Come when it's not crowded for a single drink (more will take too long with the indescribably slow bartenders) and eat elsewhere. Appetizers are ok, the two best of the ones we tried were the sliders and fish tacos. Not impressed by drinks but service just overcame everything. There was 10 in our group and We had a blast. So many places that I should have reviewed a long time ago and just never did it. 360 at the Ball Park is hands down the best bar that scream STL. You have a 360 view of everything that people think about, when they think of STL. You have the gateway arch, Busch Stadium, you can see AB Brewery, Saint Louis University and so much more. I have attended several private events here and the drinks are served nice and cold and the food is delicious as well. Last time I was there we had several pizza's and mini cheeseburger sliders and they all tasted great. The ice cubes are amazing as well as they are so big. Usually you do not have to wait to long to get a drink at this place as they have tongs of bartenders there to serve you up a beer or cocktail. It can be a little expensive but the view makes up for it. I highly recommend everyone going at least once if not more. read more

This was recommended to me for the views, rather than the food, for which I agree. Located on the 26th floor of the Hilton, you get spectacular views of the arch, a beautiful sunset, and direct views into Busch Stadium. Given that there was a cardinals game that night, we were advised to go after the game started so that the bar would clear out, and to uber rather than park there. I would recommend the same. As I usually do when attempting to eat at a restaurant, I inquired as to what the chef would recommend for someone who is allergic to onions, garlic and pepper. I assumed I'd be given pretty much just one choice: a hamburger. My only request was "no onion and no mayo". The glass of wine I had was very good. The view is spectacular. The meal was delivered by another employee as: 2 hamburger patties and some fries. No bun. Initially, no mustard. Eventually, the container of mustard came.....with the seal still on the bottle. I had to request that a bun (in this case, an English muffin) be brought to the table. It was not toasted when delivered. I'm of the opinion that if you can screw up a hamburger, you should move on to another pursuit. I'll be in St. Louis seeing patients for another week or perhaps two weeks. I have heard of this bar by so many people but never actually went until my most recent trip to Saint Louis. This trip I stayed in the Hilton so it was easy, well except that you can't get there from your room directly... I would have to take the elevator from the 23rd floor to the lobby and have an attendant use his card to get me to the rooftop. The view is quite amazing! A great view too look at in every direction! Why they didn't name this bar "Great Views All The Way Around" escapes me... oh wait, Never mind. I went there during the day, I went there at night and basically closed the place one night after watching a late night Dodger game. The drinks aren't unreasonable but what you would expect in a Hilton in a bar with the best view in town. I can imagine how much fun it would be during a Cardinal's game. While you might save the price of a ticket watching from the rooftop 1/8 mile away, there is no way your night would be cheaper. One highlight is that it seems to be the official "after the wedding reception" spot. If you like hanging out with stinking drunk wedding parties this is the place to be!! The view is amazing and the decor is fun right down to the bathroom mirrors. The food is priced a little high, but standard for a place with craft cocktails and such a great location. I had two drinks with names that played on social media. Cute, and delicious. I had oysters and a hummus plate..both really fresh. Wasn't expecting too much with the food but it turned out decent to very good! I opted for the burger + chips option plus a side of fries. Kit kat bar to finish. And the Four Roses cocktail. The cocktail was decent but pretty weak. The chips were spicy but meh nothing great. The burger was actually very good, cooked medium rare like I asked and seemed fresh. The fries with lemon tarragon aioli were pretty nice as well. And the kit kat bar was good although incredibly rich and dense, I ate WAY too much of it. The atmosphere is fun, our waitress was really nice, and the views are great of course. At the end of the day I have to remind myself this is a hotel bar and I've learned over the years hotel bars will never live up to the culinary standards of stand alone joints for whatever reason...and that's ok with me. One item I didn't like, unless I missed it there's nowhere to put your coat. The stools have no back to them and I didn't see a coat rack. Unless you sit on a couch you have to either sit on your coat or put it on the floor. That's not fun. Maybe I just missed the coat check or something. read more

Today I went with my best friends to have a good night spent at a bar because we haven't seen each other in years and finally were able to meet. We really wanted to enjoy the rooftop view with some drinks. When the waitress walked up to us, she already had a bad attitude, as if she was already annoyed that she had to serve brown customers. She first asked for all of our id's and gave them to the security. He pretended to scan them in his iPad. He took pictures of our id's and rejected us because they said that they were fake, even though we were all well over the age of 21. When we asked what was the reason, they simply said that it was coming up fake and repeatedly asked what our addresses were and the last four digits of my zip code that is normally only used by the post office and not memorized by anyone. The manager Giselle walked up to us when we started to protest and ask how our government issued id's could be fake and her only excuse was that she had to believe her waitress and "security" guard. I truly believe that this was an issue of race because me and my friends are all hispanic, asian and and not white. Our id's were from a different state, but that does not mean that they were fake at all. It was simply that the waitress did not want to serve us at all. The people that work at this bar need to be educated in customer service. My friend experiences discrimination everyday due to the pandemic simply because she is Asian and having this happen at this establishment is extremely disgusting. Went here on a Friday night around 9pm. The restaurant was busy, but there were still open tables. Service was not the fastest but the waitress was pleasant despite being busy. There was also a DJ on this particular night, and to put it gently, must have been learning on the spot. The decor of the place was nice and had a neat vibe, although the garden hose chandeliers were a very...interesting choice given the style of everything else. The allure of this place must heavily lean on the view of downtown, as the food and drinks were not the best. The sausage pizza was what I would describe as exactly average, as no particular ingredient stood out and is nothing I'd ever reminisce about afterward. The chocolate wafer dessert was better than the pizza, but was just a notch above a supermarket dessert. My fiancé's 360 Old Fashioned tasted only like Jim Beam and had to be watered down before it was edible. My beer was cold and fresh, though. The view of downtown is of course the best part of this restaurant, so if that is what you are after, this place can deliver on that. Otherwise, if you are after food that is above average, there are plenty of other options that you should explore. All in all, this place is how I've described it: exactly average. read more

A cool place to bring out of towners, and a beautiful view. However, there are a couple things that bother me. First, the table situation is funky. I never really know where to sit because it's open seating, and sometimes I'm unlucky in that i can't even find a seat. However, I will say that all seating is comfortable. Second, waitstaff is slow (they seem understaffed) and pretty unresponsive. A little on the pricey side for cocktails (domestics run about $7.50), but I'll come back for the view and a cocktail on occasion. I recommend, if you're like me and like something more low-key, coming in before 10. read more

I've came here many times and ordered pizza and thought it was amazing, great service and everything but after coming here on 4th of July, I honestly will never be back. So I ordered my usual, margarita pizza. I asked them to add chicken which I usually do. They charged 4 dollars but whatever. Got the pizza and it was disgusting.. the chicken tasted burnt and over cooked. I had everyone at my table try it and they agreed. So I asked the my server if they could remake it -without the chicken and she said yes and took the pizza back. So I waited another 30 minutes and they brought out a completely different pizza.. I was like. ???! This isn't the margarita pizza that I ordered .. So they took it back. I waited another 30 minutes and they brought out the margarita WITH chicken again. So I took a bite to see if the chicken was bad again and it was!! So I'm like "I asked with no chicken please!" And the waiter apologized saying she forgot. So I waited another 30 minutes and finally got a plain margarita pizza. So I got there at 7pm, didn't actually get my food until 10pm. It was so frustrating but the frustration didn't stop there. We sat outside expecting to see fireworks. Inside was completely reserved tables so most of the crowd was outside . And they started fireworks on the OPPOSITE side of the building . Everyone that was gathered outside had to run inside and cram in there trying to see over everyone . I feel like it was WRONG for the bar not to tell everyone to be inside, they should have let everyone know or made an announcement instead of everyone running inside to see fireworks . Had I known sooner, I would have left and gone to city park outside to go watch. I could barley see the fireworks because there were so many people infront of me. But the issues don't stop there. I paid for my pizza before I got the pizza(paid at the bar). It was 21 dollars (with a soda). At the end of the night I had bought one other drink and needed to pay for it. I walked to the computer screen with my waiter to make sure she didn't charge me for anything besides the drink, plus I was in a hurry to get out of there. I just had to pay for a drink. I even signed the receipt for JUST one drink. I got my credit card statements back and I was charged almost 50 dollars for one pizza. I was extremely upset, took weeks to get my money back. I used to LOVE this place but I never want to go back after this horrible experience. I'm so disappointed that one of my favorite places just didn't have any concern about their service. I am so sad. The view is amazing and a must see if visiting St Louis. There is an indoor and outdoor bar up top; full, offering plenty of drink options. The food menu is what you would expect, typical bar food. Man, I wanted to like this place SO badly. I don't know if it was just an off night or what, but our experience from start to finish was a big bowl of fail with a side of w.t.f. Wife and I came here this past sunday after the cardinals game and grabbed one of the outdoor booths for a little after game dinner. We watched and waited for the server to come by for our drink order. And waited. And waited. 20 minutes (no exaggeration, we timed it) later she comes by and gets our orders. Coke for me and a Mojito for my wife. 10 minutes after that, my wife's drink arrives and 5 minutes after that, I finally get my coke. The server doesn't take our order and instead disappears for another 15 minutes before coming back for our food order. I'm pretty aggravated at this point, but it's a beautiful day and the atmosphere/decor of the place is gorgeous so we decide to wait it out. I order one of their pizzas and my wife gets their sesame chicken dish. My pizza comes out ..... but no chicken. So now we're waiting for the other half over our food that just never materializes. After 10 minutes, we go ahead and dig into the pizza as our server has vanished again. We finally see her over in the corner, cashing out checks and go over to raise the issue with her. She takes off the chicken from the bill and as we are getting up to leave, a server comes over with the food. The urge to strangle was real. We were INCREDIBLY disappointed with this place as I had known one of the former chefs and it was so highly spoken of by everyone that went there. I've been here a couple of times. Never really had an issue until today. I'm assuming the guy was a manager screaming about wearing masks. Take note....put mask on before you leave your seat.....DO NOT EVEN LEAVE THE CHAIR BEFORE YOURE MASKED UP. However when I went I went to the ladies room (masked up) EVERY STALL was over flowing with the exception of one. Service was iffy as I was sitting at the bar but still had to beg for a drink. By far the the best rooftop bar I have ever been to. The views here are INCREDIBLE. You can clearly see the arch. You get a crystal clear view of the Cardinals stadium. What more do ya want? The lights are sick and the details in this place are exceptional (marble lights up in the outdoor bar). Outdoors is spacious which is very important because I've been to plenty of rooftop bars that are way too cramped. We got an amazing seat & had plenty of room to chill on the edge overlooking the cardinals stadium. Only bummer is that I came on a night where the Cardinals didn't play at home. The cardinals stadium is RIGHT THERE and you get a crystal clear view of the entire opening of the baseball stadium. I had a fabulous experience & will definitely stop by 360 every time I visit St Louis. Note: if you make it before 10pm they don't have a cover fee. $10 cover if you arrive after 10. Note: there's no need to make a reservation. It's first come first serve. This is a spacious place so you will definitely have enough room to stand/sit. read more

Me and a couple of friends went to 360 for my birthday dinner. Most is the menu is small plates to share. I'm not the biggest fan of that type of service. But the food was very good and as we kept ordering plaits it came out fast. $5 valet parking at the hotel entrance is good. It was nice that they have someone in the lobby directing people to the restaurant. I will be returning. Oh and they have a window in the restrooms that has an amazing view. The views are literally 360 degrees around the bar. Make sure to send someone early if you want on of the more private areas as the seating is first come first serve so that you can get the view you want. read more
