The holiday pop up is SO NICE so festive. Note, there is a charge to enter on the weekends but the ambiance on a non pop up day is worth it. The drinks are always good but during this season if you select a holiday drink it comes in a cool holiday cup. One of my drinks came with a burning cinnamon stick and another in a gingerbread ceramic cup which both were so cool I was interesting in getting another...ANOTHER day Even though it's packed on a Saturday night the staff was very attentive and knew the menu. Been here a couple times - get here before 9pmish - after the ballgame is over, it gets crowded! Great views of downtown STL. Decent drinks - hit or miss. The Trendsetter was really good. Beautiful rooftop bar with incredible views of the Gateway Arch and the city. The Christmas décor gave it a festive, magical feel, and it's a great spot to watch the sunset and city lights come on. Food is delicious and creative. Although it may get extremely busy, it was great to sit and take in the view while eating. Their pizzas are truly outstanding. One of my personal favorites is the tacos with cauliflower. The beverages are generally reliable and tasty. Although the private party booking was excellent, I wouldn't have stayed another night. The food was superior to the regular menu. This bar offers breathtaking views. In each of the four directions, the city is visible. Although the services are usually good, the servers do occasionally feel a touch overloaded. read more

okay so i've been to 360 about four times and i've always loved it. this time was a friday night around 9 PM. when we got to the elevator there was a $10 charge per person which I lowkey thought was absurd. i thought since there was a cover they must be busy, but that was not the case. 360 in my opinion is not necessarily a club. i feel like it's a businessy bar with overview of the city. i was on a bar crawl with my friend for her 21st birthday so we really just wanted to go up to take some pictures so having to pay $10 was extreme. they did have a DJ, but nonetheless it was dead and it was pretty early in the night for a cover. i would definitely recommend going to 360 during the week and or for an early dinner so you don't have to pay $10 just to go inside read more

We had visited this for our Date night, we got there just before sunset. We got the table outside overlooking the Arch and river. The view was amazing and awesome ambiance. We ordered hummus platter , spinach artichoke dip and old fashioned drink, all the things was really good. The service was also great. I believe they have a valet parking option. We at parked on the street near Kiener plaza and walked around the park and arch grounds before going to the rooftop restaurant. I would highly recommend this spot for Date night. read more

I'm always a sucker for a rooftop bar and this one is probably one of the best ones in St. Louis giving you a view of the Gateway Arch on one end and the Busch baseball stadium on the other. I came here at opening on a Saturday evening. It's located inside the Hilton hotel and you can see a line of people waiting to go up the elevator for the rooftop bar. Once you arrive, it's open seating with spots wrapping all around the building indoors and outdoors. I grabbed a Blood & Honey ($12) cocktail, which was refreshing on a hot day. I enjoyed the view from the outdoor area for a bit, but eventually ended up indoors since it was too hot outside. Definitely a great spot for a drink and great for groups or a date. read more

I wish I had taken pictures! 360 is the best name because there are 360 degree views of the city including the ballpark and the arch. Indoor and outdoor seating options. A smaller food menu but enough options for everyone. I had the halibut and my colleague had the filet. We also ordered charcuterie and Brussels spouts. It was busy and had a nice vibe. Located in the Hilton, 360 Rooftop Bar has indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the city and Cardinals stadium. We opted for outdoor seating to enjoy the weather and the views were amazing! I ordered the birria tacos per our waitress suggestion and my partner went with a burger and fries. The tacos were the perfect recommendation and the garlic dill fries were so good that I had to recreate them when i made it back home from my trip! My espresso martini wasn't made correctly but it was fixed right away. I'm not sure if our waitress was working both inside and outside but she would take a while to come back sometimes and we constantly saw her flirting with another employee. read more

This place is always crowded on the weekend. It's best to go early if you want to get a table. A lot of the tables were reserved. This might be the best Neapolitan style pizza I have ever had. This was such an amazing spot for a girls night! We made it for sunset and it was just absolutely stunning. I was pleasantly surprised by the food, which was really good! We got a margarita pizza and the cauliflower tacos which were so delicious and savory. It took a while to order our drinks and food but understandably so, as it was pretty busy. 360 is one of my absolute favorite bar/restaurants in the city. The views from the rooftop are unrivaled, showing the stadium, the arch, and the rest of the city downtown. Inside the bar, the decor and ambiance are very classy. The food here is amazing, I definitely recommend their smash burger and aoili fries. This time, I tried the shrimp skewers. The shrimp itself was okay, but the polenta and flavored rice below it was the star of the show. Service was very fast. read more

A pleasant visit. Not staying in the hotel, it was a little difficult to find and I had to be let up by security. The space is nice with a great view of the city: the arch, the ballpark. It wasn't terribly crowded and I easily found a seat. The cocktail list was nice but I opted for a beer. There was a reasonably good selection. I also got a good burger. The holiday pop up bar is sooo cute! There was a line to get in and we got there a little after 5pm on a Saturday. Probably waited in line for about 25 minutes. They do not take reservations for small parties. You just go to the elevator on the first floor and they will let you up when capacity allows. I was not sure where to park so I just parked at ballpark village. When you get up to the rooftop, you just find an open seat. They have areas where you can sit outside with a fire pit, or you can sit inside. Their pop up cocktail menu is the best. I ordered a "noggy and nice" and it came in the cutest little boot glass! The bartenders were great. We got the fries and Brussel sprouts and both were tasty. read more

We came for the Christmas pop up, only to be let down because the decor was taken down the day after Christmas.... So the night started off a bit disappointing, but the food and good service made up for it! My friend and I split a bunch of food - the white album pizza was amazing! The crust was a bit flimsy, but the flavors were amazing! - the Brussel sprouts were cooked perfectly and had a great vinaigrette on top - the house fries were hot, crispy, and came with a yummy aioli dipping sauce - the shrimp skewers were good but nothing special, my least favorite of everything Our server was nice, fast, and even took some photos for us with the great arch view in the background. Given the number of late-night weekend spots you can get into without a cover in St. Louis, it's hard to ever recommend a place that charges the fee without a live band on stage. ...even if the views are one-of-a-kind... ...even if the scene is a unique sort of accessible luxury that few other lounges in the region come close to matching. The exception to the rule is 360, in a good way. As a hotel bar/Happy Hour location: In a word? Impressive. During the day, the modern decor and spaciousness of the restaurant really stand out, the music is turned down to a more casual level and the views are one-of-a-kind. Even returning guests can't help but appreciate the romance of the sun setting over Clayton to the west or the sight of clouds flanking the Arch to the east. As a Friday/Saturday nightlife option: Depending on your aim, 360 can either be an energetic in-spot with a mix of sports fans, business travelers and good-looking locals (inside) or one of the top lounge patio spaces in the region (outside). My suggestion is to pursue the latter. Good luck finding a seat near one of the firepits or along the outer railings on busier nights... but know that it can be absolutely sublime when you can. Note: *Cover rules apply after 10p on Friday and Saturday and during some events. $10/person. I recently visited a rooftop bar where I had the pleasure of being served by two amazing bartenders named Crystal and Taylor. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and comfortable. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations for drinks and food. Throughout my visit, Crystal and Taylor were attentive and made sure that I had everything I needed. They were friendly and engaging, and their positive energy made my experience even more enjoyable. The drinks that Crystal and Taylor made were absolutely delicious and expertly crafted. They took the time to make sure that each drink was made to perfection, and I could tell that they take great pride in their work. The rooftop bar itself was stunning, with amazing views of the city and a great atmosphere. But what really made my visit special was the exceptional service provided by Crystal and Taylor. They went above and beyond to make sure that I had a great time, and I truly appreciated their efforts. I've been coming to 360 Rooftop Bar for years, and the view of downtown is always unbeatable. The holiday decorations are also a highlight, adding a beautiful touch to the experience. However, over time, the service has really gone downhill. Recently, a group of us visited right when they opened after Sunday brunch. There was only one waitress for our party of over 10 people, and to avoid overwhelming her, some of us decided to head up to the bar and order directly from the bartenders. Unfortunately, the bartenders, who were just standing around, refused to take our orders and insisted that we order from the waitress. While we understand that she was busy, the fact that the bartenders didn't help out left a really bad impression. We ended up leaving after just a couple of drinks. To clarify, our frustration wasn't about the waitress being slow--it was that the bartenders, who weren't doing anything, wouldn't take our orders. We would have gladly ordered more drinks, but they just weren't interested in doing their jobs. This place is still a great spot for holiday drinks and decorations, but for a regular brunch or a casual drink, I'd recommend checking out other places with better service. read more

ZERO STARS!!!!!!!! WHAT A BUNCH OF THIEVES!!! WHO SERIOUSLY STEALS?? We were celebrating my girlfriends birthday, so i bought 2 bottles of Dom Perignon (total of $590) I paid in cash immediately to the bottle service waitress SHANNON AND tipped her. IF YOU HAVE TO GO HERE: ASK YOUR WAITRESS'S NAME!! Shannon stole my money, I would not have her be your server!!! She stole the cash and then brought me out a remaining tab of $860!!!!!!!!!! She double charged me for the bottles and they wouldn't let me leave unless I paid it! And then said "come back tomorrow, and we can go through the tapes and see what happened" THEY WOULDN'T LET ME VIEW THE TAPES THE NEXT DAY!!!!!! Their "manager" Bridget is a complete joke! I met with her on TWO separate occasions and she told me she would not refund me the $700 dollars! I have filed with the BBB and we called the police and have to bring a civil suit against her. IT'S THE PRINCIPLE!!!! That night, the waitress STOLE a total of $600 cash and made an additional $140 gratuity because of the auto gratuity! UNDESERVED! I absolutely love the ambiance and the view from 360. Great place to relax before, during, or after a game. I expected food and drink prices to be a lot higher than they were. I loved everything about 360 and will continue to go. However, the service when we went was pretty bad. We had 7 different employees come to our table and was never actually instructed as to who was our server. The one girl who finally told us she was our server was not very personable and had a very bad attitude. We ordered appetizers, salads, and entrees. First we got our salads, then everything came out a plate at a time. No one was able to eat dinner at the same time. We went here for a Birthday/Graduation Celebration and normally a waitress would ask "So what's the Occasion?" so unfortunately our dining experience was not the best. I will continue to go to 360 because of the view and roof top experience and I hope that next time the service is better. read more

Let's talk Noah. As far as I am aware, adults in the United States of America that are 21 years or older, are eligible to drink alcohol at establishments that can serve it. First of all, 360 St. Louis only has a 270 degree view (false advertising). Second of all, I have been 21 for a better part of a year and have never had an issue with my driver's license because I am 21, which I believe is of legal drinking age. Third of all, and here's where it gets juicy, I came to this bar with 2 of my friends who were underage for my other friend's 21st birthday, yet I was the only one unable to buy drinks. Have you considered hiring competent bouncers? The manager said it was up to the bouncer's discretion. Seems like this guy should get some training on all my friends' fake IDs. During my two-week work stay at the Hilton at The Ballpark, this became my go-to spot thanks to both the attentive staff and the stunning views. If there is one bar you need to take your friends to show them how cool you are..it's 360. Step off the elevator and you'll feel like you are in a completely different place..it's that good. The patio on a cool night is no joke. You can look basically directly into Busch Stadium on one side, stare at the iconic STL Arch on the other and take in the newly renovated Kiener place on the whole north side of windows. The Baja Fish Tacos are a personal favorite as mine and make sure to save room for the beignets with espresso cream sauce for dessert! Service is always top notch, too! :) read more

I went for drinks after a game last year .I give this a 4 simply for the cool space and the views. Service was not bad, but it was a pain to get up, and took away from the night having to wait on the elevator. I guess that is what you do if you want to go up there after a game!! Would give it a 0 star if possible if the 40min wait doesn't kill you the 20$ drinks and asshole staff/ security who let dirty people who pay them 40$ to get in front of you and then once you get up you can't vape or smoke out on the porch literally got harassed by security and almost kicked out for vaping outside!!!! The owner/chef of the Wild Flower restaurant told us to go check out this place. It was a little difficult and frustrating to get up there ( there is a line at all 3 elevators ). Unfortunately, this turned out to be an extremely disappointing experience. The service was truly abysmal. If I hadn't made such an effort to be here I would have walked out. When I walked in at 2 pm there were only a few occupied tables. One person was waiting to be seated. When the employee took that person to a table she said she would be right back. I waited for several minutes while I observed a few other employees but no one came back to seat me or the other person who had come in behind me and was also waiting. After we had been waiting for several minutes the other person said, "Maybe we should just seat ourselves?" But another employee walked by and said that someone would be with us soon. Finally someone came and led me to a table. Nearly every table in the restaurant was empty but she took me to the very back table, which was facing a stack of upside down chairs, a 5 gallon bucket, and other assorted storage items. She asked if I knew what I wanted but I needed to look at the menu since it was my first visit. That was my first mistake because she disappeared for quite some time before returning. When she finally returned I said I'd like the side of fries with 5 ranch flight. She slapped a paper on the table and told me to mark the ranch flavors I wanted, then she disappeared again. I marked them and waited.....and waited.....and finally she came back to my table and asked, "What was it that you ordered?" I said I hadn't ordered yet then she said, "Oh, right, you wanted a side of fries" and then she walked away as I was attempting to tell her I wanted to order a sandwich too. But she had disappeared. I was talking to her back because she walked away so quickly. It took more than half an hour before she brought my side of fries and ranch out, she laid them on the table and started to walk away and I had to tell her quickly that I wanted to order a sandwich too. I ordered the grilled cheese, thinking it would be quick, as I had already been in the restaurant for nearly an hour. I had wanted to order a side of slaw too but she walked away quickly. I waited another 45 minutes, during which time I kept looking around the restaurant but all the employees seemed to have disappeared. Occasionally I would see an employee briefly appear but no one came near my table. I saw three different employees at different times but after brief appearances they each disappeared. If I had seen my server again I would have asked her to cancel my sandwich order as I couldn't wait any longer but I never saw her. After 45 minutes I was going to leave money on the table and walk out but just then she appeared with my sandwich. I asked for a box as I said I had to leave and she brought the box. No apology for the wait, or thanking me for coming in. This was such a disappointment! Two hours for fries and a grilled cheese sandwich. There were at most four tables with customers in the restaurant and at least three employees so they definitely weren't busy at midafternoon. The fries were good except they weren't hot, just lukewarm. But they would have been excellent if they had been served hot. The seasoning was very good and I enjoyed the 5 ranch flight. Three stars for food, zero for service. Ambiance would have been good if I hadn't been seated at the last table facing storage items. No pictures of my food because I had waited so long that my phone was dead. I noticed that several of the recent reviews are one and two star and mentioned poor service. So maybe this service issue is recent and hopefully will improve in the future.

Both desserts looked delicious. The names of the desserts just didn't align with arrived. NEITHER tasted like what they were called. I ordered Tequila and orange juice. BEFORE completing my order, I tripled check the price with the waitress who was serving us that night. She told me that the tequila was $12. I was confused because a lot of the drink menu started at $15. She then reassured me it was $12 and explained "it's because we don't charge for chasers. Just for the liquor". Okay, cool. I handed her my card, paid for the drink, and closed my tab. Later, my friend decided we all get a round of shots which I later found out her friend paid for. However, the server charged me AGAIN for my ONE drink AND for the shot which was $11. When I looked at my receipt it showed $39. This was for an $11 shot AND my ONE drink where I was actually charged $19. When I asked the server about it she kept insisting she "never" discussed price with me. (MAYBE if the music weren't so loud, hmmm) We def discussed price. I shut my conversation down with her and began complaining to someone within my party about what happened. The server then kept jumping in our conversation to defend the "we never discussed pricing" lies. We did. I was charged for my ONE drink TWICE and for the SHOT that someone else paid for. ALSO, after 9pm, this place charges a $10 entrance fee. You have to pay to go to a restaurant that's not even really giving club vibes or even offering anything special that another restaurant/bar is offering (food, drinks, music). Instead, there was an unpleasant flavor that seemed to come from either the alcohol or fuel used for the presentation. I think the dessert would be much better if it were finished properly in the kitchen and served without the tableside flame. One of the highlights of the experience was the atmosphere. The interior is beautiful and inviting, and there is also a great outdoor area for those who want to stop in for drinks at the bar or enjoy a lighter meal outside.
