Jose did a great job for me. He's reliable and really gives you his best. I was looking to revamp my yard, which was boring and lacked personality. Although it was a relatively small job, he added lots of color and made my plants and trees so much healthier, by killing a blight that had infected my roses. He added an underground watering system for some of my plants. He didn't give up until I was happy. I know the before/after looks jarring, but what you don't realize in the before is the tree was growing in my neighbors yard, it had previously been cut poorly by another tree company so the branches were growing erratically, and one of the bottom branches was unevenly balanced. Our ficus tree needed a huge trimming and Flawless Tree Care did such a great job I have before and after pictures. He ended up giving us a discount on the price and giving us extra tree trimming work. Attention to detail was great they brought saw horses and thick plywood that covered my plants in pots nearby and so on the branches fell down they landed on these large planks protecting the pots. Jose, and his team of tree trimmers, did a wonderful job on our house. Jose came out and provided the estimate, we agreed on a fair price, and the work was done on the date requested. Foreperson walked the job when they arrived, and we reviewed the work to be done. We had 4 or 5 workers, who manually climbed trees and cut. As they cut, their team asked good questions about how we wanted the work done. They seemed very knowledgeable about trees, and made recommendations based on the type of tree, and what would be best for cutting that species. For example, we wanted to some light and sky, but at same time, I wanted to cut in a way that would limit the next trimming for a period of 2 to 3 years. The crew was curious, and nice. They removed the branches and leaves, and cleaned up. Hauled away to the dump. My only suggestion to Jose is to pick up a very good mulching machine so that the leaves and branches cut be cut up and delivered to something like "Chip Drop". That would save Jose some money, place more tree debris back into the earth, and reduce the amount of landfill cost. Chip Drop is a free service for tree trimmers and people wanting free debris to take the mulch for their yards, etc. I will use Jose, and Flawless tree service again. read more
