Had our company Christmas party at 3660 On The Rise. Parking located at the same building. We got lost when we arrived as they have several party rooms. We ordered the custom made menu:- Plantation Iced Tea: (2/10) No taste! 3660 Salad: (2/10) their dressing has a very strong fishy taste; Ribeyes steak: (1/10) SO salty and overcooked; Mocha cake with ice-cream: (9/10) The best thing on that meal; Half of our coworkers didn't finish their food. Services was just ok! We asked for ketchup and the sever gave us steak sauce instead. Price is not cheap so we all expect better services and quality of good. I'm sure there are other better choices.

Another successful family birthday celebration at 3660 On The Rise! We love coming here over and over again because of the delicious food, amazing service, the friendly staffs, the location and their coveted validated parking! For starters, we had Fresh Green Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette sauce. The salad was so refreshing fresh. It was followed with fresh, warm poi buns. It's so perfect with butter! Our next appetizer was their Brown Butter Maine Lobster Won Tons. How I wish I can eat this with white rice! It was so flavorful! The sauce was divinely oh sooo goooddd!!! For our main dish, we had Certified Angus Beef New York Steak Alaea. This is my all time favorite!!! The perfectly cooked medium rare steak with the alaea salt! It's crispy on the outside, juicy, and so tender it melts in your mouth. The other main dish option was Masago Arare Crusted Fillet of Scottish Salmon. It was rich, buttery and fatty flavors! And for dessert...it was sooo creamy and delicious that I forgot to take pictures. We had the warm bread pudding. It's such a simple dessert but packed with so much flavors. It's a comfort food for me. And let's not forget that our server for tonight was an all star! He was attentive, friendly service, efficient in managing multiple tables and just superb! His name is Adil. I hope I spelled it correctly. Being a restaurant server is not an easy job. It takes flexibility, patience, and the ability to think quickly on foot. You did well! In fact, Adil, you were amazing!!! Thank you, Marcy, for helping my sister plan my nephews 1st birthday. We appreciate you!!! Thank you for reading my review. Have a great week!

It has taken me nearly four years to feel ready to write this review. What should have been one of…read morethe most meaningful and joyful days of my life turned into a deeply distressing and, honestly, traumatic experience due to the conduct of this venue and their coordination services. We booked this business as our wedding venue and also hired the owner's wife as our day-of coordinator. From the beginning, there were multiple instances where expectations and agreements were not followed through on. One major red flag early on was when a private surprise I had planned for my husband--a hula performance--was disclosed to him by the coordinator just one week before the wedding. There was no accountability, apology, or acknowledgment of how inappropriate that was. Despite this, I chose to move forward with grace. On the day of the wedding, I communicated clearly about my arrival time so that preparations could be made. When I arrived, I was left waiting outside for approximately 20 minutes before being allowed in which I honestly didn't have an issue about but unfortunately, the experience escalated from there. The coordinator's behavior toward both myself and my bridal party was hostile, dismissive, and at times deeply disrespectful. Hurtful comments were made to me as a bride on my wedding day--comments that no one should ever have to hear in that moment. At one point, the electricity and generator to our preparation room were shut off, leaving us without fanning or lighting while getting ready. Immediately before walking down the aisle, the coordinator's husband intervened and required that his wife address me but it ended up being in a confrontational manner. This created an unnecessary and emotionally distressing situation right before the ceremony--an incredibly inappropriate moment to introduce conflict instead of support. Despite everything, I still walked down the aisle and had a beautiful ceremony. I truly thank God for the strength and peace I had in that moment, because I don't know how another bride would have recovered from that experience in real time. What's equally disappointing is that there was never a genuine apology or accountability afterward. The only statement made was along the lines of being "sorry that I felt that way," which is not the same as taking responsibility. There were multiple witnesses to everything that occurred, including individuals outside of my bridal party. Additionally, after the wedding, I was approached by other guests who shared that they had also experienced or observed concerning behavior from the coordinator during the event. That was especially disheartening, as it confirmed this was not an isolated experience. I share this not out of bitterness, but out of responsibility. No bride should have their wedding day compromised by the very people entrusted to support and facilitate it. While I do hope growth and change have taken place since then, I personally cannot recommend this venue or their coordination services. I would strongly encourage future brides to carefully consider other options to ensure they are fully supported, respected, and cared for on such an important day. If you're trusting someone with one of the most important days of your life, this is not a place where that trust may be honored. Update: After posting this review, I received a response from the owner. This experience took place under their ownership and leadership, regardless of location. The impact of that day was deeply emotional and, for me, truly traumatizing. It took me years to feel ready to speak about it. While I respect that things may have evolved--and I pray they have--I still felt there was a lack of genuine acknowledgment or accountability for what occurred. Growth and change do not erase or cancel my experience. I share this from a place of honesty so others can make informed decisions, and I do appreciate them taking the time to respond.

Steps from the water, you can hear and feel the ocean lapping at the shore while you enjoy the sunset on the sand or watch a movie under the stars. And be prepared to have fun, because Sooz and Richard know how to throw a party. The 60s party is one of our particular favorites! So our wedding was a 5/5 experience but management is definitely old school and could use a lot of work. There is no texting, only a landline, and an email to work with. Good luck reaching anyone via email. To have a 6 hour wedding with 50 people, it costs roughly 10k for the space (about average when you factor in lighting, furniture and seating at other venues) but you have to pay for you own prep time. Only an hour is complimentary, so if you want to add any personal touches at all you basically need to pay for that time. Considering you're paying 10k, the fact that one is not allowed to leave decor at the venue is super unreasonable. There was no event going on the day prior except for our own rehearsal. So we were to bring everything we could on our own day of, and beg our wedding planner to help. They claimed it was for "liability purpose" yet I was allowed to leave my dress grossing 2800 at the venue and not my $10 box of flowers... and the lightning that was already hanging cost $750 to allegedly rehang. Who knows why that needed $750. There were claims that there was not enough space to leave any belongings or purchase enough chairs for my guests, but from what I can see it's just badly organized. There's a massive stack of CDs in front of the bridal room coated with so much dust you can barely read the titles. There's all kinds of knick knacks everywhere by the piano. The dust in the bridal room is bore line scary when you look closely, the chandelier had dead flowers and cobwebs. The frames are coated with dust. Again, the wedding itself was beautiful but for 10k you'd think someone could be paid $200 to come in there to clean. I sincerely have no idea what my 10k went towards since the Morgage on the house is non existent according to Zillow. Emails were rarely answered in a timely manner, which is tough if you're a bride organizing almost everything. and their sweet sweet dog who was advertised as a ring bearer apparently only performed this service one time prior and got side tracked and pulled my flower girl into the bushes. I love that kind of silliness and don't blame the dog one bit. But it certainly feels like false advertising to say that this dog is willing to do the service but come day of my planner told me of all the weddings she'd aided there, she's never seen it happen once. We had a great wedding, but it's massively overpriced for how little effort is going in on the home owner's end. A beautiful scam. 3 stars for my guest's wonderful experience but not to my own chaotic one.

We opted for the pergola room (teenagers bday party) which accommodates 24. Super cute setup, very spacious, private bathroom (it was kinda hidden!). We were allowed to being in our own food & drinks, & they were kind enough to allow me to have personal decorations put up before my daughter arrived. I can't tell you firsthand how the karaoke system setup is (the teenagers made the decisions for the night) but I do know the songs were submitted via their phones. There a QR code to scan, etc. Either way, there weren't any mixups with the songs, pretty smooth. They do have a one/ time charge of $3 per person, if I remember correctly that's like a clean up fee. They also offer some small snacks. Various rooms to accommodate all size parties! They're located in Westgate shopping center, upper floor (Thelma's Filipino food & Leeward drive in are downstairs). Parking lot is decent sized but can definitely fill up with the number of other establishments here.
