Let me start off by I'm the person who Google and yelps everything. Most of the time with Yelp you really don't know what's real or fake as far as ratings. But when it comes to this business and Matt- Id give them 5 stars if I could. The most amazing customer service from the first call, to scheduling, and down to the service itself. When I initially spoke with Matt he was so knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions and concerns. I booked with him immediately and not only was his service great but so were his prices- I called a few places and they were charging crazy prices and his were the most competitive . We just purchased our home in Lake Elsinore and the previous owners had pets so I wanted our carpets to be cleaned before we moved in, by the time he was done the whole house went from smelling like pet urine to almost like clean fresh laundry. He was also very honest about everything upfront he explained to me how one of the rooms almost had a film over the carpet , and the previous owners must have had someone steam clean the carpet continuously pushing water into the pads of the carpet and to keep and eye out for that room in specific and to give him a call if the smell returns or we have any problems. So it's been two weeks and the whole house still looks and smells great except for that one room, so I texted Matt at 3:30pm and he responded immediately that he could come by at 5:00pm, THE SAME DAY & THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING ! (Tbh I thought I wouldn't get a response with the holiday being tomorrow and it being kind of late) Unfortunately we'll probably have to remove the carpet in that one room since the previous owners ruined the padding , but we're so thankful for Matt for coming back out and recleaning that room so it smells good for thanksgiving! And for the rest of the house that looks and still smells great! Thank you so Much Matt! When I envision carpet cleaning I see big black hoses running from a van into my house. Leaving black marks on my walls and corners. Not so with 3 B's Carpet Care. I called and spoke with John (father) we went over what was to be cleaned, how it is cleaned, and when. My carpet is very hi quality and has not been cleaned (vacuumed and spot cleaned only) since installation in 2012. My tile likewise was installed in 2012. For having three dogs and all my mishaps the carpet had no stains. My tile looked pretty good, but the kitchen, you know what happens in the kitchen. The grout was very stained from mist drips and spills. When Matt (son) pulled up in a pick up with a bed cover I had to wonder what kind of equipment he used. Matt was very pleasant and professional. He explained his cleaning process and helped me move a couple big pieces of furniture. John had me vacuum the carpet and tile the morning of cleaning. Then Matt revacuumed again with his super vac. The carpet got cleaned first. Then the tile and grout. Matt was very through on both but the effort really showed in my kitchen. The grout looked brand new again! I have a two story house and only cleaned the bottom floor. The process took about 2 to 2.5 hours. The carpet is clean and smell good. The carpets look the best they ever have! They use a different process than the previous companies which allows faster drying time and no hoses connecting to the outside. My old Berber carpets can be a bitch and other companies have had a hard time with them, but Matt did an impeccable job. Clean carpets make a huge difference in the visual appearance of a home and I've noticed my mood elevated as a result! When Matt got to work he really worked hard on my carpet floors of a 5 bedroom, loft, and stairs. You could really see the difference from before and after. I scheduled a rug cleaning and the owners son came to clean my rugs. He did a terrible job. He only worked a half hour and the next hour he was taking to me. He did not have a clue to finish the job. My main rug in my great room was not cleaned as it should have been. There's still dirt everywhere. He did not a thorough cleaning. And 3B carpet cleaning changed me over $300 to clean two area rugs. Just amazing. Matt is so friendly and professional. I asked him initially to clean the carpet of 4 bedrooms , Family Room , hallway and stairs and afterwards I added 2 additional bedrooms. I recently moved to Murrieta earlier this year and was looking up local companies that do tile/carpet cleaning. I decided to go with 3B's based reviews I read. I spoke with the owner over phone to set up an appointment and go over pricing. He was very kind and helpful, even giving me tips and things to avoid when cleaning my grout and tiles. On the day of the appointment, the owner's son, Matt, came and did the tile and carpet cleaning. The end result was great. Excellent work quality, with some great conversations as well. Matt gave me some recommendations to recolor some portions of grout that were stained. All around genuine people who care about their customers and their property.
