In the process, they ruined the ceiling of my outside patio by using nails that punctured the whole ceiling leaving pock marks all over the surface. To fix the issue caused by Silver Creek roofers, Colten Husband, owner of Silver Creek, had his crew install INTERIOR paneling on my OUTSIDE patio ceiling to cover the nail holes. Interior materials are clearly intended for INSIDE and not OUTSIDE use especially in severe climates like Texas. Naturally, the materials started falling apart quickly after installation. We asked Colten to fix the issue several times and he refused. We have had three contractors come to review the work and all of the gasped at the poor work Silver Creek did to our patio including using interior materials on an outdoor patio as well as the poor installation. Due to Silver Creek's error ruining my patio ceiling, we are forced to fix the damages they caused. Beware of companies that don't stand behind their work.

We wanted a metal roof to replace our shingles and we worked with him to select the right color and specs. I will tell you that Colten honored every commitment he made. If we we wanted something adjusted, or changed, he made it happen without any hesitation. I can tell you that there are more SCEC signs in our neighborhood than any other roofer, so that in and of itself should tell you something. The person who grave the quote was prompt, efficient and professional. Quote itself was a bit of sticker shock. But I guess that's the going rate now days. I sat on the quote for a few days because I was sticker shocked. But after a few days decide just to go with it because I wanted to get it done. I gave them a call to schedule the work and did a down payment over the phone. Person came out on when they said they would and completed the work. Did a good job and at least I know the work is done right. IE - no more leaks. Minus a star for the price. But piece of mind is worth it.

They quoted a price - which came very close to what the insurance company was willing to pay (Roof Joker & insurance company did NOT work together to determine the cost of the repair). We now have an upgraded roof (above the builder grade). It took them two days to repair to roof - and they cleaned up rather well. BTW - they do not send out "agents" knocking on doors to drum up business - their reputation brings them the business. Their crew are long time workers for Roof Joker and not from Lowe's or Home Depot parking lots.
