4 Sisters is our new favorite Pho place! We ordered 2 small bowls of the P7s with all of the meat. First of all, the broth had so much flavor, and was not watered down like some other places we have tried in Kitsap. Second, the small size was the perfect size with the perfect portion of meat compared to noodles. We feel bad for the other Pho restaurants we use to visit because 4 Sisters is our new go to. We usually get the 'Four sisters noodle special" or a curry chicken dish, love it. One time we accidentally ordered the wrong dish, and didn't notice until they brought us what we actually ordered. They were more than willing to take it back to the kitchen and make us what we thought we had ordered/really wanted. The only issue is parking. We've actually arrived in the evening, only to go somewhere else because we could literally not find any parking. But they are working on a drive thru, which will be helpful. read more

Banh Mi Thit Nuong is on point. Very generous with the delicious grilled pork and veggies. Fresh spring rolls were ok, could use some bean sprouts and mint. A friend told me about this new little restaurant...rather, she said that it had The. Best. Pho. Ever. My friend likes food. I like food. I decided to test her judgement. OK....The. Best. Pho. Ever!! The broth is amazing with a subtle swirl of spice that enhances rather than detracts with a very light, almost Japanese texture to it. My son had the yakisoba...I snagged a fork full--made me want more. Husband had the Phad Thai...I will have that next time. Simple basic decor, inexpensive pricing, warm and attentive service and really great food prepared with care and attention to detail as well as very fresh ingredients. We are obviously going back. Well normally this restaurant is a solid 4 but me and my family got seated in a booth, ordered our food, and a family of 6 walks in around 20 minutes later and sits at another booth. They order and get their food about 25 minutes later. We however were still waiting for the appetizers. It wasn't until an hour after we got there that we finally got our lukewarm food. The first time you go to a pho place, you have to have the pho. Kind of sets the tone for the rest of their menu. So, two orders of the pho dac biet (small, because I know me and I can't eat a large in one sitting; pho leftovers? Meh.) arrive, and I kind of internally questioned whether I had, in fact, ordered a small portion. Good sized chunks of the fiddly bits that I so enjoy lurked beneath the surface of this wonderful broth, and for once I didn't do too much doctoring aside from bumping the Scoville rating a bit. One thing that I would like to see is a little more variation with the ingredients available. Elsewhere, I've had quail eggs and such in my pho, but I can't seem to find that anywhere around here. It occurs to me that this might be a way to set themselves apart from the rest? I don't think I'm alone in wishing for some more exotic bits. Clearly very fresh ingredients, heavily impressed. So much so that we returned the next day to sample their bahn mi. I'll confess here that I'm sort of an addict when it comes to these, and I'm heartily glad to have more variation added to the mix. There's a lot you can do with these sandwiches, and everyone's are a little bit different. Here you have a good sized, filling, fresh $5 sandwich that will blow anything Subway has on offer right out of the water. I need to remember to ask for some nuoc mam next time, though; it's a really nice compliment to the flavors here. The place is clean and bright, the staff is very friendly and welcoming, and their fried bananas are out of this world! I look forward to ploughing through their menu over the next months and hopefully years; from what I could see, business has been pretty good, and deservedly so. The parking lot is pretty small, so maybe have a backup plan in case it's full. It's worth walking a little bit for this food, you won't be disappointed. read more

I went here with my friend for the first time a few weeks ago and I really liked the service. The guy who works there was very nice and energetic. When I went there for the first time my friend and I both ordered a brisket pho and spring rolls. I also had to get bubble tea. 2 spring rolls for only $4.00 (before tax) is a great price compared to other places that price theirs at $5 and up. At most of the places I have been to spring rolls have never had anything other than vegetables and shrimp in them. That is not the case at this restaurant. They added a piece of what I presume to be rolled up and deep fried lumpia wrapper. I loved it! It added a very nice crunch to it! My friend was disappointed though. My friend has IBS, so she cannot have too much wheat or anything containing gluten in her system, otherwise she would risk having a night of serious stomachaches and diarrhea. It was not a huge deal though because she ended up just taking the piece out. I recommend that if they do put something extra like that they should put it on their menu. When we got the pho we were very excited to eat it. It was a great price for a small order at $7.45 (before tax) AND it was HUGE! We dug in and were disappointed to find out that it was bland. It did not taste like much, but the meat was easy to eat. I would say that if you don't mind adding in a lot of sauce it is fine. Bubble Tea! I love Bubble Tea! $4.25 (before tax) and there is no extra cost for tapioca. Sadly, the day that I went there was none available. It tasted good, but it was nothing special. I remember that it had a bit of a grainy texture to it though. I do not know if it was ice or maybe a powder for the flavor. I am big on texture, if it has an off feel the taste automatically goes down. If you have no problem with texture then I would just say it is a bubble tea that you can get anywhere. By the time we were finishing up my friend and I were brought 2 pieces of banana lumpia (I think that's what it was) on the house. It was very nice and because my friend could not eat it I ended up having both of them. They were very good and I would like them again but sadly I could not find them on the menu. Overall, Service was great and it was very nice of them to bring out the lumpia.! The main dish I came for was bland. I would eat here again, but probably order something other than pho. read more

Iced tea on a hot August afternoon is super refreshing but when it comes with a whole lime, you will wish there was rum or something to add because it is so good. The staff rock it too! I think If you're in the mood for Vietnamese food and are in the area, it's worth a try. The staff was nice, polite. The food was good, not great. I do have to say, though, that we did not order our usual dishes so maybe that affected our opinions. I ordered the Shanghai noodles and husband ordered combination fried rice ( because another review raved about it!). Unfortunately, husband thought flavor-wise the rice was just okay. Their rice here has that perfect fluffiness and moisture which goes along perfectly with all their grilled dishes. The pho? Oooooh baby it's like it's made water from heaven, perfect for this Washington weather. It'll just comfort and warm you up!
