We got many referrals, several quotes and decided on Edgar to come fix the many holes in the ceilings and walls throughout our home. They were from more recent electrical and plumbing work and also a huge older poorly finished repair to the living room ceiling. The estimates were roughly the same (well, one was way less so we figured we had not explained all the work that we needed clearly), but Edgar stood out because he said when he could start and listed his estimate in detail (he had taken notes during the walk-through on what was being done where, paint type, texture, ...) and that he took his shoes off in the house when we were showing him all the fixes that we needed. Edgar seemed pleasant, very upbeat and eager to do a great job. Edgar kept us updated on the schedule for the week, each day and of any potential delays. It was, in total, a three day job, plus one day off for the drywall mud to dry out. The first two days were early (7:30am) until about early afternoon. The final day was a longer day of preparing, priming and painting everything (7:45am until about 5pm). Each day he gave us updates on the status and cleaned up quite well. This was helpful as we work from home and have senior dogs so we need to plan and not have a complete mess. (One of our previous drywall contractors textured things far above and beyond the target wall - other walls, ceiling and pictures...) He took his shoes off inside the house when the floors were not protected by paper or plastic. The end result is absolutely fantastic! It is like we live in a fancy new house! We just look at it all in awe that it was done so well, on-time and without any headaches. We will definitely be calling him when we need more work done and tell our friends/neighbors. Edgar and his assistant came in and prepped entire living room with protective plastic and papered flooring. They opened up the drywall on our vaulted ceiling, cleaned up after themselves. Then had Spring Valley Insulation Contractors come in add blown insulation to our ceilings. 4Seasons came back the following day prepped the area again, patched and sealed. Edgar and his team has been nothing short of stellar. I could not say enough good things about these guys! They have competitive pricing and were available on a tight deadline. Edgar was even willing and able to start sooner than he planned, SO grateful! They are coming in to skim coat over my concrete plaster popcorn that isn't scrape-able, then texture, prime, and paint. Today there was a water line disaster with an electrician, and the water damage set the 4 Seasons team back a day. I felt horrible but they were incredibly professional about it, even helped clean up the mess from the electrician, and were able to recommend me another electrician to come in and finish the work same-day.
