought to come here for a prenatal massage while I was still pregnant -- I will definitely keep this in mind as a baby shower gift for my friends when they are expecting! They have a great selection of items to shop as well, so I got a locally made candle and shower scrub so I could take the salon experience home with me :) I can't wait to come back! read more

Came here for a bachelorette party and they were very accommodating. I've had many massages prior, but I do have to say this place is probably one of the most relaxing places I've been to. The ambiance is very zen and casual, with a friendly vibe. The waiting area is cozy and inviting -- perfect for gabbing with your girlfriends (quietly of course) while waiting your turn. When finally getting your session, the rooms are very well sound proofed that you can't hear a peep from the outside. The massage beds are temperature controlled and the masseuse I had was one of the best I've ever had. (Kara I believe was her name.) She was very attentive to my needs and made me feel very comfortable, which is nice as no matter how many times I've had a massage, it's always kind of awkward. She did an incredible job! The price is very reasonable considering the quality of service you get. Already anticipating the next time I can make my way down here for a massage!! read more

5 stars coming from someone who would have never considered acupuncture, I'm a believer now! I've had the pleasure of being treated by Tracy 4 times now and my only regret is not taking care of myself sooner. I've been having shoulder pain for the last year. I'm assuming it's impingement and just after 3 treatments of acupuncture ( and one cupping treatment) my shoulder feels almost 100% better. I'm able to sleep better through the night being nearly pain free. Tracy's improved my quality of life in 3 short weeks. Just going into her office is an experience. It's beautiful and relaxing. I just leave a better person. Tracy also treated my TMJ on my last visit. And my jaw isn't locked anymore!!! I keep opening my jaw in amazement . It's been locked for almost 6 months due to Invisalign. I can't say enough about how grateful I am to have experienced Tracy's healing hands! I will definitely be keeping up with wellness visits. Now I can get back to things I love like playing volleyball and eating real food! read more

If you've ever had a massage before, you know the pure bliss of the experience and PLACE360 does it well. The facility, though a bit hard to find, is wonderful -- decked out in calming decor and complete a relaxation lounge where you're brought to sit and unwind before the session starts. My masseuse (sorry - can't remember her name) was very good. She left me in a near coma and surprisingly didn't push too hard with the "you're so stressed," "you really need to get a massage every week" so common to spas. She seemed experienced and to really know what she was doing. My body felt AMAZING after the 60 minutes. I finished the day with a trip to their Swedish shower where I took my time steaming and rinsing down with the 10(?) shower heads. It was a beyond relaxing experience - def worth checking out if you're looking for a spa in the neighborhood. Disclosure: I visited PLACE360 as a VIP and received a complimentary 60-minute massage, but would still 150% recommend them. (Really. It's a great spa.) read more

Ahhhhhhhh my body still feels like jello. Had a super relaxing yet deep tissue massage today by John. I've gotten massages by male therapists before and he was very professional. I didn't feel uncomfortable one bit. He took great care working out my kinks in my shoulders. You can tell by his technique he really knows what he is doing. Highly recommend him if you're looking for some real tension release. After my massage I had a facial with Janelle. She too was awesome! I loved the steam on my face, the mask and gentle extractions she performed. I would have liked more extractions but maybe it wasn't needed because she did say I have beautiful skin. The shoulder massage and scalp massage were great and for a facial it was really relaxing. I heard about this spa through a deal my friend spent me. I called ahead to make sure they had availability before purchasing the deal. They told me they would honor the price. Sweet! Didn't have to go through and third party...win win situation for the both of us. I also wanted to mention the girl at the front desk was so sweet. She offered me a beverage as soon as I walked in. Parking can be tricky on weekends. They do have a private lot right in front but only like 5-6 spaces. I had the park on the street. I'm glad I discovered this little gem and look forward to returning again soon! read more

Excellent! Relaxing atmosphere, friendly, one the best massages! Can't wait for my next appointment!

This is the only spa I've found in San Diego that offers the types of services I'm accustomed to in destination spas. The service offering is all-encompassing from nutrition counseling to basic facials and massages and everything in between. I had a massage and facial with Toni and it was the best I'd ever had. While her technique was incredible, it was the small details that really made me a fan: the amazing aromatherapy oils that were used, every towel was scented, the light music creating the most calming ambiance - you could tell that quality is considered every single step of the way and cutting corners to save on costs is not an option. From the person who made my appointment to the on-site staff and Toni - I felt like I was treated as an important person they truly cared about and there is absolutely no substitute for feeling like a valued customer. After discovering this hidden gem in Del Mar, there is no way I could ever go anywhere else. read more

I sit at a computer all day, and I travel - so my body isn't in the best shape, but I was excited to come here since I scored a spa week deal for $50 massage/60 minutes. The decor and charm of this place is small - but cute and relaxing. It feels like a spa from the minute you walk in. My girlfriend and I had our own waiting room which was pretty neat. We got to chat, relax, and have some water/tea/snacks while we waited. When our therapists came to get us, I informed mine that I had quite a few knots in my shoulders/neck area and would've liked for him to focus on.. he started off on my lower back which took me by surprise, but maybe it was to help get me relaxed a bit. He eventually got to my problem areas and I could tell he was having a hard time. I was instructed to take deep breaths so he could apply more pressure in an effort to get the knots out, but it just wasn't working.. He used a heated pad on me twice which helped me relax a lot, but when I get massages I don't go for relaxation, I go so someone can get my knots out. Try to come early so you have enough time to drive around and find parking.. The parking lot is tiny here, so don't be surprised if you have to park on the street. read more

BEST MASSAGE EVER! Seriously. Janelle was out of this world amazing. So intuitive, supportive, and attentive. This place has the most beautiful energy and the massage was so tailored, unique, and truly magical. I will be a LOYAL customer! read more

I was so excited to try this place after moving to North County, but have found it IMPOSSIBLE to book time at their spa. I have called multiple times, on multiple days, only to get their voicemail. I've tried to book online and every time I click on an appointment time I get the error message that the appointment I've selected is no longer available. EVERY. TIME. I have a $100 gift certificate I've been wanting to redeem and I'm unable to due to their faulty booking system. read more

I recently came here for an event and was treated to a specialized schedule suited to fit what I had filled out previously and sent back to the owner. I came with my friend Maria and to be honest, we were hoping for a "couples"-like massage so we could chat and experience the day together but no worries... I was equally thrilled just to experience what they have to offer. After a tour of the place I started off in a relaxing but calm waiting room with snacks and beverages. Everything was delicious from the pomegranate mimosas to the blueberry scones and fruit salad. I stayed away from the goat cheese because of my lactose intolerance but i hear it was good. After my break, i was taken into see Dr. Loy about Chiropractic education. Now to be honest, I was hoping to get an adjustment just to see how his heeling powers worked but I learned some valuable info. Next up, my facial with Janelle in the "tree house." How to describe my experience with her... OH MY FREAKING GOSH it was amazing!!!! I've never had a facial and she was like a wealth of knowledge all about skin care. We chatted about everything from my concerns to stressors in my life. She appeared to really care and listen to what was going on with me. I appreciated everything she told me from skin care to some personal stuff. It was such a shame I had sucha short amount of time with her since we were all trying to keep on schedule. 5 STARS ALONE TO HER. And finally, I had an amazing group chat with Kim about nutrition. I appreciate her for answering all of my questions and concerns about my own health. She was so friendly and understood the challenges that I had in my life with regards to obtaining proper nutrition. Overall, it was an amazing experience but the reason as to why I gave this 4 stars was because this place was a bit hard to locate. We've must've driven around several times before we realized where it was. Parking can also be a major challenge since there aren't many choices. Aside from the little stuff here and there, the staff was truly helpful and I would recommend it! read more

Simply AMAZING! Thank you!! Dr B worked on my body after a car accident that left me injured in several ways. Most people think of Chiro care as only adjusting but Dr B. used several technics to not only get me out of excruciating pain but to allow my body to heal itself WITHOUT drugs! We applied several natural remedies that he has vs me having to take pain meds! Simply AMAZING! read more

360 Health + Spa - Las Vegas April 2017 - Skin Care Near Me - Del Mar, California

Had a massage from male therapist. He was excellent and surprisingly I did not feel uncomfortable at all! Professional, and truly skilled at helping my tired muscles relax. Facial was also excellent. My facial lady had extensive knowledge and the refreshing part is, she didn't push the products. Booked a follow-up facial appointment after my treatment. P.S. parking is a little challenging, allow yourself 10-15 minutes extra for parking (especially around the end of the work day)! read more

My facialist did not stop talking throughout the session, I had to tell her that "I would like to relax now." The spa's bathroom toilet also was completely clogged from client usage, and it was pretty unfabulous, to say the least. read more

Place360 is a wonderful all around wellness spa that you should check out if you live in the north county coastal area. My husband and I have our monthly massage membership for the last year and a half here and every masseuse we have been to is great. We went to Julio for the longest time, and he was amazing, but as he's leaving for school and with our schedules, we now have the pleasure of working with Megan - she is awesome and should be your go to for deep tissue or whatever you like. Also, we have both been going to Dwayne for acupuncture for sports related injuries as well as for some guidance on herbs/fertility boosting and he is extremely knowledgable, intuitive, and professional. You will feel that you are in good hands with whatever ails you if you go see Dwayne. Great job Place360 and we're so lucky to have you here in Del Mar! read more

Went in for a facial and a massage about two weeks ago and let me tell you that I loved this place. The staff is super friendly and genuinely helpful. I used a groupon deal and was not treated any different than a regular customer, which sometimes can happen. I will definitely go back and pay regular price for the services. I was offered the membership but had to decline as it is pretty far from where I live to go once a month. I really liked how they were not pushy about me signing up for the membership. Give this place a try, you will not be sorry. read more

Great experience! Went for Spa Week and got an essential facial. Lyndsey did a very nice job. She tailored it to my skin issues. Very relaxing, spa like environment. I'd go back. Would have loved some aromatherapy with the essential. They didn't try to sell me anything. Very nice and professional staff. Nice Friday treat! read more

My review is a little overdue since our group spa day was back in March of this year. But we still remember how relaxing and fun it was for everyone! Once per quarter our office of 8 women gets to choose an outing. We decided on a spa day. It came down to La Costa and Place360. We chose Place360 because we were able to reserve an afternoon exclusively for our group and they customized the entire afternoon with a private mat Pilates class on the upstairs patio-which has an ocean view, we had mimosas, appetizers and lounged on the back patio garden in robes. Each of us had a 1 hour massage and 1 hour facial and everyone raved about how great their treatments were. One of my co-workers was very pregnant so they created a special facial and massage combo treatment so she didn't have to move around much and could be comfortable and relaxed the entire time. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. Loved the little touches like sunscreen for the outdoor Pilates class and iced face towels after the class, spa water and fruit on the patio and a room where we could get cleaned up as a few of us were going to dinner afterward. We were at the spa from 3:00-6:30ish on a Friday and it was the best work outing we've planned by far. I hope we decide to go back next quarter! read more

The staff at Place 360 Spa took excellent care of my shoulder injury. Not only were they able to take away the pain quickly but after just a few accupunture proceedures I was able to resume golfing and my work outs. If you have ailments or chronic pain I highly recommend scheduling an appointment to go over your options as life is too short to live in pain! Steve S. Carlsbad, CA read more

My friends and I brought a voucher for $99 which included a 50min facial and 60min massage. We booked our appointment on a Saturday morning. After looking for street parking (which is not so bad on a Saturday morning), we found the spa (looks very tiny from the outside but huge inside). It was a very relaxing atmosphere. We signed in and were taken to a back room where we were offer hot tea. We waited about 5-10 mins before we were taken inside our own individual rooms for the facial. Facial- It was relaxing; however it was not the full 50min, given that you needed to spend some time changing into their comfy robe. The lady I had, believe it was Nicole, was really nice and friendly. The only thing was, she was very quiet and did not explain what she was doing or what she was applying onto my face. It would be nice to know what products she was using and its purpose. Massage- Julio was awesome and very friendly! It was a little uncomfortable since it was my first time getting a massage from a male therapist. But he made it very relaxing and comfortable. After the massage he also reminded me to drink lots of water to wash out all the toxins out of my body. Overall service was awesome! Would definitely come back. Don't forget to check-in on yelp! They gave me a free eco-bag. It is so so cute! read more

Gwen and her amazing hands completely melted away the years of tension and stress from my body in merely an hour and fifteen minutes. Not only was she skilled and diligent she was also compassionate to my needs and requests. Megan, another massage therapist was helpful in getting me checked in and registered. I cant believe I haven't been here sooner. Great facial with Janelle. I've already scheduled my next appointment.

I have been getting weekly acupuncture and massage with Tracy and I could not be happier! I used to take advil everyday because of my neck pain, and now I'm down to once a week! I went for several acupuncture sessions with Dwayne Lee and he was awesome! I was having an issue with persistent hip pain. Each time we had an acupuncture session I always felt so much better right afterwards. He's very knowledgeable and even recognized that this was a hip issue and not a lower back issue as I had previously thought. He gave me some exercises/stretches to do to help it as well. After several sessions with him the pain is pretty much gone! read more

This review is long overdue. I don't know where my family or I would be without Place 360 and the awesome practitioners we have been fortunate enough to know. From the minute you walk in the door the staff is amazing, the decor is fantastic and I love relaxing in the back "zen room" with a green tea before my treatments. I was a new mom in 2011 when I first met Willow who continues to this day to help me and my son with homeopathic and Bach flower remedies for everything from hormones, stress, dry skin, fevers, my sons teething/developmental leaps, and pretty much anything else. Shortly after meeting Willow I introduced my husband to Dwayne for treatment with his high cholesterol. Within a year of herbal remedies my husbands cholesterol is back in normal range and he's off the statin medications. We are super thrilled and amazed. In January of 2013 I suffered a miscarriage of our 2nd child which triggered chaos in my body. Slight anemia, extremely heavy periods, mood swings and I couldn't get out of bed. An ultrasound confirmed a uterine polyp. So I started treatment with both Dwayne and Willow using herbs, homeopathic remedies and Acupuncture to treat / ease the symptoms and let me function normally while taking care of a toddler. A month into these treatments I started layering on full body massages with Carrie. Oh. My. God. The best massage I've ever had in my life. She listens to how my body responds, adjusts and gets the knots out without leaving me feeling sore. Absolutely amazing. We are now 2.5 months into that treatment protocol and I feel like my old self again. More energy, my periods are regulated and I'm not having crazy mood swings. Still a few more weeks away from another ultrasound to confirm the polyp is gone but I feel confident that this was the best course of treatment for me. Ultimately everyone we have worked with here is extremely professional, friendly, down to earth and I believe an expert in their field. I'm very grateful to have them in my life. read more

This review is long overdue. Tracy is a true healer and has just the sweetest spirit as well. I suffer from terrible migraines and have tried everything from traditional medicine to chiropractic to herbal remedies. The only thing that works consistently is acupuncture by Tracy at Place 360. I come in with a migraine that I haven't been able to shake for 2 days, and leave without it. This has been the case the last 3 times. I had the same experience when I pulled a muscle in my shoulder. It bothered me for 2 weeks before I went in for a session with Tracy and the pain was completely gone after. Her massages are great too and memberships at the spa are very affordable. I have been in for massage with 2 other providers and both were excellent. I am a physician and have become a true believer in Chinese medicine! read more

Acupuncture has been the best medicine when I'm sick. I highly recommend Dr. Dwyane Lee. He has helped me quickly recover from a hacking cough and sinus pain. He truly cares about my health and has given me hope with herbal medicine when regular doctors just say to ride the cold out or perscribe antibiotics whenever I have an infection. My mood is lifted when I leave Place 360. Thank you! ! read more

I had my eyebrows done with Tina utizing a Groupon coupon. I had them done on 9/2/15. I didn't scrutinize them when she finished because I know I will freak out. In a week they were already looking great! I seem to have a low tolerance to pain, but she was very patient with me! Right after I have my eyebrows done, I call clown make-up because the eyebrows seem overdone. I have learned to just wait a week or two and know they will be looking great. I did pick at a scab, which Tina tells you NOT to do verbally and in writing. Because of my picking I will go back within 6 months for a touch up at same Groupon price. I was looking for a nice spa to take my boyfriend to for his birthday during a weekend in SD. I found place 360 and luckily for me they were running a groupon deal. The deal was $99 for a 50-min massage and 50-min facial, which is originally $175 for both services. We were able to get in at 2PM, but in separate rooms, which was fine for us. We arrived early because we knew parking in Del Mar wasn't the easiest. They checked us in right away and brought us to the back relaxation/waiting room, which was very comfortable. We filled out our paperwork and waited. And waited. And waited. This was my one major gripe about the time I had at place 360. We had appointments at 2PM and had dinner reservations at Baci at 530 PM. As time passed the 2 o'clock mark, no one had acknowledged us. When it got to 2:15, we said something and they informed us that one of our aestheticians was running late and we could either wait and start at the same time and end at the same time, or they could take one of us earlier. But why didn't anyone come tell us that!?!? Why did we have to wait and wait and ask for ourselves!? I thought it was very unprofessional and inconvenient. Because of the delay in our services we had to rearrange our dinner reservations (bc who wants to go to a fancy dinner covered in massage oil?) and our guests schedules as well. We opted to start together that way one person wouldn't be waiting alone afterwards. Our service time did not get cut down because of the delay, but doesn't that mean the appointments after us would be pushed 20 minutes as well?!?! I find this to be terrible practice. Luckily, their services made up for the wait time. I had Jennifer for my massage. She was attentive and gave great pressure! She really listened to what was bothering me and gave my body the care it needed! I told her that I carried most of my stress in my upper back which she really worked and that I had sciatica and piriformis. Most of the massage therapists I have seen before were usually afraid of touching that area of my body, but Jennifer went to town, which I really appreciated! I will definitely be going back to her! My facial was done by Lindsay. It was very smooth and relaxing. She did not use a clarisonic, which I usually like, but her facial was very good! She did offer a nu (?) treatment? In which she gives you the option to be used in one of three places, the forehead, brow line or law area. It is supposed to tighten your skin using subtle electric waves? Or thats what it seemed to me! I didn't know where to use this, so I asked for her recommendation and used it on my brow line. I'm pretty young and I don't know if there is a difference, but it was nice! My boyfriend got the same aesthetician for both his massage and facial which he said made it seamless. He got Carrie, who he loved. She gave him a lot of advice on his facial and how to care for his skin. Place 360 has monthly subscriptions and offers many other services. I will definitely be back, but hopefully they will have fixed the timing situation! read more

I went here because I was guided by my lactation consultant to connect with their homeopathic practitioner, Willow. My daughter had a block tear duct and is teething and she was able to recommend homeopathic remedies to ease the pain and clear the duct so I would not have to resort to antibiotics and western pain relievers which can have adverse effects. She was also able to educate me on Homeopathic vaccination alternatives which I have been curious to know more about. Since, Willow has followed up many times and continues to be a great reference for me via email. I am happy to know she is there and I trust her guidance. Always super important as a mom to have this source! Thank you Willow! read more
