I sat at the bar and waited, but no one was behind the bar nor did anyone come to the bar to work it for 10 minutes. I saw they have a $20 pre authorization hold policy for customers (which means they hold $20I wanted to ask if this policy was mandatory, involved food, but since no one was there to answer any questions (or take my order), I just left. Seems like the kind of place you go when you got time to waste. Couldn't find a menu of their drafts and selections or their bar fare either. Lots of corporate guys there. We placed multiple orders for pickup from this place. First one was a DoorDash, which they told us when it was supposed to be ready that they're not doing DoorDash tonight. That's after we waited an hour and they already took our money and order through DoorDash. So placed a carry out, through the restaurant, and they told us they're too busy to complete the order. Late into town and looking to walk to dinner downtown from our hotel. Over/under was recommended, along with a few others. So glad we chose this smallish sports bar/ restaurant . My wife's burger with blue cheese was far beyond the norm. She is very choosy and gave it a 9/10. My tuna wrap was also unusually good. Kissed on the grill on the outside and rare on the inside, served with a wasabi sauce on a toasted flatbread. Very flavorful and generous portion. The side Caesar was also excellent, with the dressing being the highlight. We would both order the exact same meal again tomorrow if we were staying in town. Definitely check it out. read more

Oh yes...we ate here again! After the Tournament at The Convention Center, Super Bowl night, we walked on over intending on grabbing a bite and walking back to our hotel at the Hyatt. Ended up staying until after the Super Bowl since it went into overtime. The barkeep said we were more than welcome to sit at the bar and eat our food we just got for our take out and share in the fun! My son loves the atmosphere during and after the win! We ordered the same food as the previous visit. Still amazing! Saved the amazing side salad for later and then gave it to someone who needed food for dinner later on in the evening. Had the worst experience with this restaurant . I asked my dasher to ask for ketchup and mustard so I can eat with my mac and cheese and fries. The dasher was so polite and asked. The manager refused and told the dasher it's because he doesn't make money off of door dash, and he doesn't have to give out condiments because I didn't get a burger. I called and ask again and he doubled down saying he doesn't profit off of this at all, and I should've ordered it online instead of door dash. I told him i'm sorry I didn't know there was an option to pay for ketchup and mustard. He said next time you should just order from us directly online.
