I gave one star because you have to in order to post. This is a zero star review. 3G Azuara is a low integrity shop. Saul and his team of workers are deceptive. I had my vehicle towed there due to a battery failure. I asked them to assess for other needs. They came back with a quote hundreds of dollars more than other places are now telling me but the worst is that they tried to give only a 3 month warranty on new parts and labor. Parts that typically come with a 12-24 month manufacturer's warranty. They want to proudly display a piece of paper on the office wall citing they are a minority owned business but they are predatory. I wasted an entire day and money on having my vehicle towed to them plus the $80 for diagnostics because they are a auto repair business that lied to me when I questioned them about offering a 3 month warranty. The receptionist said she was told to tell me that 'IL state law allows them to reduce warranty' . A place like this has no business operating in any of the 50 contingent states as FEDERAL LAW does not allow a repair shop to modify the manufacturer's warranty. Under the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, which applies in all 50 states including Illinois, a manufacturer cannot void or reduce their parts warranty simply because an independent shop (rather than a dealership) performed the installation. This is a federal consumer protection law and it is very clear on this point. Unfortunately for them they documented this revised warranty on the invoice emailed to me and even getting the invoice was a trial. The receptionist tried to have me 'come in to get it' but I refused as I had already been there to talk with the mechanic when my vehicle was dropped off. I insisted the it be emailed and it eventually was. Don't waste your time with these predators. No one has time for games and scams. I would never trust my vehicle repair to them and hope they are not preying on the surrounding community and college population in the area. Just disgusting. read more

I was in serious trouble with my car the head mechanic there was knowledgeable and honest. I had some serious front end suspension work and light transmission work needed for my 2016 Nissan Maxima. Not only did they do an exceptional job they did it honest. Most places you goto will guess at what the issue is not this shop they searched for the issue until it was sought out. The price for this work wasn't cheap but it wasn't dealership price it was properly priced for the quality of service and work they do. You pay good decent price for quality service. You truly get what you pay for out here folks. I recommend them to anyone, if they can't do something they know who can. read more

I had recent tire trouble and was in need of a used rim and tire replacement. I called a number of places and either heard we don't have or you must order new. I stumbled upon this spot taking my son to school. Eli (not sure u spelled correctly) took my wheel information and contact and within minutes had a response. He provided options and a price quote over the phone. Once I arrived the service was quality and easy. He even explained next steps to preserve the new wheel and any possible nuisances I might notice with replacement of a non-original rim. Went here after someone stole our catalytic converter. We called ahead, got quoted 2-digits for the estimate, immediately got diagnosed (with the mechanic taking a picture of the underside of the car to show us that it was missing) and got it replaced in a few hours for several hundred dollars. Overall a very smooth experience and a fair price given the same-day service. Highly recommend! read more

I've been here a couple times to have tires fixed and it was easy. This time I had a brake caliper fail me and I went to see if they could fix it (they are really close) They asked me to get the parts, I came back the next morning with parts and they replaced a caliper and 2 rotors within 2 hours for reasonable $$ read more

I needed two new front tires since my car was in the shop and they couldn't order tires until Monday (it was a Saturday!!!) And everyone knows how difficult it is to get car work done on the weekends! I called them at 9am, was there by 9:15am and was out by 10am. These guys are absolutely fantastic. I pulled in because I had a suspected flat tire. The guy came out checked all four tires with his gauges and determined it was just a low air pressure. He didn't charge me a dime. I can't thank him enough and that's why am writing this nice review. I will definitely be going back there. read more

These guys are awesome! I stumbled upon them by yelp and referred them to my buddy. He said they fixed his van on a Saturday literally in 3 hours. He couldn't pass the emissions test. Midas and 2 other big box were charging over $400 dollars for the same repair they did for $250... and I repeat in less than 3 hours!!! This place is a hidden gem.
