Recently, I managed to let the engine overheat and ultimately it just couldn't be saved as far as that goes. However, with a great deal of effort from Mark and his mechanic, Roberto, after replacing the engine and several other major parts, it's running great finally. Countless issues were involved, especially since it's so difficult to get parts on a 2003 Jeep. However, I've now had it completely painted. Looks like a new car and runs just as good ! Mark always gets right back with me ( and, admittedly, I can be just as high maintenance as my antique almost car!) he lets me know what's going on, good or bad. I've had to spend time sorting and organizing in the unit itself and it now feels safe and comfortable to do so. I can use the hallway outside of my unit to setup a table and organize my things, as I've never ever seen anyone anywhere near my actual unit itself. Although they've had some challenges with all the construction on 6th ave south, I suppose it could have been worse! I don't appreciate the raising of rates constantly without any added services, but I guess this is probably standard. I have no idea what my gate code is, but when I look at the keypad, I know where to put my fingers to make the right code.
