They were helpful at first but then was extremely unresponsive after the sale. They reached out to my realtor after we purchased our home and that they would receive a referral bonus if they got our business. Out realtor let us know this was an option and didn't say we had to do anything. We decided to move forward with this because of the referral bonus that was offered. It would have essentially given us about 6 months free of service, however, we did not receive the referral amount. I've reached out to them about this over 10 times with no resolution. They answered one of my phone calls and let me know that it would be looked into without any follow up. We are stuck in contract now and will most likely cancel once our contract is over.
