I had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish, and cannot recommend this business enough! I went into this store two weeks ago looking for ceiling fans for my new build home. I have been avoiding big box stores and this is a locally-owned shop. It can be a bit overwhelming to walk in and see so many options - especially because this is my first time buying my own ceiling fan - but the employees make time to discuss your room sizes, style preferences, aesthetics, price points, all of it. They have options for EVERY style and budget right there in the store... as well as a table of thick books with thousands more options. I landed on some high-end fans, which feels worth it to me because I don't foresee wanting to switch these up for many years (if ever). They are Minka-Aire stainless steel fans with lights, very modern looking and high-quality. I was educated a bit as well, and these are meant to run continuously, meaning my home will get the fresh-air feeling year-round! I paid for the fans after I ordered them, and then they scheduled installation for just two weeks later - the installer showed up a little bit early (which I loved) and got five fans installed in exactly two hours, which was the window they'd provided me. He set up a table and assembled the fans in the home, and mentioned these particular fans happen to have more parts than most so they took a little more time to assemble. He left no trace, taking out the boxes and everything, leaving not a stitch of dust or debris anywhere. One of our fans broke last night and had been improperly installed, which was especially pressing because we're having a late housewarming this weekend. We ended up coming by Arizona Fans & Blinds and we had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Chris. He was very patient, answered all of our questions, and he ended up knocking down the price with a multi-fan discount (and free installation). In less than 24 hours we went from having a broken fan to having a new perfectly functioning fan. Patrick was the installer and was quick and thorough. We have one fan on back order (we ended up buying three to match since only two were in stock). Chris sent over Patrick to install the two they had available so we would have them by the time our guests come by. We are hopeful that the third fan will come in soon but so far we have nothing but good things to say about them. read more

Two of the previously installed fans failed and even though the fans had a lifetime warranty, the previous owner simply would NOT take care of my warranty request. After the business sold to Chris, I called again, and this time was greeted with excellent customer service. Even though these fans were over 8 years old, I was treated as a new customer and Chris was more than attentive to my needs. With regard to installation, Patrick arrived on time and was very professional with great attention to detail. His work was clean and efficient, and even included some explanations related to fan operation and features. BE AWARE, if this company is unable to provide the product you purchased from them they will NOT refund you all your money you paid them, even if you NEVER see the product!! The owner will not refund you any tax that YOU paid on purchases, will charge you for restocking something you did not order and will charge you for any work done during the free installation. Upon walking in the store I was overwhelmed. Fans were everywhere!!!! I was greeted as walked to the back of the store. I was giving a tour and and educated on the types of fans and equipment. After about 30 min I had most of my fans picked out. Schedules installation for a week later. It was a very easy process & all my questions were answered. I will follow up once installation takes place Installation went great the installer was very friendly very professional we conversed. He was from Michigan so we have some things in common. Altogether it took about an hour and a half to install five new fans. I was orientated to the remotes explained my warrantee it was great. my only concern is And it continues to be a concern is that I requested a patio fan that was supposed to be ordered and it's been 2 1/2 maybe three weeks and I haven't heard anything about Fan number six. Just a little disappointed in that follow up therefore I'm dropping down From a five star to a four star. Other than that I have no other concerns or complaints. We purchased a home about a year ago and resolved on move-in day to replace the incredibly ugly, brown, heavy, outdated, metal chandeliers and ceiling light fixtures. It took us about a year to get around to doing so and by then our main concern was where can we purchase a fan from a place where we can physically see it first and have it installed. We found out about AZ Fans & Blinds via a mailbox flyer and decided to give them a try. We went in and were out within 20 mins after purchasing two ceiling fans with install at a reasonable price (which is rarer these days)...it was that easy, fast and personable. They were great at loft but once they got there money and where done they wanted nothing to do with us. No showed twice to fix a problem

Take note, if you have any issues with the fans you buy from here you will get the run around on any type of service / repair after the purchase. We have purchased 4 or 5 fans here. One of the fan motors in one of the Hunter fans stopped working. The following took place over a period of almost 3 months. Keep in mind the store was open and operating the entire time no the Covid issues do not apply as far as the customer service and complete lack of recording keeping of orders. 1. Called about the fan not working and they said they would send someone out to fix the motor as it is still under warranty. 2. It was not the moter and hunter no longer carried the fan so we would recieve a credit towards a new fan. 3. Went into the store to order a replacement fan. Was told to expect the fan in 10 days. 4. Called last week. Was given a date and time for install. 4. To make things easier we went into the store two days before the install date and paid in full for the new fan. 5. Installer was 45 minutes late (no call) so we called the store. Was told that the fan that we saw in stock on Monday was another customers and they had no record of us ordering a fan. 6. Was told we would receive a call today about the replacement. 7. No call yet today so since it getting close to closing time for the store I called and smoke to the manager. He stated that they did not have the fan and it would not be available until next week. I don't believe the fan was ever ordered due to the saleman saying he had no record of the order last week. Not once has anyone apologized to my wife or I. They seem to have a "take it or leave it" attitude. My wife and I have sent many customers to this store over the past 2 years. We always try and support local businesses over big box stores when possible. The terrible customer service we have received over this fan replacement is ridiculous. We will now be purchasing our replacement fan from somewhere else as we can't trust this store to honor the warranty on anything they sell in a timley manner (if at all). read more

I purchased 3 fans from Clark about a month ago. There was definitely no pressure to purchase anything that day. For the fans I selected, I even had the option to have him install the fan speed controls at my wall switch or use the remote, with no additional charge for parts or installation. On install day, his guy showed up at 9am sharp, installed all 3 fans, and was outta there. Though Clark's fans were a bit higher in price, when I add on the install charge and headache to find someone else to put them in, it would have cost me much more.
