High quality to price ratio. Byan is professional and efficient. He was able to demo, haul and sweep a 120 sqft full kitchen with appliances, a bathroom tub, a 20ft weelchair ramp and 60ft of decorative cast iron fence set in a cmu block wall in roughly 3 hours. DO NOT HIRE BRYAN!!! He had quoted me for a donation pick-up about 3 weeks in advanced. About 3 days before I wanted to just double-confirm, so I tried to call the number he gave me and it wasn't a working number. So I called the number on the Yelp and got an answering machine, but still 2 days later no response. So I emailed him through Yelp, and he finally responded that the date and time was good but that he didn't have the address, even though the address was provided in order to get the quote. I felt uneasy since he wasn't being responsive, but I tried to let it go since he had 5 star reviews on Yelp. The donation pick-up was at my parents house, so he was supposed to meet with my Dad. I asked him to call my dad 1-2 hours before he would arrive and he agreed. He was supposed to show up between 1-2pm, and by 2pm he was not there and called my Dad to let him know that his truck broke down so he was trying to find another one. Another hour passed by and no update. So my Dad called him on this number he called from (which wasn't the number he gave me or the number on Yelp) asking if he was still going to be able to come because my Dad had other plans later in that day and was sitting around waiting for him, so he was a bit irritated. Bryan got pissed at my Dad and said "I don't like the way you're talking to me, I'm already give you a really cheap rate." That was ridiculous because Bryan quoted me that price and I did NOT negotiate it at all. I didn't ask him to come down even $1, that's the price he gave me. He was super rude to my Dad and never ended up coming as scheduled. AVOID this guy like the plague. He is unprofessional, unreliable, disrespectful, and rude. I gave him a 3 stars because not only did he charge me more from our initial price we got from him but my husband and bro-in-law helped him throw all the junk in his u-haul that was almost completely full with other peoples garbage. My husband and bro-in-law struggled to make the last piece of furniture fit and they had to re-arranged junk just to make it fit in the truck. After all that struggle he still charged us more because we "added two piece of furniture" i don't understand how you charge a customer more after my family helped you do your job?
