I have been avoiding big box stores and this is a locally-owned shop. It can be a bit overwhelming to walk in and see so many options - especially because this is my first time buying my own ceiling fan - but the employees make time to discuss your room sizes, style preferences, aesthetics, price points, all of it. They have options for EVERY style and budget right there in the store... as well as a table of thick books with thousands more options. I landed on some high-end fans, which feels worth it to me because I don't foresee wanting to switch these up for many years (if ever). They are Minka-Aire stainless steel fans with lights, very modern looking and high-quality. I was educated a bit as well, and these are meant to run continuously, meaning my home will get the fresh-air feeling year-round! I paid for the fans after I ordered them, and then they scheduled installation for just two weeks later - the installer showed up a little bit early (which I loved) and got five fans installed in exactly two hours, which was the window they'd provided me. He set up a table and assembled the fans in the home, and mentioned these particular fans happen to have more parts than most so they took a little more time to assemble. He left no trace, taking out the boxes and everything, leaving not a stitch of dust or debris anywhere. He also mounted the remote control holders to the wall, next to my light switches (at my request) so they don't get lost. I am so thrilled with this experience!

In less than 24 hours we went from having a broken fan to having a new perfectly functioning fan. Patrick was the installer and was quick and thorough. We have one fan on back order (we ended up buying three to match since only two were in stock). Chris sent over Patrick to install the two they had available so we would have them by the time our guests come by. We are hopeful that the third fan will come in soon but so far we have nothing but good things to say about them.

I had no hot water because my hot water tank wasn't getting any power. Christian not only answered the phone promptly and had a very good rate, but he was also able to come by that same evening to get my situation resolved so that I didn't have to take anymore cold showers. Douglas is honest, budget (your budget) minded so he is fair, and his is fully licensed and bonded in Arizona from California; so you know that he knows what he is doing. Douglas knows code and is very professional. Douglas generally works with 1-2 helpers, one of which is extremely knowledgable and trustworthy as he is on his way towards a license of his own. You can fully trust him should Douglas need to slip away for a short time. The other is in the process of learning under two very good and knowledgeable mentors. Douglas Wright Electric, recently installed a garage sub-panel and both 115V and 230V 20A ceiling twist-lock receptacles dedicated to my woodworking machinery. All work was fully permitted and inspected by the city, Douglas Wright Electric is now finishing up the electrical for a Mini-Split (HVAC) system for my garage so I can work comfortably during the summer; I have a licensed HVAC guy installing the actual Mini-split unit. But after that is done, I already have Douglas Wright Electric slated for some inside the house electrical re-wiring work to fix a screw-up by the original home builder. I now can't imagine calling anyone else now than Douglas Wright Electric. Professional, knowledgeable, fair, and a great guy as are his helpers. And they won't leave a mess. Integrety defines their buisiness and work. Don't mess around with a company who will send someone out to your home from a pool of non-licensed, questionably trained/knowledgable who are working under someone else's license while calling themselves an electrician. You likely will be getting someone at an apprentice or at best journeyman level (which Arizona does not recognize) without supervision by a fully licensed electrician who may never even stop by the check their work.

Todd and Brian rapidly diagnosed problems found in my breaker box and sub panel, answered my questions, explained the issues in a way that I found easy to under. Then I showed them the rest of the mess made by the GC I fired and again "no problem". Then they walked me through the work, to confirm what I wanted done, and recommended some much needed maintenance on some old breakers, which I was happy to get done, and then they gave me a quote. I hired them on the spot. On the scheduled date and time, they showed up and got to work. While they worked, they discovered a number of additional issues, and took care of them all. They discovered a brand new motion detector installed by my GC was wired wrong and was actually fried (my GC tried to tell me was completed work despite the fact that it never worked). The good news is: Todd and Brian finished all of the work on time, including the extra work. They were a pleasure to chat with and work through decisions, throughout the entire process. They were great even at the little things like: - letting us know before they turned the power off - recommending which appliances to turn off first - letting us know before they brought the power back on. - letting us know before they left for lunch, which doors they locked, and when they expected to return. ...this is just good customer service. When all of the work was done, they walked me through everything I asked for, showed everything they fixed or replaced, or installed and they even tripled checked some lines that went to my pool equipment that turned out to be extra. In my humble opinion, they went above and beyond in every way. Every problem I asked them to fix, got fixed. Every installation was exactly how they told me it would be during the estimate. And the work areas were clean (no snipped wires left all over the place, etc.). To me, having just gone through a nightmare scenario?
