It's one thing to have a beautiful building with great amenities, but it's another to have genuinely great people welcoming you every day. In a city where life outside the doors can sometimes be rough, it makes all the difference to come home to a place where the team truly cares about the residents. I read the reviews about the elevators before moving into 399 Fremont and assumed they were exaggerated or had been fixed. Unfortunately, they are entirely accurate. This building suffers from severe, chronic elevator outages that severely impact residents' ability to access their apartments. On multiple occasions since moving in, only 1 of the 3 elevators has been operational for a building with 40+ floors and hundreds of residents. This sometimes results in 45+ minute wait times just to leave your floor. Worse, there are times when the system fails to schedule certain floors entirely. It is a nice building on paper, but the ongoing infrastructure failures and lack of after-hours support make the reality of living here highly frustrating. read more

I would strongly encourage anyone considering 399 Fremont to do serious due diligence. During my tenancy, my unit experienced repeated water leaks and ongoing habitability issues that were reported multiple times and not fully resolved. Through conversations with other residents, it became clear that water intrusion has affected multiple units in the building, not just mine. When I requested a limited rent abatement for the months impacted (December 2025 and January 2026), management conditioned any concession on signing a very broad legal release. The release required waiving known and unknown claims, future claims, and statutory rights, and included language stating the issues were "resolved," which was disputed. I offered to sign a narrow release limited only to the rent concession, but management repeatedly pushed broader waiver language instead of focusing on fixing the underlying problems. Although the building looks appealing on the surface, my experience raised serious concerns about how habitability issues and tenant rights are handled. I lived at 399 for 15 months. The first few months were acceptable, but in the later months the elevators were frequently out of service. We often had to wait a long time to go up and down, and we were even stuck in the elevator twice. Management did not apologize or properly address these issues. On top of that, my rent was increased by 27%, which ultimately pushed me to look for a new place. During my move-out, the loading dock was double-booked, even though I had reserved it a month in advance. Combined with elevators being out of service, this made my move extremely hectic and stressful. It took me nearly 8 hours to move just two blocks. Management initially agreed to review my bill due to these issues, but they have since stopped responding to my emails. In addition, I am now being charged unreasonable move-out fees. Not only was my deposit not properly returned, but I am also being charged extra. Dealing with UDR billing has been another disappointing experience. I truly liked my apartment because of the view and accessibility. However, the gym and hallways were often not clean, which is not acceptable for a luxury apartment building. Currently 399 is trying to raise my rent by 40%. This is actually pretty common, even among long term residents. The last 12 months have been disastrous: - The pool was closed for 6 months. - My in unit washer died, and it took more than a month for it to be fixed. - 2 of the 5 elevators have been out of action for a month. Another elevator was damaged when someone had to be rescued so now only services some floors. Another elevator is constantly booked, meaning at times there is only one operative elevator. On occasion I have been forced to take the stairs. - The dog park often lacks bags and is littered with turds. - There are frequently no wipes for the gym, leading to unsanitary conditions. - The hot water continue to be unreliable, this morning it was a cold shower. The good news is the building has good apartment layouts and friendly staff. But with everything else going on, I would not recommend living here. read more

This place is all smoke & mirrors. Sure there are views of the Bay Bridge, and the amenities seem nice (if they are ever actually available), but it's cheaply constructed (i.e. thin, cardboard-like floor boards) and there is always one thing after another that goes wrong at this building. Moreover the building's management (UDR) is slow to fix anything & impossible to work with. I have a long list of complaints, but here are the main ones that every prospective resident should be aware (please read the headlines even if you don't want to read the details): MOLD, MILDEW, & damaged shower grout upon move-in that they would not deep clean or fix. UDR's defense was that it is considered "normal wear & tear". They consider mold & mildew to be normal! INADEQUATE SOUNDPROOFING- I could hear labor strike sirens daily from 7am-10pm, neighbors' dogs barking for hours, kids screaming at the park 2 blocks away, or neighbors simply watching tv. INADEQUATE SECURITY- The master key that opens ALL unit doors was stolen! Neighbors complain of bikes stolen & car break-ins in the garage. Missing packages daily. HEATER DOESN'T WORK in the winter months (40 degree overnight temps in SF) - I was told the only way to fix it is to reset the breaker. The heat would stop working in the middle of the night, so I would wake up and have to reset the breaker at 3am... for TWO months before UDR was willing to pay for a technician to check the system. WATER TURNED OFF WITHOUT NOTICE, especially in the morning when I'm trying to get ready for work. An email is sent only after the fact. ELEVATORS DON'T WORK. There always seems to be one elevator down. And it has happened that ALL the elevators were unexpectedly down for an indefinite amount of time, so the only way in/out was the stairs (be prepared to carry groceries up 20-40 flights of stairs!). POOL & HOT TUB CLOSED FOR 6MONTHS without any compensation. When finally reopened, UDR never seemed to clean it (clumps of hair & dirt in the pool, murky green hot tub water). A month later, there were yet additional closures for heating & other issues. When I asked if I could use the pool at a "sister" UDR property, their pool heater was also broken. URINE/FECES left on the elevators and common areas. Avoid parking your car on floor 3 (the floor with the "dog park") or watch where you step! Don't expect management to clean. Other than mopping the lobby, I've seen housekeeping on individual floors maybe once a week. SECURITY DEPOSIT WAS NOT RETURNED even though I did not cause any damages. OVER $500 MOVE-OUT CHARGES. They will ask you to pay $300 for them to clean "for you". However it doesn't matter how spotless you leave the unit, UDR will charge you $200+ for any possible ridiculous reason. When I contacted UDR to protest the charges, they just repeated that those are the charges noted on the unit. UDR is not willing to listen whatsoever. Please take your well-earned money elsewhere! 8/15/24 Update: In UDR's response below they state that "they are committed to addressing [maintenance issues] promptly and thoroughly in accordance with the lease." I do not agree. In my reading, the terms of my lease list circumstances in which the resident must pay for repairs, replacement cost, or damage, and those circumstances relate to negligent or intentional acts by the resident or their guests. The flooding that I described in my original review is not one of those circumstances. By using my utility account to perform repairs and refusing to reimburse me for the costs, 399 Fremont improperly shifted part of the responsibility to pay for repairs, in my opinion. Original Review: For anyone considering this building, don't just be drawn in by the nice views or modern units. Despite the superficial quality of the building, I have serious concerns regarding maintenance and management practices. In June and July 2024, my unit flooded twice. Both instances were caused by the same sprinkler on an upper floor--first due to a fire, then due to a contractor's mistake while repairing the initial damage. These floods led to disruptive remediation work in my unit lasting well over a week. It took management eight days to even acknowledge my emails about these issues. They refused to compensate me, even for the direct and significant costs they forced me to incur after they used my PG&E service to run their maintenance equipment. Additionally, over this same period I experienced two separate instances where I was without running water for several hours due to unrelated maintenance problems. This is a gorgeous building with amazing amenities. The units are beautiful with great finishes. HOWEVER: I lived at this building for 18months and during that time my water inexplicably shut off 4 separate times for more then a few hours with no notice, there was a non-resident who was illegally living on my floor for months who set off the fire extinguisher on the floor and harassed another renter on the floor, and best of all: Although I was provided a unit with nail holes in the walls and wine splashes on the floor, I was charged to have the holes filled and the unit repainted and cleaned when I moved out. I itemized all of these items on my move-in report and itemized every room and cleanliness on my move out. The individuals working in the building confirmed that I would not be charged for bringing the unit to a state better than how it was delivered to me, but also noted that a "third party company" does the move-out inspection. The building has withheld my damage deposit well past the 21 days mark and just provided me this itemization 10 days after the damage deposit was meant to be returned. There is no phone number or human to discuss this with (only an email distro), and my only options are to take the company to small claims court, which could take months - where they receive basically no penalty for being a business of their size. I would recommend people to live in this building if they are not concerned with a corporation playing games with their damage deposit - but if you do not approve of this type of corporate corruption, I would recommend you live in another better managed building. read more

We've lived in this building for two years. The views are wonderful, and the apartments are airy and comfortable. However, this building fails to deliver on all the promises. The garage door was broken for more than six months, compromising the security in the building. One of the three elevators to access the tower was broken for over nine months and one or the other of them is down more often than all three are working. The grills have not been fully functional for over a year. Currently, of the four girls by the pool and the one large grill on the deck, only two have knobs to allow you to turn on the gas. Neither of these has all its parts. The fob access to the gym has not worked in more than a year, so anyone can walk in and out, and many of the building's doors fail to lock. It is not a very secure building. While it is nice to have an actual parking garage, parking continues to be an issue. Not only is it hellishly expensive, but the building cannot keep any of the residents' parking straight. One often returns home to find someone in one's assigned space and building management shrugs their shoulders and says the system is down or incorrect, requiring residents to park in other reserved spots, often earning a tow alert for their inconvenience. While the desk management is cordial, they rarely take action, forcing residents to wait for an opportunity to speak with a single manager who is not on property during the weekends or holidays. Rules on marijuana and cigarette smoking are rarely, if ever, enforced. The rent process is predatory. We signed our original lease to find out that it was "a next day move in." When asking to have a reasonable accommodation for moving across the country, the rent was raised by over $1200 per month. We were able to negotiate, but still ended up with a much higher rent than originally quoted. Once our initial lease term was up, our rent jumped again, and we expect it to jump greatly one more time before we finish our three year tour. We are likely to deal with the hassle of finding a new place and moving, rather than renew our lease. Don't just judge this apartment by the looks, views and the quality of your house tour. I did it and I would think very carefully before my renewal. Read below for the details. Most lifts are out almost all the time. I am perpetually scared I'll get stuck sometime and since I have a dog I also end up taking the stairs as often as I can. We've been notified of a few incidents involving disruptive residents with the cops involved inside the building and no known actions have been taken which compromises security of me and my family. Dealing with UDR's automated systems has been a frustrating ordeal, further aggravated by substantial rent increases (30-40%). Frequent package losses and a perpetually foul-smelling dog park to add to the dissatisfaction. While the onsite service is good, their limited authority hinders addressing these significant issues that make living here quite subpar for the promises and pricing they quote. read more

The building is advertised as a luxury building, but the problems with the management team make it worse than low-cost housing in San Francisco. The management team is unresponsive and unprofessional. Communication with them is difficult and they disregard tenants' concerns. Maurice Legaspi, the manager, who came on a few months ago in 2023, is the worst yet. He talks and acts like a criminal. I believe that their behavior is unacceptable and that they should be held accountable for their actions. We only lived here for 3 months, but the experience has been definitely the worst I have had in the city. From elevators not working or being operated at unsafe capacities to poorly maintained apartments and common areas. When we moved in the apartment was in terrible conditions, the walls had cracks and terrible paint. This speaks to a bad property management team. Security deposits are kept even if the apartment was well-maintained and only lived in for a few months. Communication with management is difficult and email responses are vague. Elevator problems have been an issue for years. Just Google "how to sue UDR". An established resident faced an alarming 85% rent increase with only 30 days' notice. Similar harassment is occurring with numerous other tenants, as if the management is applying unlawful tactics to pressure tenants into leaving. Renewal specialists are also not very responsive until the last minute and usually late to respond. These practices appear to be targeted disproportionately towards vulnerable tenants, including people of color and new mothers. Air filter not changed in over 5 years, looks like the carpet!. Dyson air filter goes to red when fan on. 399 Fremont management failed to replace air filter despite multiple maintenance requests over 6 months - claiming they can't get the filters. Management refusing to let me move apartments unless I pay a 1 month ($5500) transfer fee! The worst management and leasing team I've ever seen. There is literally no way to communicate with them if you need something or have any questions. I believe the leasing team are specifically trained to make sure no one can lease any apartments in this building. Unhelpful and condescending staff, amenities that are constantly down, massive rent increases disproportionate to inflation despite selling amenities that you can't use. Do yourself a favor and explore other buildings in the area. Great building but management will make your life miserable. From the closing of amenities (pool was closed for 7 months), to charging for amenity use (any group more than 2 guests per resident), they will nickel and dime you to death. You can't even use the roof deck without paying $300 a month!! They just raised rent by 45% after stating they cap rent increases at 10%. Greedy greedy corporation. Steer clear of UDR and this property. The building is way too expensive for what it is. Amenities are not well maintained and constantly out of order. The pool was closed with no explanation and no opening date in sight. When the hot tub finally reopened, it was not hot. They charge you for common area utilities, but rent it out to the public on Peerspace. Frequent maintenance issues have compounded these grievances. The pool often remains non-operational, and high tenant turnover results in extended 15-minute waits for the elevators since there are only 3 elevators. Key fobs frequently malfunction, necessitating repetitive trips to the front desk for repairs. Residents have reported loss of personal items from common areas, and management has been unresponsive in providing surveillance footage to aid in resolving these matters. We stayed here for two years. Things were pretty good for a while, until a pipe burst in the building and we were forced out of our apartment. 399's management sent contractors to remove a lot of our floors and walls, dry everything, and rebuild. Unfortunately, the contractors they hired were very shady. They ate our food using our dishes, made a mess in our kitchen, and did very shoddy work. See the photos below. We had to extend our lease by a few weeks, and that led to a lot of problems with UDR's billing system. They tried to charge us a $1500 month-to-month fee, even though they had quoted us $1000 in writing. They double charged us for several things, and added an erroneous late fee. We've been trying to get them to fix our ledger for months now, yet there are still errors, like double pet rent for our last month. So when our security deposit refund arrived, we were not surprised to find more billing errors. There was a $435.20 charge saying "full 30 day notice required", even though we had given a full 30 day move-out notice. There was also $270 in cleaning and repair charges, on top of the $140 cleaning fee that we had prepaid. It sounds like they charged us for the damage that their contracts did, even though we had pointed out the damage (and provided photos) as soon as it happened. I made a trip back to the leasing office, but the leasing agent didn't have any information about the charges, and suggested that I email someone else. I did so, but heard nothing back. I emailed another leasing agent, but still nothing. I also tried 399's main email, and a UDR corporate contact, but both were ignored. It looks like we'll need to go to small claims court if we want to recover any of the money. read more

There's always something wrong or off. Elevators There are five elevators in this building separated into two elevator bays a bit of a distance from each other. 2 elevators go down to the basement to the 6th floor. The other bay has two elevators that go from ground to the top floor and one elevator that goes to the basement to the top floor. If you're keeping track at home that's one elevator that goes from the basement to any floor higher than 6. Package room is located in the basement. The elevator that goes from basement to floors higher than 6 is also the service elevator and "reserved" most of the time. It's a gamble if you get it or not but it's not a bet I even try and make. The front desk will reserve it and forget to unreserve it, leaving it out of commission for no reason. Oops! So you'll have to transfer elevators if you need a package. It sounds minor, but it's annoying after a while especially if you have an arm full of packages. There are so many little things like this that just make this place a pain for the price. read more

I have been living at 399 for 1,5 year now. The concierge and maintenance staff are awesome but don't expect too much from the management team. They are extremely unresponsive and need multiple follow-ups to make something happen. I've visited most if not all luxury apartment buildings in San Francisco and 399 Fremont is easily among the top #3. The amenities and overall design/quality of the building and apartments are great. Renters beware of the move-out fees. I've had an extensive back and forth with their billing and management team to rectify a ton of fees applied after move-out. Even with photo proof and detailed move-in inventory documents, they have withheld $$ from my deposit. Get ready to dispute these fees for MONTHS, or simply accept that you've lost out. Final tip - don't waste time cleaning upon move-out and make your life easier by paying for express cleaning that you will be charged for anyway. read more

Unit: No major complaints. Rate is good for location and view. Staff: Generally pretty friendly and helpful. Packages: Packages are managed by a third-party locker system. Generally this works out fine, but every once in a while there are issues with either missing packages or malfunctioning lockers. Elevators: Generally fast, though only having one direct elevator to the basement is frustrating as its also the service elevator and is frequently locked out. Maintenance: I've had to call maintenance a few times for items I could not fix myself. Mario is the absolute best, all fixes were prompt and thorough. Noise: I haven't had any problems with noise from my next-door neighbors or from below. From above, you can hear some things and the front doors are not sound proof at all. The street noise is insulated okay. Amenities: Nice pool, BBQ area and a decent gym. Location: Really close to the Bay Bridge and my apartment looks straight out into it. Its in South Beach which is walking distance to a ton of amenities, though nothing is right outside your doorstep. Parking: Expensive to park in the building and street parking is basically non-existent. read more

Rented a space here through peerspace 10/15, concierge asked for my ID never returned it. Rec'd a call 10/17 from raneisha (front desk staff) that they forgot to return my ID & she would mail it. It has been over 2 weeks i have not rec'd my ID. I've Contacted location and peerspace and has not gotten any help or to speak with anyone regarding my ID. I have been a victim of ID theft and I'm not okay with my ID being GOD knows where and the fact that they forgot to return it and hasn't reached out about it. Highly upset. read more

The building has some nice amenities but the company that owns it is terrible. When there is a problem like no elevators or running water, you have to file a complaint with city inspectors before they do anything. Furthermore, when it comes time to renew, even if there are many of the same units priced hundreds of dollars less than what you currently pay, they will jack your rent up several hundred dollars. I would not recommend renting from an udr property. Update: I reached out like their response asked and they still increased my rent to way above what they are renting for new tenants. In fact they even offer a month free for new tenants. They are basically taking advantage of the covid situation because they know people do not want to risk a move with the pandemic going on. And those are not something you could know during the apartment tour I've been living in the build for one year. I will try to be objective to list the good part and bad part Pros - The build is beautiful - Amenities are decent - Public area cleanness is really good - Apartment room maintainer is nice and they process your request fairly fast Cons: - Horrible part - The package management in this building is a MESS. Even the staff working there admitted it's a mess since I moved in. I have been living in different apartments in both LA and SF for many years and this is definitely my worst experience. Building management team don't take responsibility and manage the package instead, they use the 3rd part locker - Luxer and claim it's carriers' responsibility to put the package at the correct location. Residents here need to spend many times in the locker room with all packages stacked randomly A LOT OF TIMES. If you shop online, living in this building means you need to send at least 10 mins every time you order something or dealing with lost packages. it's a nightmare - SAFETY - You think they have the cameras to keep you safe? That's a joke. My packages were missing many times and I get a chance to see their monitoring system. More than half of them are not functional. There is NO WAY to find out what's going on if there is anything bad happens in this building - The response from the leasing office is extremely slow once you sign the lease. Usually, you need to follow up at least twice before getting any response from them - Public utility maintenance is horrible. Again this is another case show how horrible the management team is. The elevator controller was broken for more than a month - no one fixes it. The trash room is broken, residents can not dump their trash - no one cares. The recycle trash bin is overflow every week - it has been like that over a year. - Front desk service doesn't match the standard of the building and the cost we pay. Some individuals are friendly and you can tell the process are a MESS. They always commit something and write it down to memo pad but never deliver or get back to you - Why do you keep wasting the paper then? Overall - The build has good hardware but the service you will get is far away from what you pay. This is definitely not a 'luxury' apartment considering the trouble you will have the and time you need to spend to find even just your package every time, not even close. There are many good options with a similar and cheaper price in this area. DO NOT RENT HERE, SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE! They will raise your rent thousands of dollars, no joke. As if paying $6000 isn't enough already. My partner tried to negotiate with them and they were horrible and rude. They do not keep the apartments up-to-date and they are run down after only being open a few years. The paint on the walls in the apartment actually chip off, the appliances break all the time and they were all scratched. The carpets in the hallway are disgusting and they leave the filth on them for weeks and when you're waiting in your elevator area the white walls are all dirty. Why put up plain, white painted walls and you don't expect them to get stained, get it together and use quality wall treatments. The pool has been ripped up for months and we're paying for amenities we do not have and they will not offer compensation or explain anything. I'll add photos of that disaster for you to enjoy. They use low quality materials in the lobby and the elevator area are always gross because they have the worst cleaning staff who actually cleans with dirty water. They spray this awful perfume scent around to make it seem clean but it is disgusting and it burns your eyes And causes allergies. How does the manager walk around here every single day and not ask her maintenance team to clean the walls. She is always too busy just hiding in her office, they all are and they avoid phone calls. Elevators are always broken so be sure to leave 15 minutes early Plus most of the time you have to use two different elevator banks to get downstairs since they lock off one of them so you can never get to the lobby. Office ignores requests, the front desk man always tells you the office people are not available when I call and little did he know I was watching from the side of the lobby and they were standing right next to him. Caught Ya! They do not offer to do anything extra like a real concierge would but they just sit there on their butt at the front desk and barely move. In a professional setting the concierge always stands and doesn't dress like a gangsta wearing his hoodie over his head. They do not offer coffee or any special amenities for the residents especially on the top floor that we paid extra for and they promised the world to us. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, there are serious safety issues and I am writing a full detailed letter to their corporate offices. I forgot to add the details of the horrible noise that you hear all the time over here because they didn't install proper windows. I'm sure the office will respond to this review with some lame standard comment apologizing which is a joke and if they do I will be sure to have all my neighbors write reviews also since we are all complaining. find another building in the neighborhood because this one is not as it seems. 399 Fremont has the nerve to write back to this when they already laughed at me when I asked for their help on the rent as they said peopl will rent here anyway. I was one of the first people to move into the building after construction was finished. I lived there from 2016 to 2021 and the quality of service from everyone in the front desk and leasing office to maintenance has been stellar. I lived in 399 for 2 years and I must say it is a beautiful building. BUT, the leasing office is EXTREMELY IRRESPONSIBLE once you are their residence. I booked the guest suite with the leasing office for 4 nights for my parents, but upon checkin they told me they only have 3 nights. I don't know how could this even happen, really unprofessional. We ended up paying 1 night extra because they want a bank check and I already got that. And they promised to deduct the extra night to our next month rent, which NEVER happened! Later, they said they will refund it with our deposit, which also NEVER happened! It's now been over 2 months, after so many calls, there is NOBODY called me back or provide me any feedback! read more

We moved in to a nicely appointed apartment at 399 on the 35th floor, with a breathtaking view of the Bay Bridge in June of 2017. At the time we were one of the first wave of residents as the building was newly opened. We encountered issues from the start, easy to dismiss as the pains of getting a new operation off the ground.. Water issues, elevator issues, communication issues (late rent notices when the rent had been paid) etc... It seemed that there was rarely a week when we didn't have at least one (brand spankin' new) elevator out of commission. In may of 2018, with lots of other things going on in our life and a promise of better operations at 399, we decided to renew, even though we had talked for months of leaving. The truth is we didn't have the capacity to handle a move -- and the view was good enough to allow us to talk ourselves into staying. I would love to tell you that everything has been great since then, but the truth is that 8 months later, the building has experienced one mismanaged mishap after another... Badly managed restoration projects leaving halls and lobbies inexplicably filthy, day long water outages, several week long elevator outages, irresponsible communications and a lack of concern for resident safety. There are plenty of options for comparable housing in SF -- lease there. I never post negative reviews but in this case the management of this building is incompetent, irresponsible and unsympethetic, and it is apparent that improvements to that will not come without pressure. read more

We've been extremely happy with almost everything about living here. We've lived in 2 different units and both have been great. The views are unbeatable. Having lived in other comparable buildings in SF, this one by far is the best. The best part, however, is the staff. They are extremely friendly and helpful. Ksenia in particular has gone above and beyond for us multiple times, and has made both moving and living here a breeze! read more

Worst management and building maintenance ever!!! Spare yourselves time, nerves and headache and don't move into this building. Constant problems with elevators, internet, fire alarms, packages, etc. probably the most expensive building for lease in SF and not worth it!!!! Constant lies and sneaking things into your contract and treating residents as sh***, as if we owe them something! We are concluding the second year of living here and will not extend even if they pay us!!!!. First year was ok, second year, the management changed and it's total disappointment. They are ok in charging more than $7k for 2bd apartment, but no one cares about providing the service that they promise. Worst building ever!!!! read more

Maintenance, front desk, and the packaging system is subpar - actually, it's a mess. There was a large spill by the elevator on my floor that was not cleaned up until months after I notified front desk numerous times. It was embarrassing when we had guests visit. I always have packages that I can't find for weeks or that go missing completely. Ask ANY resident in the building and they will say they've experienced the same issue. Last straw - I rented the lounge on the 5th floor for an event, and a week before my event I saw that the lounge was under construction from water leaks that damaged multiple floors of the building. I was not notified - found out on my own. I asked if I could rent the other community space in the building and they said no without any reason. Zack, head of front desk, is the only good thing the building has. He always tries his best to help. read more

Pool & grill closed indefinitely! The pool and grill deck has been closed since the beginning of Nov. it supposed to be opened in the beginning of Dec but that has been postponed indefinitely. The management seems in no rush to reopen it. Maybe they want to save the operational cost. If you care about the amenities - don't move here! Such a false advertisement. read more

They have exceptional staff: like the maintenance team with Mario and Roberto. Same with the front desk like the amazing Dashaun and Jezer and leasing leads like Kayla and Jeannette. There are more from those teams that make the positive rating along with world class amenities. One star off for the pool being out of commission for five months. read more

We are brand new residents so I can't speak for much other than the leasing and move-in processes. Jimiyo was our agent and he is THE ABSOLUTE BEST. He was a large portion of why we chose to rent here. He's so knowledgeable, he shows true passion in the community he represents, and his attention to detail is unlike anything I've seen. Alanna helped us quite a bit too and she is a doll. Our apartment was immaculate, and even the littlest details that we mostly overlooked (touch-up paint, cleaning the outside of our windows) were treated with absolute urgency and detail. The amenities are out of this world. We are so thrilled that our apartment community comes with lounges, a gym, pool and spa, great package delivery service, and so much more. We are very happy residents! OH and these apartments have central heat and A/C - SO difficult to find in this city. This was another huge reason why we rented here. Very happy with this decision already. read more
