very disappointing experience. I'm sure the owner(s) are pet-loving people, but the business conduct was terrible. I made an appointment online for an emergency transport for my big dog because I wasn't able to fit her in my car; no confirmation other than an email. Couldn't reply back to the email because their email account is not working and the email bounced back. They did not show up on the day we made the appointment. They did not answer the calls. They did not return voice messages or text messages. They did not follow up requests for confirmation and did not acknowledge the customer appointment. I suppose a proper business would acknowledge a request that has been asked in advance with 2 days notice and is for a medical purpose. I explained the urgency of the situation but no luck. Not showing up and not acknowledging and keeping the customer and their emergency in limbo is far from ideal. I won't be recommending this if you need something reliable. read more

Jeanne and her team, Tony, Marissa are god send when our golden retriever, Donut fell really ill few weeks ago! He was scheduled for an intensive surgery and at that point he could not even stand up by himself so we were out of our wit on how to get him to the hospital. (Bear in mind he is a 100 pounder). I found 360 pet cab on a Sunday and Jeanne replied quickly and gave me a call to go over the scheduling for next day. The scheduling process was easy breezy. On the day of the transportation, Tony and certified Vet Tech, Marissa arrived on time. They were not only professional and efficient but also very compassionate with Donut and us. Tony was so caring that he drove slow due to Donuts condition and they also called ahead to the hospital so they are ready to check us in when we arrived. Marissa was such a sweet girl and Donut just loved her! We also use them to pick up Donut from the surgery and had the same professional and warming treatment. Throughout the whole ordeal, Jeanne was with us the whole time and always text or call to check up on Donut. You can tell this is not just a business to her but Jeanne truly loves animal! My two dogs and I are moving across the country and need a pet transportation from the airport to our apartment. I've sent multiple emails and left voicemails to inquire for details. None of them have been answered. Maybe because we didn't need to go to any vet clinics, but a short explanation would be nice. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Jeanie was a dream. Our big lab was seriously ill and we couldn't carry her to our car. Jeanie showed up to our place within 30 minutes, and safely loaded our pet by stretcher to her van. She wore a mask, and instructed us on the company's Covid19 safety protocol. Jeanie then went to the pet ER ahead of us, and checked our dog in. When we arrived, our beloved pet was already being wheeled in to the pet hospital. We called to her and she raised her head. Social distancing is so sad when you can't be with your hurting pet (or family member). As if that wasn't great enough, later that evening Jeanie called to see if our dog was doing ok, and she followed up with a text. That last bit sent tears to my eyes, my poor dog didn't survive. Jeannie's compassion and caring just warmed my heart. Highly recommended. read more

I called 360 Pet Cab because my sweet senior boy could no longer walk (he had advanced arthritis and his kidneys were failing) and at 80 lbs he was too heavy for me to pick up by myself. Jeanne and her team have been extremely important to us, especially during this COVID-19 epidemic. Being immune compromised and "over 65" we have been able to stay in to protect ourselves while relying on her and her people to safely transport our two small dogs to the vet for necessary treatment and bring them back home again. They use recommended "No Contact" procedures during this time and we really appreciate that. The pickup was right on time, their employee stayed there with them while treatment was completed and then they were successfully brought back home again. I have been in contact with many emergencies, transport vehicles, and personnel. I had an emergency with my own service dog (GSD, 80 lbs) who had had a CCL replacement (knee) to the rupture of his right rear knee. He is one that needs prior sedation and injection to be treated by a surgeon (at SAGE). So, exiting SAGE he really didn't want to attempt the ramp he usually gets in my truck with, I didn't want to force it as the surgery was only 10 days prior. The friend that was with me brought out a card alerting me to 360 Pet Cab. I thought for one second then called 360 Pet Cab and Jeanne answered. This was after hours and I needed someone there in 20-30 minutes as I was concerned with my service dog's stability. Jeanne showed up in 20 minutes in her transport vehicle, my concern eased, as her transport vehicle was supplied with about everything one could think of an emergency and then some. Her ramp was even more appropriate for my service dog than my personal one. My friend followed us back up to my place. Jeanne even helped out in getting my service dog out of the vehicle and into his wire crate in our place so he could rest. She left a terrific bone cookie for eating later and her great calling card. She was very professional in every way, and to think she's only been in this business less than a year, A fact that startled me as she was in no need of any equipment nor professional behavior. I used her one additional time for the next surgeon's appt. at SAGE and once again went above and beyond by staying close as the appt. was about an hour and a half and came back when the appt. was over, then back home. I was so happy to find this service in the South Bay. I could not drive due to hip surgery. Being able to have Bruce picked up by 360 Pet Cab and taken to and from his pooch daycare was such a help in my recovery. jacob, my driver and dog handler was awesome. He was able to handle both GSD's, as I am not only old, but recovering from having a bad back. The dogs had been at home with me and originally stressed not knowing how they'd react. Generally they are watch dogs, but they're companion dogs. My older dog slipped by me, and Jacob was able to get him before he got into traffic. He's like a dog whisperer. He showed me how he was able to get both dogs to calm down. As a dog handler, he's more than I could have hoped for. Looking forward for my boarding the dogs as it was a wonderful experience. read more

Jeanne deployed on short notice to assist a friend's dog recovering from CCL surgery who was unable to get himself back into his own transportation to return home from the post-op checkup. Her van was stocked with everything one could think of (stretcher, crate, sling, blankets, first aid supplies, even an Adaptil diffuser).
