Restaurants usually deviate from where they started. Either they started off with horrible kinks that need to be worked through, whether it be service, the food, or quality v. quantity, or they start off great and get too confident and start to slack off in all respects. 4 Sisters is the rare gem that has done neither. Everything is as good as when they first opened. Food, service, prices. All good. I seriously go there about twice a week now. Even with the rise of minimum wage in the state, which led to their cost going up a bit, and therefore the price to customers inflating (but by quarters at the most), it's still worth every cent. I am greeted by name every time I enter. I recommend this place to everyone I can. Not just because it's a small local business that needs continued support from the community to keep going, but because it's just plain fantastic. Words cannot describe the food. Truly a hidden gem. Better pho AND Vietnamese sandwiches than I have had in downtown Seattle (I don't know about you but I almost never find the best "X" - insert food item here - to be significantly OUTSIDE of the big city). Coming from downtown Seattle I almost felt guilty with how low the prices were and couldn't help but tip more than I do elsewhere. Incredibly flavorful and a great value. What a find! Lots of love coming from the kitchen. We went at 4:45 and they were already busy. They did a lot of takeout while there. The chicken wings were awesome! The best I have ever had. I had the rice noodle bowl with beef, shrimp and egg rolls. Lots of beef and it was flavored just right. My husband ordered the 4 sister special noodles. Made with homemade wide noodles. Best phò in the greater Kitsap area! The prices are so perfect! We had the shrimp spring rolls, which come with a lovely peanut sauce. Next we got the 4 sisters chicken wings which are very thai sweet chili sauced. Delicious! The kids got a fantastic beef yakisoba. The beef was so dag gone good. I would so eat it on my own if the phò wasn't so good! The chili trays on the tables are perfect and the condiments they serve with your phò are nice and fresh and ample. Enough that I had some leftover for my leftovers. I typically don't leave leftovers but the large size should be renamed Gigantic and for just $1.50 more to upgrade from small (not small at all) its a fantastic deal. I don't recommend the Vietnamese coffee, thats my only gripe. It was tooooooo strong! Not what I'm used to but maybe I just don't know what I should expect. Let me know about that if you have better insight. My kids got the bubble tea and they loved it. Will return at the very least, weekly. I love this place. read more

Such a local favorite. Great for takeout. Noodles, especially Singapore, are excellent!

Their vermicelli salad with egg roll and pork is so good. The fresh spring roll has a crunchy surprise in the center. Love them! It's the little things that make good food great. The staff has always been professional and attentive. They also worked hard to adapt to the ongoing pandemic with the drive through pick up. Love this place! read more

Here during their "Grand Opening" time. I guess they're doing well because it was packed (it's also 40 degrees out though..). Good thing. Silverdale needs a legitimate Pho restaurant and this is on point. The Pho broth was very good- not toospicy and tasted fresh with cilantro and spring onions. We liked the Egg Rolls and Thai Tea too. Bonus for the free banana egg rolls at the end of the meal. Service was very good and the young lady that was helping us was very apologetic during the rush. A very good start for the business and we will be back to try more of the menu soon. read more

First time visit, it did not disappoint. Dark rainy day, and some Pho was needed. Hubby and I had some business at the DMV, and this was very close. We opted to share a bowl of their spicy noodle soup (more than enough for 2, and an order of Spring Rolls and their spicy chicken wings. OMG, this is some of the best food yet that I've had since moving to the area over a month ago. We moved from the SF Bay Area. The wings were some of the best I've ever had! Super crunchy with a combination of peppers and garlic tossed in a slightly sweet sauce. If you order anything, be sure to get the wings. The Spring Rolls were fresh...and little heavy on the vermicelli noodle. Peanut sauce served with them was very good, but I added some chili sauce to mix in. The soup was spicy, but not overly so. The broth was nice and had a good rich flavor to it. We complimented our meal with some delicious Thai Tea. It was very good, not to sweet the way I like it. BTW, you can also get some Boba here in various flavors if you like . The service was also good and attentive. The two young men were very friendly and provided excellent recommendations when we ordered. Due to the generous servings, we brought some food home. We will definitely be back another time to try more of their delicious food! read more

Ugh. Seriously?! There's bomb Vietnamese food in BREMERTON?! Fellow Viet here and I've been so lucky with finding delicious and authentic Viet food on the road while traveling for work. My dad got the special fried rice and I got the Banh Mi with egg and cha (kinda like Viet spam...I forgot what the actual English term is lol) Lemme tell you the biggest gripe I USUALLY have with fried rice dishes: the rice is usually too soggy, the dish is too oily, and there's either no flavor or too much. BUT THIS ONE WAS PERFECT. My dad and I were so amazed. The rice was perfect, no oil seen, the onions and seasoning were fire AND they have LEMONGRASS in it. Wow wow wowwwww. that was the one ingredient that really set it apart. It was so good that I had to order another to-go for my husband (we're driving 3 hrs home but that doesn't even matter) The Banh mi was exactly what I was looking for. Perfectly flavorful, the egg and Cha were cooked perfectly and my extra cucumbers made it primo. The BREAD was slightly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside - literally perfection. I'm so sad I have to leave this place...now I won't be too bummed if I gotta Work in Bremerton again. Y'all really reallyyyyy need to check this place out. Service was also excellent!! While I give 2 thumbs up for the taste and quality of the food served at Four Sisters, I am VERY Critical of the managers of this eatery. We patronized this restaurant earlier today, and they had the air conditioner turned on instead of the furnace. It was ICE-COLD in the seating area. The temperature outside was in mid-30s, and it wasn't much warmer inside! And what's worse, they tried to seat us (party of 7) at a table with a strong blast of cold air blowing out of the air vent. HEY MANAGER: IT'S MID-JANUARY!!!! If you don't know that your furnace isn't working by now, you need to go do something else more akin to your skillset- like picking up cigarette butts in the parking lot! Pull your heads out of your rear-ends and get your furnace fixed or invest in some space heaters! read more

Not a fan of this place. I was craving Vietnamese food and decided to eat here after reading their pretty good reviews. I was highly disappointed in the food. 1. The spring roll was BLAND 2. The Bahn Mi was ok up until I bit into the sandwich and ate something extremely bitter. It was so bitter it ruined my appetite and I didn't eat the other half of the sandwich. When the server asked me about it i told her and she took it away yet never took it off my bill. 3. My boyfriend ordered a dish and the chicken was all fat. Not sure if i just came on a bad day or if people here in Bremerton writing good reviews on here have never tasted authentic Vietnamese cuisine before but either way I won't be coming back to waste my money. read more

Upon arrival I noticed how clean the place! Very friendly and attentive, the PHO is very good, lots of deep flavor and just the correct amount of noodles. Be warned- the portions are big, I was taken a bit just because it was my first time and I am sitting all alone wondering if I can eat all of this by myself. First time here and I was very impressed with the pho. Their spring rolls were good, too. Best vietnamese in Bremerton. The waitstaff are like family and food is on point. My faves: Bún bò Hu - So savory with more complex flavors than pho. Must try at least once. A little spicy. Runs out fast. Chicken Wings Appetizer - Sweet, crunchy and zesty. Slightly breaded and smothered with a glaze, cilantro, garlic and crushed peanuts. I get this with rice as a meal. My family has been visiting 4 Sisters, a family-run pho and Asian restaurant, for since they opened. The sisters are lovely, and the food is fresh. Although, I am now mostly a vegetarian, I have enjoyed the egg rolls, cheese and crab fried wontons, chicken pho, and vegetable pho. They also serve Bahn mi sandwiches and noodle dishes like Phad Thai and yakisoba. Servings are massive. Be forewarned there is a small amount of parking. The strip mall is off a busy highway. They're relatively new - so I can only grade them on their Bahn Mi. Their tofu Bahn Mi is really good. My family loves their meat Bahn Mi. I wish they would offer a veggie broth for their tofu and veggie Pho. They don't. If you're a vegetarian looking for a nice warm bowl of veggie pho - don't come here. :( read more

The good: this is some of the BEST food and service I've had at any restaurant ever. The sisters and staff and fun and friendly and truly care about their customers and food. And oh man the food. Obviously the Bhan Mi's are a killer deal, but their menu is so much fun to explore, I suggest the noodle special and Vietnamese coffee. The bad: what is going on with your lighting? Awful white lights blind you and soak up any hope of ambiance, turning the food into something more medical than edible looking. The colors don't even match. Give us some nice low, warm, even lighting. Also, the recent addition of uniforms really cheapens the look of the staff, boarding on tacky. You're a restaurant, not a fast food joint. Ditch the polos. I will change this to 5 stars once they change the lighting. Bulbs are cheap, go get em. read more

I love Pho! I've loved Pho since Vietnamese refugees brought it into my house as a kid in the 70s. And good Pho is really hard to come by. You wouldn't think a soup so basic and simple would be so hard, but you're wrong. This is a challenging dish to cook, and a restaurant that gets it right is a treasure. 4 Sisters get it right. They are also rocking the Bun Thit Nuong Cha Gio, which is another of my faves. They do a decent Banh Mi too. The great thing about this is they're right across the street from the Fred Meyer. Go do your shopping then hit 4 Sisters for Pho. Awesome. That huge fish tank alone is a great reason to come here, but the food... THE FOOD! O... M... G... THE GOOD FOOD! Please drop everything and patronize this place! Load them down with money so they stay in business. I don't want to lose this awesome Pho noodle shop! They are incredible.
