Fast forward to 2021 and we had a leak during a torrential downpour. We contacted Frailey and to our surprise, they asked to come out the next day to see the damage. It was determined that there was a flaw in an independent section of the roof over a window area. Rather than patch the area, Frailey recommended that the entire section be removed and replaced, which was done the following week. Additionally, they agreed to pay for the small area of drywall damage on the interior. Anybody can sell you a roof, but very few contractors stand by their work nearly 5 years later and go out of there way to make it right. Highly recommend Frailey Roofing!!

This was much prefered compared to other contractors we've had in the past who seemed to think that 'winging it in a new or unfamiliar situation, rather than bringing in more experienced hands, was the way to go. He kept the work site/areas as neat and clean as possible, which with small kids running around, was greatly appreciated. J and Jarod's eye for detail come in handy often making suggestions for small features like grout color or tile layout options that my husband and I hadn't fully thought of or considered. They even suggested changing a big part of our original plan completely for a better aesthetic flow and we felt comfortable and confident in working with them to follow their suggestions while still getting the overall vibe we were wanting.
