I have sent him over 20 emails unanswered and over a dozen phone calls. My truck after shipment arrived with many scratches that the carrier tried to hide and manipulate. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. On top of all that Joe screwed up my paper work, then tried to blame me for it. This caused weeks of delays and there was zero communication when picking up or dropping off the vehicle. Ridiculously unprofessional. They completely Ghosted us 3 days before our scheduled transport. Spoke to Joe B on Monday Aug 8 and he assured me they have us "covered like a blanket.". Smooth talker and promises you the world. Was told to expect a call on Wed or Thurs (8/10 or 8/11). Towards the end of the day on the 11th I became concerned & reached out to Joe. Zippo. Nada. No email. No call back. Scheduled pickup day came & went without as much as a courtesy call. I suspect they were unable to secure a carrier for the price they quoted me. Instead of being professional about it & calling to discuss options, they just broke off all communications. This led to other brokers/dispatchers quoting me exorbitant prices, due to it being "last minute". I ended up booking a cheap flight back to NYC & driving the car down myself. And before "Kelly" jumps on here, we left several messages for her as well at 1-800-718-7781. It's the same fugazi answering service that Joe's # goes to. Kelly also did not return our repeated calls. I realize they have a lot of good reviews, if pricing is in their favor I suspect . But beware. They don't always honor the quoted price, nor will they respond to repeated emails/phone calls. There's plenty of other options out there...I suggest you look at those. 1 because zero stars was not an option. read more

I booked with 365 a month ago, and settled on a date for the driver to transport my car. On the morning of the agreed transport date, I called the account executive (AE) who had been overseeing the account and contract. He told me NOT to call him but text instead. This is baffling considering that texting is a terrible customer experience. I then texted him asking when the driver will come. The AE told me to call the number listed on the contract instead of actually helping me connect with the driver. I called the number listed on the contract and no one answered from any of the call options. I tried calling every hour, and no one answered. I told the AE I had no responses, and he simply told me it was Sunday and I needed to wait for the driver to call because the other offices maybe closed (which they were from their websites). He could have told me that from the start... My wife and I needed to head to the airport later that night, so I told the AE we definitely needed the driver to pick up the car by early evening. We also didn't know if we could use our car at all because we didn't know when the driver would come. After letting the AE know of our situation, he didn't respond at all until the NEXT MORNING... No help, no response, nothing. The driver never came and our car is still sitting there. Next morning, when I told the AE I was requesting a refund, he didn't apologize. Just an "Okay." The only thing the AE did correctly was refund the down payment. This service experience was trash. I would NEVER EVER do business again with 365. read more

My 365 car transport broker was Tom, and the shipping company I was matched with was GL transportation. I was on vacation, and Tom called that someone could pickup the car. I said I wasn't in town, and would wait for the next opportunity. He called back, and then promised in writing that it would arrive 1-2 days later after I arrive home on the 12th. After giving him the deposit, he just disappeared. I get a sudden call from the car transportation company a couple days later that they'll be at the drop off point the next day, and it was 4 days before the date promised. I wasn't in town, and Tom ignored my inquiries, so I had to emergency ask someone to go get the car. I found out that 365 car transport lied about the arrival date just to seal the deal, and have pictures to prove it. Now, going to GL transportation, the company they placed me with. I told them they got the wrong date, and they threatened to drop my car off randomly somewhere if I wasn't there to pick it up. I contacted my friend suddenly to pick it up for me, and I told them he only can pick it up at his office at 7 pm after work. GL transportation agreed for the 7 pm. The next day the driver came at noon, disrupted his office work, and dropped off the car. It was extremely embarrassing for my friend. The car arrived in terrible condition as well, A LOT of exterior damage such as scratches, big paint chips, it looked like it got hit by a tornado. The price quoted for me to fix up the car's exterior ranged in the $3000s. This experience was ridiculous, I told 365 car transport about it, and instead of taking any responsibility, they put it on GL transportation when it was both their faults. I told them I saw the shipping document request sent to GL transportation with the wrong date, and they just grew silent and played dumb. *Whatever you do, don't go with 365 car transport, all they want is you to transfer the initial amount, and they disappear. This was the most awful experience I ever had. They're liars, and an immoral company that don't care about their customers. First they broker out my car transport to an uninsured firm who actually double brokers it out to another uninsured and illegally registered trucking company that stole the identity of another company. They show up and won't take the car off the trailer. I won't pay they until they do. The driver takes off and is now trying to extort money from me to get the car. He sends me a photo of the car sitting in a field with the windows open. I was trying to deal with the owner of 365 Car Transport, Kelly, who promised a lot but delivered nothing. Then an arm breaker named Bob called and rough talked me then told me they were going to do nothing and I am on my own! BE CAREFUL! I booked a round trip hauling from MI/FL/MI with 365. They handled the first leg without any issues. On the return trip they booked New Road Auto Transport who damaged the glass roof of my new car ($5,100.00). Neither 365 or New Road will accept responsibility for the damage. The car was on an open carrier, bottom row and last car on and off multiple times. It was covered with 3 days of dirt so I didn't notice the cracked roof glass until the next day since the paint and glass was all one thick gray coating of dust. Shockingly, New Road Auto Transport didn't deny the damage, they just said I had already accepted the car's condition. The sheet metal, paint and broken glass could only have been caused my something extremely solid, like the undercarriage of the steel rack above my car. Apparently they have insurance to cover this loss but will not make a claim. read more

When you make an inquiry regarding a quote for shipping your vehicle you will receive one million emails and calls. You are totally bombarded with promises and over zealous brokers whom are trying to convince you to choose them. The brokers tell you they have a driver but actually they don't, they want to secure your deposit and then you get the real truth. Which is most times untruth. I had to step back and pray about this situation. I eventually chose Michael with 365 Transport to broker my car shipment. It was something about Michael's personality that let me know he was honest. Michael told me the date of pick up and delivery. He did not request a deposit until he secured a driver. I received the name of the driver, the company they drove for an their email address. The driver picked my car up on Saturday 02/13/2021 from Phoenix Arizona and dropped the car off on yesterday 02/16/2021. The driver was a day late and could not deliver to my door because of the treacherous weather in Mississippi. I was surprised that he made it at all. I met him at an agreed upon location. I did not know that I had to have cash for the pickup but we got through that by using venmo, a cash app. My car was in excellent condition and I was so very thankful! In fact, your car will NOT be picked up!!! They charge standard pay from the client and but underpay the driver who will do the job. This company will recuse itself from the transactions after collecting your money and ask you to start chasing the driver whereas reputable brokers will mediate between the client and driver until delivery of the consignment. After doing an initial inquiry on a car transport form, Tom from 365 transport called me right away. I told him what I needed to do - ship my sons car from Florida to San Diego - and we set the ball rolling. I made the deposit and Tom told me that someone would pick up the car on Monday August 28th. I was skeptical because I had read a lot of mixed reviews. At 3:30pm on Monday August 28th, the transport driver called to tell me that he was here to pick up the car! I paid him since my son was not going to be able to take delivery of the car in person and the driver loaded the car on the car carrier. He told me that it would be there by Labor Day - September 4th. Again, I was skeptical. Especially due to the wide spread flooding in Texas. Last night (September 1st), the driver called and he was at the delivery location. Amazing! Driver calls on Sunday (not Friday, not Saturday) saying they were there to pick it up and the tow yard was charging them $125 for those extra two days (no shit sherlock). I paid the tow yard $800 for Friday because it was guaranteed by 365 Car Transport. The driver said he was going to pay it and pick it up, but he didn't, and nobody let us know until Tuesday. Used this Co. to transport brand new Audi from FL. to Massachusetts. Beware - this co. will contract with a hauler that you have no control over. My vehicle had approx. $900.00 in paint damage which I have not been able to collect on. 365 Car Transport will tell you to contact the hauler for damages. When I tracked down the haulers ins. co. , I was told the hauler had $1,000.00 deductible and so , they were not responsible. I am currently trying to collect from the hauler. Within 15 minutes, he was able to get me a driver schedule for pickup the next day. My brother said, the pickup driver was extremely professional and documented all dents, dings, and scratches. Estimated delivery from Virginia Beach, VA to San Diego, CA was 5-7 days. I received the vehicle on the 6th day and the outside was in the condition it was shipped in. However the inside had what looked like wet muddy residue on the steering column, doors, center console. That was the only reason I gave it a 4 star. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with this company. Michael rescued me from an unscrupulous broker and arranged to ship my minivan from Kentucky to Washington. Unfortunately, the transporter (Auto Transport Kentucky LLC, Lexington, KY) that he arranged was not honest. They picked up the van one day late and delivered it 4 days late. The drivers delivered the van late in the evening and purposely hid the damage they had done to my van so that I could not see it during the initial inspection. The guys who delivered the vehicle were very friendly and later I realized that they were trying to prevent me from looking closely at the vehicle. I needed a car from VA to AZ. After reading all the horror stories on the reviews from ALL the transport companies. I gave 365 a shot. the price was right. not the lowest but close. Micheal was great. He answered all my questions and was there when I needed updates. I have had a couple cars transported in the past and have learned that there is no guarantees on dates and times. it depends when a driver is in the area and how many more stops he has. so the dates they give you are estimates and have to understand that and I do. they did get me the car delivered 3 days earlier than I was expecting before I called anyone. In order to receive a call back from them I had to threaten to contact the authorities via voicemail. I asked Tom over the phone after if he found that giving a customer a heads up that their car wouldn't be picked up on time was what he considered 'good customer service', to which he had nothing to say and said no it was not.
