Front end damage to nissan. Ordered parts. Days later wrong parts arrived. Ordered again. Days later parts arrived but this time one is cracked. Naturally can't use it. Ordered again. 2-3 days later part arrived. Now it gets installed and done. Can't have the car though until Monday, this is Friday. Transported on flatbed from one location to this one because they had opening to do work. Can't transport it back though because they're down one truck. Another three days. So much for trying to keep the client happy. Why wasn't cracked part overnighted and another flatbed rented because they were down one. Avoid this company. Another vehicle hit my car ripped off the front bumper and fortunately they were honest enough to run it through their insurance, Allstate helped me coordinate the repairs with this shop. They were very communicative and straight forward and got the job done quickly and efficiently. No BS, no unnecessary loopholes, no tricks or deceptive business practices, they do an honest and terrific job. Took my car here after someone hit it from behind. They did a good job on the repair but I considered giving a 3 star because both times I had an appointment to show up at the office I still had to wait 30 minutes. Even with an appointment?! (once to get car assessed, and once to drop off and pick up rental) But at least the office and experience was well thought out. It wasn't a dirty mechanics office. So that's why they get 4 stars. They had a nice clean waiting area and a fridge with a big variety of free drinks and a coffee station. Bathrooms were clean. It was nice to have the rental company in the same office as the repair, so I didn't need to make 2 stops. I may give them another try - they just need to honor their appt commitments. ‍ read more

Unsafe repairs! There is a big reason not to go here. They have multiple locations all around and they are NOT independent from the insurance companies. My 85yr old mother was sent here after she hit a deep pothole with enough force to bend her strut and control arm. They didn't know we already had it checked out before going to 3D Auto Body. They called her to say the car was realigned and ready to go. I called and asked about the dent and scratch in the wheel as well as the bent strut and they said the wheel was like that from hitting a curb and the car aligned fine. We came to pick up the car and a big argument ensued where they were pretty much calling my mother and me liars when we told them the wheel wasn't damaged until the pothole that night. We left and took it to the closest shop where the owner just happened to be a former accident investigator for the State Police. He not only affirmed that the wheel scratches indicated up and down striations indicative of a drop into a pothole. He also found a bent control arm, a bent strut and a damaged bushing. They were going to send an 85yr old woman out on the road in an unsafe vehicle. Don't go here if you value honesty. They are sneaky until caught and then they are nasty. read more

Anything having to do with getting your car repaired can be stressful. 3D Auto Body does a great job at putting your mind at ease from the moment you walk in the door. There's a tv, coffee, drinks, and places to relax while waiting for service or your car. Friendly customer service, good communication with my insurance company, and the ease of getting a rental car (there is an Enterprise desk inside the the center) makes this shop a top place to get your car repaired. My car came out shiny, looking like new. The damage was completely repaired, and the repainting of the new parts was perfect. It should be noted and the only reason 3D Auto Body is getting 4, not 5 stars is that they forgot to put the stuff I had in my trunk, including my spare tire, back in. I only noticed incidentally a couple days later, and they were luckily able to find it when I called. Otherwise, this was a great experience during a stressful time. State Farm sent us here to get my car fix from when someone hit it. They called and said it was done. When we got there to check it over you could see that the work was not done right. They zip tied my bumper on instead of putting the correct bolts on it. When my husband told them that he would not take the car they said ok and they would fix it. When I asked them why they did it they just said we did not have the correct part. After fixing the zip tie problem they bring me the car and they did not put all the volts in so we has to bring it back again for them and a broken part under the hood. The process of having my car basically held hostage is very stressful. The automated text messages stating my car would be done by a desired date stop as the date surpassed. No updates were giving until I called and the excuse of ordering more parts were given to not being done by the estimated date. There is no point to have my car in the shop if the parts were not readily available at the shop. This shop was recommended by my insurance but I will no longer do business with them when my car is finally finished. I came to 3D Body Works on a recommendation from a coworker with body damage from a fallen tree branch. I had an estimate from another local shop - a very high estimate - and wanted another one just in case. I was asked to wait ten minutes while they buffed out what damage they could so they could give me a proper estimate of the real work that would need to be done. After ten minutes, I was called out and to my amazement, they had buffed out ALL of the damage. Even the guy was surprised it all came out. He charged me nothing for ten minutes of his time and left me in tears - happy tears! - that I didn't have to pay the huge amount I thought I would need to. I will undoubtedly be returning to these honest guys if I have an issue in the future. read more

I brought my nearly brand-new car here for repairs after a recommendation from the insurance company. They did a fantastic job repairing it. I was updated at every stage, and they ended up towing my car to another location so the repair could be done faster. What really impressed me was that they took the time to put things like the phone charger that I had forgotten in the center console. BEWARE. They'll try to hold your car hostage! Made an appointment for an inspection/estimate since this is "a select service site" for the insurance company covering the damage from an auto accident. When I arrived, Greg said he "will not take the bumper off to see what damage was done and what parts would be needed at this time because they were short-staffed and I'd have to come back for another appointment." Why did we make an inspection appointment if they weren't going to inspect it? Greg then said "at the next appointment they would then take the bumper off, check the damages and KEEP my car while they waited for parts to be delivered." Even though it was drive-able, they would not put the bumper back on and let me take it until they got the parts. He could not guarantee how long that would be. He also said it shouldn't matter since the insurance company was going to pay for a rental. So basically, he was going to keep my car as hostage! He took pictures of the outward damage saying he would write up an estimate, which I never received. When I explained all of this to the insurance company, they refused to pay for the rental while the car was at their location awaiting parts. I told the insurance co I didn't want to leave my car, which is still drive-able, at their place while waiting for parts because they could damage it further or something else could happen to it, so they canceled my appointment. Greg never followed up to find out what happened. I took it to another INDEPENDENT shop the next day and got a full estimate that day! BEWARE! read more

I was sent here by Geico after being hit in the front left tire by someone making an illegal lane change. Work took five days longer than initially quoted to me but that was fine, as I had a rental. What is not fine is that after I went to pick up the car I noticed the damage was repaired, but there is a NEW large scratch on the hood. I noticed this the second I walked up to the car and immediately notified the insurance agent. She looked it at as well and agreed it was not there when she did the thorough intake assessment (with photos) upon drop off. After speaking to the manager of the body shop I was informed the damage was there before, and shown a photo of the car hood with the scratch on it. After being told several times how 'honest' they were while refusing to acknowledge the damage or fix it, I attempted to leave. However, I could not leave because the car wouldn't even start (it's 2 years old). So I again complained and they jump started it with no explanation or apology and sent me on the way with my freshly repaired and also freshly scratched car. Not two blocks away I realized the car is still not properly aligned. I would NOT take my car here again under any circumstances. If the insurance company recommends them, ask for an alternate. read more
