First time here and loved it. We were seated promptly and given menus and beverages. We ordered the fresh shrimp spring rolls, all the ingredients were indeed fresh and tasty. I had the Chicken Pad Thai, it was made with rice noodles and had a bit more onion in it than I like, the sauce was nice though. My husband had a Chicken and Shrimp Rice Plate- Boneless chicken breast and shrimp, marinated and grilled served with white rice and an egg roll. I've considered myself a connoisseur of phine pho. I've been to every pho restaurant in kitsap county and to a dozen in Seattle proper. All in all, I'd say about 30. When I judge the pho, I pay particular attention to the broth, the noodles, and the quality of ingredients. Sisters hit every point in high marks. The broth is deep and warm in the healing sense. Not too sweet, lots of flavor. The noodles are tender and not slick/plasticky. The quality of ingredients are fantastic. Roast beef is nice and raw, red and eager for that fresh cook in the hot broth. The optional additions are crisp and fresh, waiting to join the party. Lots of pho noodles for even a small! Really nice service and the soup base is pretty good here. The prices were great, not to mention the service and the pho hit the spot for a chilly evening! I would certainly recommend the pho from this place and especially in this area since it can be a hit or miss. The pho came with the usual basil, bean sprouts, jalepenos and veggies. VERY VERY VERY good. It's quick, fresh and yummy. So good, in fact, we cane the first time on a Friday night and same back the next day for lunch. (Crazy, right?) Well, the first time we had soup and a sandwich and they were excellent. All around us the food looked really good. (Yeah, I'm one of those who looks, and sometimes asks what others are eating.) The noodles looked especially good, but we resisted. The next day we ordered the special soup and BBQ pork sandwich and it was good, but not really as fantastic as the Chicken Pho and the regular pork sandwich. Prices are reasonable. Portions are large. Place looks clean. And the people are really friendly. I am looking forward to trying more stuff--especially the noodles:) read more

Portions are getting smaller & was missing items. When I called to inquire about a refund foe the missing items of meatballs for $8.00, "owner Min" said he was unsure he wanted to appeal to my request". A proper answer for this young man in 20's would have been, " I apologizes and will certainly refund the missing items. The quality of what once was is going downhill. read more

I eat a lot of Vietnamese food. I live in Seattle and have lots of options when it comes to Asian food. I come to Bremerton 5-10 times a year to see family and we are always bummed about the lack of solid Asian restaurants on this side of the sound. 4 sisters has fixed this issue big time! I got the house special spicy stew, the pork ban mi, and the chicken and shrimp vermicelli bowl. All of these items where great. The baguette was fresh and all of the ingredients are high quality. Even the noodles were excellent which many restaurants cut corners on. The seasoning was on point and the broth was rich and oily. Keep it up 4 sisters! Don't let ignorant kitsap county assholes pull you down! Let the fish sauce fly! read more

The most legit pho and banh mi! The pho broth is flavorful, hot, hits the spot on a cold dreary day. They give you a good amount of everything from meat to veggies to noodles. Also got a pork banh mi on the side. I like to dip my banh mi in the left over broth (Italian dip style), don't waste that delicious soup. Due to covid they are only doing pick up. But it should be known you can't order inside the store. Call ahead and drive around back to their pickup window to pay and pickup. For military they give you a discount, if you are in uniform you get a slightly bigger discount. read more

Updated review: This is our favorite restaurant in Bremerton/Silverdale. If we eat out, 90% of the time we go here. Our only complaint is that it is closed on Sundays and that seems to be the day we most often want to eat out. I don't know if they changed their pho broth recipe or if I've become accustomed to it, but I really like it now. It's not the best pho broth I've ever had, but is always solid and delicious. Best spring rolls ever! I'd definitely recommend getting them with the grilled chicken. ---------- The service here is wonderful and the people that work there are extremely kind and truly dedicated to getting to know their regulars. Their summer rolls are probably the best I have ever tasted, particularly the grilled chicken. Bubble tea was very delicious. They are also very accommodating if you have any dietary restrictions. I ate their while doing the Whole 30 challenge and they were able to make me a vegetable and beef stir fry without noodles, with no extra charge. Portions here are quite large and prices are good. The tofu and veggie pho has a big variety of vegetables in it. Actually all of their dishes have a lot of vegetables, which is a big perk to me! The only con is that I am not a huge fan of the pho broth. It seems to lack depth of flavor. I think it needs a higher bone to broth ratio while cooking to give it more depth and savory aroma. Maybe more cardamom and coriander? Part of this is because I do not think they use MSG in their pho (which is a good thing, but changes the flavor profile compared to most restaurants). All in all, this place is really delicious and I would definitely recommend it. I just hope that the pho broth gains more depth and more of a savory profile as 4 Sisters evolves. read more

Great food, service was very helpful with my selection question and not as busy as it might seem. The restaurant was pleasingly clean thus endearing it to me from the moment I entered. The food is in my top ten, good portion sizes, nice diversity to the menu and fair pricing. My only wish is: That they would turn on their OPEN sign. Yes, from the road you can see that it may be open but no sign to confirm that we took a chance and were rewarded with Yumminess! This is a must try. I'm from out of state and was looking for a sit down lunch. Walked in and saw the wait to be seated sign and thought perfect. Younger guys at the counter said something after I walked in the door but I didn't hear what they said so I just smiled back at them assuming they had greeted me. Guess they assumed I was picking up food so I said oh no I'd like to order. Placed my order and when they didn't seat me like the sign said I asked "can I seat myself?" To which he said yeah. Couple minutes pass by and they bring my order out in to go containers. I was hoping to sit and enjoy it there but I just decided to get up and bring it back to my family's house I'm staying at. I had the brisket Pho. The broth was great but the brisket was just okay. The other parts like the noodles and veggies were fresh. I guess just take down the wait to be seated sign if that's not how service in your place is so people that aren't from here know that they won't receive sit down service unless they ask. Damn this place is good. I had the Pho, noodles, meat, veggies, so fresh. One of the best Pho's I've had, no really it is! Had the spring roll for an app, again very fresh, shrimp was very tasty and the addition of the fried wonton in the wrap, maybe it great my opinion. The person with me had the veggie stir fry, looked very good. Nice touch when they gave you the bill, they had little fried spring roll, with banana and cinnamon. Nice touch. Bahn Me is the best on Peninsula - so authentic. A lot of variety. Plan to try other items on menu. Popping Boba is really good too. Wish I knew they were here for past 2 years. Would have been regular. Been ordering out every other week. We also like 4 Sisters noodle special & Singapore noodles - ordered 2 times. It has a lot of lightly cooked veggies & great sauce. There are not a lot of good places to eat in Bremerton let me tell you, but this place is bombbb. Between my fiancé and I we ordered a Thai ice tea, iced Vietnamese coffee, small brisket and meatball pho, 2 spring rolls, and fried rice for about $30. Service is fast. Place is relatively clean. This place is decent for Bremerton. I usually frequent my go to pho place in Silverdale or across the bridge. But when I am not in the mood to drive all the way there, I will come here. Have tried many things here on the menu including pho, vermicelli dishes, and pad thai (do not get). Pad thai was disappointing in. Weird dark brown sauce that tasted too sour. I like mine more on the sweeter side. But that was my mistake to order pad thai at a Vietnamese place. The pho here is decent. It's not the best pho broth I have ever tasted, but its decent. I still have to add sriracha and hoisin sauce to make it tasty. I find that eating it on it's own without the condiments to be a bit bland. Portion size is huge! Love the vermicelli bowls and fresh spring rolls. Their bahn mi is also good. Would recommend!! read more

Every time I go here I have my favorites, but always find more awesome meals! Have not been disappointed yet. I order for pickup often, since my kids don't do well in restaurants. This was our second visit here. Both have been exceptionally good. This visit: I had a P1 large (large pho with steak). Their broth is very good not too salty and served piping hot. The steak is good quality and they are generous with their meat serving. The noodles were done perfectly and did not clump. My wife had a p6 (steak and meatball pho) she enjoyed here meal and commented on the good taste of the meatballs. My oldest child had the grilled chicken and white rice kids combo. His chicken was well done, very moist and tasty. My wife and son enjoyed a couple of the bubble drinks. Both (coconut and strawberry) were very good. But the coconut was the winner as it was the less intense taste. The strawberry was very sweet. But my son liked it. Egg rolls- I have been searching for these egg rolls for years. Stuffed with pork and noodles and a bit of carrot. They were crispy and delicious. Growing up my mom had a friend from Vietnam who would make egg rolls this way. It was like a taste of my childhood. Been driving by this place often and thought I'd give it a try. I'm new to the area but not to Pho soup. I walked in and saw someone eating the large and knew it was to big for me and believe me, I can eat. Ordered steak Pho, the small portion and couldn't finish it. It was huge, delicious flavors and above average portions. It arrived in minutes piping hot. Quiet dining area allowed me to enjoy in peace as I rarely eat out. Great service as well. I read Yelp reviews about how good this place is, and they were right. The service is efficient and friendly, the food is great, the prices are reasonable, and the portions are huge. After reading in several Yelp reviews how good the egg rolls were, I ordered a three-roll appetizer plate as soon as I sat down. I soon discovered that three of these egg rolls are too much for one person. Four Sisters' rolls are filled with noodles, vegetables, and absolutely packed with ground pork. These are the best spring rolls I have ever eaten, hands down! Those three spring rolls and a side salad would be an excellent protein-packed meal in itself. Before my spring rolls arrived, however, I asked the waitperson for entree advice, even though I was already pretty much decided on one of the noodle bowls (most of which, I soon discovered, already come with a spring roll). She suggested the pad Thai, which I hadn't seen on the menu. Normally, I consider this a guilty side dish: lots of flavor, but also lots of starch and very little protein. So I rarely order it when dining alone. However, the waitperson was so sure in her choice I deferred to her enthusiasm and ordered the pad Thai with chicken. Was she ever right. It was delicious! And, like the spring rolls, this pad Thai comes with plenty of protein: big strips of grilled chicken. This is no side dish; this is a meal. And the portion was huge. Although I ate all three spring rolls (deep fried food never does taste quite as good as leftovers), I was only able to eat a third of my pad Thai and had the leftovers for a delicious--and huge--lunch the next day. This place is a little out of my way from the Bremerton ferry on my way to Belfair, but it will be one of my go-to places in the future. read more

Spring rolls, noodle bowl (cabbage substituted in place of noodles with extra fish sauce for a low carb option per the Hawaiian waitress' suggestion, and it delivered!), Banh Mi, pho - you name it, it's good! Their name says "Pho" and yes, their Pho his very good (there are other good pho place nearby but overall this place is the best here). HOWEVER let me preach the gospel of Vietnamese fried rice. It is the best style of fried rice on this planet. And 4 Sisters does it the best of any place I've found in the PNW so far. And the serving size is enough to have it twice. Yes, there is great fried rice around here, but Chinese style. Vietnamese fried rice is inherently better and once you've tried 4 Sisters' combination fried rice you'll agree. Don't forget to drizzle hot chili oil on it as you're eating. Then finish your repast with their complimentary fried banana. read more

Been going for years, usually get the pad Thai or yakisoba, the bubble tea is amazing too (it's also one of the few places I've seen where they'll split a bubble tea in two so you can have two smaller drinks). I went so frequently one of the workers recognized my friends and I and always made sure to say hi when he saw us in the restaurant or in public.
