We've been here several times now and it's always great and the service is awesome. We usually order the same things, because they're always good, but tonight I ordered the spicy lemongrass chicken for the first time... I loved it. The chicken had amazing flavor, like the grilled meat you get in the vermicelli bowls. They added fried rice paper for crunch, never seen that before in a spring roll. It gave it extra texture. The broth was so rich in flavor, not watered down in the least bit. It was balanced, and perfect. The small size was enormous, and the whole meal made me so happy that I stopped in! Absolute favorite Pho place in Kitsap! The staff is always insanely friendly and engaging - especially to our kids. Whenever they feed the fish they let the kids help out, which is pretty cool. The fish pho is always awesome, with the freshest fish in the area - the squid is never chewy. 4 sisters pho is the best Vietnamese restaurant out here! Their food is amazing!!! It's clean and friendly. Their waitresses are super nice and helpful. They answer all your question and make sure you feel welcomed. The pho oh my god I can't describe how good it is. Eggrolls on point and the spicy noodle soup is freaking wow! Bubble tea was also good. And there's actually four sisters but only one sister works there and she's very friendly and always there! Thank you guys for being open and having amazing food! What a great Pho experience! 4 Sisters is a hidden gem. The ambiance is open and airy, with a soothing, refreshing interior. The furniture is sturdy and tasteful, with plenty of room for us big folk (of which I am one). The service is prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. We started with the Fried cream cheese Won-Tons - perfectly cooked and among the most flavorful I've had. The Bahn-Mi sandwich came next. Now to me, the bread makes the sandwich, and this bread was near perfection. The grilled chicken together with the typical cilantro, carrots, cucumbers made for an amazingly fresh, wholesome, and tasty treat. The Pho, (I had meatball and steak, my wife had the chicken.) put me in Pho heaven! The broth was savory, but subtle, and the accompaniments (Thai Basil, bean sprouts, lime, jalepeno peppers) were crisp, bright, unblemished, and fresh. We went here last week and ordered pho I believe it was #7, the broth was very good and the portion size was great! We went here again this week and it wasn't the same. The broth was very bland and so that also made the taste of the noodles bland. I don't know how to explain the taste except that it was so bland that I'll hold off on coming here for awhile. It's great to have a neighborhood pho in town but I think the next time I'm craving pho, I'll go to my usual spot in Silverdale where they never disappoint in portion for vermicelli and the broth (the most important part) is consistent. read more

Just returned from our first visit to Four Sisters. Our waiter (I think Alex?) was very friendly. I ordered Thai Iced Tea and Pad Thai. My husband had the brisket Pho.
